Abelux

Very old hotel

Super expensive for what it looks like. Person at reception extremely bad mood and not helpful at all.

@adriancuadrito

The location

AC very poor, breakfast was a joke

Vriendelijk personeel, heel proper hotel

Check-in was smooth and the staff at the reception was polite and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. There was a small fridge, a balcony, some shampoo, a small TV we didn't use and AC. They also offer breakfast but we didn't buy it so can't comment on that. If you're renting a car to drive around Mallorca, it's pretty easy to access the hotel from the highways. There is secure parking in an underground garage 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. The only disadvantage of the parking garage is that you first have to go get a keycard from reception, so before you get it you have to find a place to stop, which was impossible so I ended up stopping the car where it was forbidden to do so in order to walk to the hotel to get the card (and of course same when you are leaving... you have to exit the garage and then go return the keycard to the hotel, leaving the car...somewhere).

In the late afternoon the sun was blasting the window of our room, which got very hot despite a heavy curtain. The AC helped a bit but it took a long time for the room to cool. The area around the hotel isn't particularly nice, although it was safe. It's about a 20 minute walk to the more attractive center of town. One night there was a bug in the bathroom. Overall I would say the hotel was fine but too expensive for what it offered.

Llegamos fuera del horario previsto, y no tuvimos problema, desayuno bueno

Hôtel très propre. Personnel accueillant. Bon rapport qualité prix. Parfait

Lekker douche

Ontbijt

Buena atención. Desayuno variado.

Precio alto

Breakfast was ok

Too expensive when compared to what we receives at other hotels in better area. Hard bed. Location. AC did not work and control was loose. Walls were too thin such that I could hear everything in room next door. Bathroom supplies were lowest quality I’ve seen in Spain for price. Elevator operation was old such that there was a elevator door after you arrived at floor.

El desayuno muy bien

No hay nada que no me gusto

localização

Room was clean, good size and the beds were comfortable.

Personal muy amable. Excelente relación calidad precio.

The beds were comfy and the room was clean

The corridor had a fusty smell, the aircon was very loud, the room was ting

No hi havia estat mai .

Lieliska atrašanās vieta- tuvu autobusa pieturai, kurš atved no lidostas. Tāpat, pastaigas attālumā no vecpilsētas. Viesnīca atrodas uz mazas ieliņas, līdz ar to ielu troksnis nav problēma. Istaba bija tīra, turklāt tā tika uzkopta katru dienu. Brokastīs izvēle nebija milzīga, bet pietiekama- dažādi maizes veidi, siers, desas, brokastu pārslas, konditorejas izstrādājumi, sulas, kafija, jogurti. Kondicionieris bija regulējams. Viesnīcas personāls bija draudzīgs un izpalīdzīgs.

Divas mazas sūdzības: 1) Kondicionieris bija relatīvi skaļš. Cilvēkiem ar ne pārāk ciešu miegu tas varētu radīt problēmas. 2) Istabā esošajam televizoram visu laiku spoži dega ražotāja firmas logo. Naktī tas kādam varētu traucēt.

Todo en general. Limpieza , ubicación. La habitación se veía reformada recientemente. Parking cercano y económico . Desayuno variado.

Cena cudowna, do centrum 20 minut piechotką, śniadanka smaczne. Dziękujemy Abelux!:)

Gute Lage. Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out.

The location was great, within easy reach of Palma city center. Overall, we had a good stay, although the price felt a bit high compared to hotels of a similar standard in other destinations.

Our experience with this accommodation was not good, even before we entered the property. The accommodation requires a €300 security deposit during the online check-in process. If you do not pay it, you are not provided with the access code. After paying the amount, we received the code and entered the property. Unfortunately, the apartment had a very strong and suffocating smell. It seemed as though the room had never been properly aired, probably because it is located on the ground floor, even though it does have windows. The apartment was also one of the dirtiest places we have ever stayed in. The walls were very dirty, on the floor there was hair , and the sofa bed linen, which was stored in the storage area, was covered in dust. To make matters worse, we even found a leftover fried potato among the bedding. The accommodation also provided the absolute minimum in terms of supplies: only two small bars of soap and two toilet rolls for four people staying for three nights. We contacted the property regarding the cleanliness, and they informed us that someone would come to clean. However, unfortunately, there was virtually no difference between the apartment before and after the cleaning. Another disappointing aspect was the communication with the property, which is handled through a chatbot! quite an experience! Unfortunately, accommodations like this do exist. We would not recommend staying here unless the overall policy and standards of the property are significantly improved.

Clean and modern looking

Could do with better pillows and the tv did not work

Buona posizione e parcheggio vicino.

The little balcony and the possibility of having a vegan breakfast

The fridge wasn’t working, which was a problem in Mallorca with temperatures above 40°C. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect, and the city centre was about a 20-minute walk away.

Personale disponibile e gentile

Tutto perfetto

Overpriced for what it offers, even though it was all in all clean there were some ants rooming around in the corners

Todo un 10! Super limpio, habitaciones muy cómodas y bien ubicado

Solide Zimmer, sauber, passt!

plain

Bien ubicado.

Precio excesivo .

Great location close to the city center, great breakfast if you enjoy it sweet. The room was clean, hotel could definitely be valued at three stars intstead of two.

Breakfast options were very limited, just some sandwitch components and primarily just sweet things. As someone who prefers bacon, eggs and other savory things I was not too satisfied with it.

Room and location.

Poor breakfast and no balcony for smokers.

They’re accommodating. They allow me to checked in early morning even though check in time is still in the afternoon.

It’s just the AC unit in the room coz it’s noisy when it automatically switches on.

Location was great! Stuff as well. I didn't expect them to change towels every day, and they did!

I missed a kettle in my room, so I had to go to the hotel lobby to make coffee.

všetko ok

v cene mohli byť aspoň jednoduché raňajky

Central location for Palma and the staff were very helpful. Quiet. Clean and simple.

Personal atent i amable.

L'únic a millorar sería més varietat i abundància a l'esmorzar.

Struttura ben curata, ottima colazione varia, camera pulita e spaziosa, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Parcheggio a pagamento a 200 mt dalla struttura è ottima posizione centrale

The staff was amazing and the room really clean and comfortable. The facilitated everything we needed, even an umbrella for the beach as they retained ours at the airport and allowed us to put our refrigerating units of our cooler in the bar freezer. Overall, they were great!!

The breakfast isn’t bad, but it isn’t particularly good either. There is plenty of room for improvement, especially in terms of variety and the selection of pastries, fruit, scrambled eggs, fresh juices, etc. As for the price, we paid almost twice what we would have paid on other dates. However, we visited during an exceptionally busy period because of the eclipse, and considering that other hotels were charging three to four times their usual rates, we were very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend it.

Consigliato!

Hotel hezký. Na přespání naprosto stačilo. Cena je ale dost vysoká za mě.

L’emplacement, le confort.

Chambre petite.

Friendly and helpful staff. Central location, especially convenient for enjoying an evening in the city, with plenty of options for ice cream and restaurants nearby. The room had everything we needed, with a good bathroom and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was also good, with a great variety of different options.

Close to the center and relatively clean. Spacious rooms

Too expensive for the quality and service it offered

We had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Abelux in Mallorca. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, in a quiet area but still within walking distance of the city centre and close to restaurants and public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. It was also great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Abelux to anyone visiting Palma!

Poor breakfast, no additional facilities for relax.

Staff , break fast and location

Good clean hotel 1.4 km outside of old town Palma so an easy walk. Breakfast was good

Todo estupendo. Relación calidad precio para agosto genial. El personal encantador.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy room, good breakfast, and a parking garage nearby.

Staff were very friendly, the room was modern and very clean. All enquiries were handled quickly before our stay and reception staff were welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast is very basic with toast, ham cheese and lots of sweet cake, a few bottle of fruit juice and a coffee machine. Walls are very thin and corridors narrow allowing for a lot of noise. Our last night was not good with room next door on the balcony from 2am until 5am sounding like they were actually in our room.
