We liked everything.

Le personnel était très compétent et accueillant. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit, donc difficile de juger l’ensemble de l’établissement, mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La chambre était propre, très jolie et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le restaurant était également très bon et la piscine est un vrai plus !

Rien de particulier à signaler durant notre court séjour.

Ein altes Weingut, was wunderschön zur Ferienunterkunft umgebaut wurde. Nettes Personal, schöne Zimmer, toller Garten mit Pool und ein gutes Frühstück mit tollem Restaurant. Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit, den Weinkeller und die Olivenöl-Produktion zu besichtigen und vor Ort hergestellte Weine und Öl zu probieren.

Un oasi di tranquillità a pochi passi da Firenze

Hotel is mooi gelegen met uitzicht op olijfbomen. Superfijn aan het zwembad (bijzondere vermelding voor de jongen van de poolbar! Zeer attent en vrolijk). Onze gezellige rustige kamer had een mooi uitzicht. Zeer goed bed, stille airco. S avonds in het hotel gegeten; zeer lekker en fijne bediening.

Enkel koud tot lauw water in de douche...een beetje te verfrissend 😉. Ontbijt was wat problematisch. Door een probleempje in de keuken waren er geen eieren. We moesten ook vragen naar aanvulling van het buffet, bordjes, suiker... personeel leek n beetje de kluts kwijt. Wel uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

The staff, location and room was excellent

We were locked out of our room late at night and no access to the property. With keys inside and apparently code on welcome book that we never knew about. The staff were very apologetic

We loved everything! Room was lovely and very comfortable. The pool with view was just stunning. The staff were great & always happy to assist. We also bought a premium wine & olive oil tasting + tour of the cellars. Highly recommend!

Das Frühstück war ok, aber nichts spezielles. Aber im Grunde hatte es alles, was es brauchte. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Die Landschaft ist ein Traum. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Aufgrund der traditionellen Bauweise war das Zimmer recht dunkel, da die Fenster klein sind (und ich hatte die Junior Suite). Das fand ich schade, bei so einer tollen Aussicht auf die wunderbare Landschaft, aber das ist natürlich nicht änderbar. Beim Frühstück konnte man leider keine Eier oder sonstiges bestellen. Leider wurde das Buffet auch nicht aufgefüllt, wenn etwas fehlte. Freunde von mir mussten sehr sehr lange auf ihren Kaffee warten.

Unfortunately, breakfast was a big disappointment during our two-day stay. There was only one staff member attending to the entire breakfast service, and he was clearly overwhelmed. As a result, service was very slow. Fresh fruit was promised but never arrived, and even basic items such as coffee took a long time to be served. The staff member was doing his best, but the breakfast operation appeared understaffed and poorly organized.

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione della struttura e la cura della stessa.

Location is a bit further out from Florence but very close to nearby town Impruneta which is worth a visit. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful. Pool was beautiful and it was nice to have the option of doing a tasting at the vineyard on site for 30 euro per person. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped us with any questions we had.

The dinner and drinks on site were a little pricey. Also it would have been nice to have access to a gym while there. If you are relying on buses, they are close by but don't go very regularly into Florence and finish at about 7pm so it's a 60 euro taxi after that. Rooms were a little small but they got serviced daily. Could do with a little bit more storage too.

Hôtel de charme en Toscane. Literie d’excellente qualité, piscine avec vue sur les oliviers et les collines toscanes. Petit déjeuner incroyable, on peut même se faire ses propres jus et le miel est à récupérer directement du nid d’abeille… Personnel sympathique et disponible. Tout cela à une demi-heure en voiture de Florence…

Der Ausblick vom Pool und vom Restaurant ist, wie man sich es in der Toskana vorstellt. Findet man aber auch an anderen Stellen.

Leider sind wir nicht gut in unsere Toskana Rundfahrt gestartet, weil wir ein unangenehmes Gefühl hatten: es wurde in unser Auto eingebrochen. Auf Anfrage bei der Rezeption bezüglich der Kamera Bilder vom Gelände (Es sind mehrere Kameras Auf dem Gelände zu sehen) wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Kameras nicht funktionieren. ACHTUNG! Diese wären vom Vorbesitzer und somit nicht in Funktion. Wir hatten auch nicht das Gefühl, dass man uns besonders helfen möchte. Das Personal beim Frühstück war mehr damit beschäftigt, sich mit den Kollegen zu unterhalten, als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Im Großen und Ganzen muss man sagen, dass wir für den Preis pro Zimmer in der Toskana (waren bereits fünf mal auf Rundreisen in der Toskana unterwegs) bessere Unterkünfte hatten.

The property was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful surroundings, elegant atmosphere, and very charming interiors. The room was comfortable and clean, and the overall experience felt peaceful and luxurious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for a relaxing stay in Tuscany.

We loved our stay at Relais Villa Olmo. Breakfast was good, not necessarily a huge spread but enough for the amount of people staying at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a free bottle of wine in our room upon check in, which was soo nice! Dinner was amazing, all the dishes were so tasty! All drinks were great, the rose wine especially was my favourite, as was the wine and olive oil tour which was very interesting! The view of the gardens and the pool was just stunning, as is the location. Would love to have stayed longer than 5 nights, it’s such a calming place to stay, and it’s home to many sparrows and they’re very cheerfully vocal!

Everything was handled very special, feeling like home. Amazing cozine and excellent staff. The breakfast was superb!

There was just one issue with the air conditioning at the beginning, but they promptly fixed it.

If you’re a little unsteady on your feet this is not a good place for you. There are no lifts & narrow staircases.

The room was very large and comfortable, staff were great. The view was amazing. The little town was in walking distance .

Restaurant menu was very limited for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was a nice buffet.

Gloria is endlessly kind, proactive and was a great help to us. Our stay was filled with complete care of everything!

Amazing location, on top of a hill in a very quiet area but walking distance to the town, beautiful and typical Tuscan property, staff is the kindest, they let us stay way past check out time give that our flight was late in the evening. Also restaurant is delicious

We loved staying here. It's the ideal Tuscan getaway. If this place was in the U.S., it would be triple the price. The staff was so attentive and kind. I had a 4AM flight out and they prepared us breakfast boxes to take with us the night before. The front desk people knew who I was and remembered my plans. The restaurant is fantastic, the beds are comfy, the rooms are very quiet, the wine tour was perfect. We plan to return asap.

La struttura è meravigliosa e ben curata a pochi passi dal centro del paese , il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente , la camera ben arredata e soprattutto molto pulita,si può godere anche di una emozionante vista sulle colline che esaltano i colori del dicembre toscano, location consigliatissima.

Le stanze ok ,ben pulite e ristrutturate da poco. La parte di Produzione e vendita olio e vini eccezionali e persone gentili (il direttore in Francesco TOP)e disponibili che contrastano con la poca professionalità della gestione alberghiera.

Non abbiamo potuto usufruire del ristorante perchè CHIUSO e i tre alternativi ristoranti consigliati erano TUTTI E TRE CHIUSI!Trovo assurdo il modo di fare non hanno neanche verificato/prenotato per essere sicuri che erano aperti.

Loved our stay at Relais Villa Olmo this August! The staff were fantastic, always there to help and with a smile - definitely the highlight of our stay. They are also pet friendly and they took great care of our little four-legged friend. The hotel itself is great, they have a pool and a lovely restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was nicely laid out, and staff were once again phenomenal. The only thing that can be improved is that there is not much to do in terms of facilities (one restaurant and a small pool bar with a limited offer and short opening hours). Same with the pool, would have been nice if it was open longer, and the main restaurant only opened in the evening. Overall, we stayed here for three nights, loved it and we will be back!

This is a beautiful Villa with a stunning views. Rooms were large and very clean and the location was wonderful. It was close to Florence and ideal for exploring Tuscany. Restaurant offered delicious buffet breakfast and many other wonderful local dishes for lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this Villa and would love to stay here again.
