Era tutto fantastico, un unico consiglio forse è ampliare la gamma di prodotti offerti per colazione!

Our stay at Residenza il Colle was absolutely 10/10! The property is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by beautiful, perfectly maintained greenery and stunning Tuscan scenery. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The interior has been designed with exceptional taste and attention to detail, perfectly reflecting the authentic 13th century Tuscan character of the residence. The furniture and every little detail were beautifully maintained, creating a truly special and atmospheric experience. Claudia and the entire team were incredibly helpful and always happy to assist whenever we had a questions or needed anything. The location is absolutely phenomenal! We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Mancava un po di insonorizzazione della camera che ci ha ospitato.

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold på Residenza Il Colle. Stedet er utrolig smukt og gennemført, og man kan virkelig mærke, at der er kælet for hver eneste detalje. Alt føltes velholdt, charmerende og personligt. Personalet var noget af det bedste – så søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme, og de var med til at gøre vores ophold ekstra dejligt. Poolområdet var skønt og indbydende, og udsigten over det toscanske landskab var helt fantastisk. Morgenmaden var lækker med friske, gode råvarer. Alt var indbydende anrettet, og det var en virkelig skøn måde at starte dagen på. Det er et sted med en helt særlig ro og atmosfære, hvor man virkelig kan koble af og nyde det smukke Toscana. Vi ville meget gerne komme tilbage og kan varmt anbefale Residenza Il Colle til andre, der ønsker en skøn og autentisk oplevelse i Toscana.

De plek is heel mooi en rustig.

Der Aufenthalt in II Colle war unbeschreiblich schön. Die Residenza ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und dekoriert. Für ruhesuchende die perfekte Location.

It was nice, clean, cute for a 2-3 nights stay.

It does not have too many facilities. He made us pay 20€ at check out because we did it at 12:00 am , not 11 am.. they did not tell us this in advance , to prepare for the check out. Just when we tell her that we are gonna be a little bit late , because of an excursion, they told us this. Also.. if you do the check in later than 19:00 you need to pay 50€… the breakfast does not have too much choices. But the check in thing was a little surprising for us. I did not expect to not understand 1h late check out. We also announced her in advance.

La Residenza Il Colle gode di una posizione davvero splendida, immersa in un panorama molto suggestivo. La struttura è curata e la piscina è senza dubbio il suo punto di forza: ampia, pulita, silenziosa e con una vista molto piacevole. La camera e il bagno erano puliti e ben tenuti. Ho apprezzato anche la gentilezza dello staff, sempre disponibile, e i consigli sui ristoranti della zona, che si sono rivelati utili. La colazione è buona e nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

La camera, pur essendo pulita, è risultata piuttosto piccola e poco luminosa. Anche la colazione, sebbene di buona qualità, offre una scelta limitata: mi sarei aspettato una maggiore presenza di prodotti tipici del territorio e qualche proposta calda. Comprendo la scelta di non avere un servizio di ristorazione, ma sarebbe un valore aggiunto poter ordinare almeno due o tre piatti freddi per il pranzo. Lo staff è molto cortese, ma a mio parere ancora poco esperto nella gestione di alcune situazioni. Infine, ho trovato eccessivo il supplemento di 50 euro per il late check-in: trattandosi di un arrivo alle 20:30, mi è sembrata una tariffa poco proporzionata.

Position - very nice view. Unfortunately we were in the area for a wedding and we didn’t have the chance to use the pool.

Lovely location, helpful staff, great pool and fantastic views, great parking too.

Would have been nice to have a bar and restaurant to get drink and food in the evening as 30 minutes to central Florence, but still a perfect place to stay and would go back.

Beautiful grounds and pool, we had such a lovely and relaxing stay while here.

We came during the heat wave in Italy so the room was still a bit warm despite having AC and we had some trouble sleeping through the night.

È stato un weekend meraviglioso. Sabina ci ha accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità, la stanza era pulita e arredata con gusto. Abbiamo adorato la piscina in cui servono anche drink dal tardo pomeriggio. Vista mozzafiato in qualsiasi punto ci si affacciasse. Colazione gustosa e giusta. È stato tutto perfetto: volevamo rilassarci e non pensare a nulla e così è stato! Consigliatissimo.

Sarebbe meraviglioso se ci fosse anche il servizio ristorante: un posto così meriterebbe di non essere mai lasciato, nemmeno a pranzo o a cena.

The room was very small with little view, also the aircon didn’t work well and since the room had little ventilation, the nights were not too comfortable

Fantastiskt boende med vacker utsikt, fint rum och härlig pool. Personalen välkomnande och tillmötesgående. Alltid villiga att hjälpa till med rekommendationer. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

La posizione è la bellezza della struttura

La colazione dovrebbe essere estesa almeno fino alle 11h. Avevamo un treno da Firenze alle 18.25 e ci sarebbe piaciuto fermarci fino a metà pom in piscina. Purtroppo non c’era la possibilità di mantenere la camera e neppure un bagno con doccia per lavarci e cambiarci. Peccato che abbiamo dovuto andare via alle 12.30.

Une mention particulière pour le personnel qui est extraordinaire, tout le monde est accueillant, gentil, serviable, aux petits soins, merci à vous, nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Nous avons fait le bon choix pour notre anniversaire de mariage !

O local é lindo com uma vista incrível, uma piscina top. O quarto é confortável.

Nosso quarto ficava perto da cozinha do café da manhã e não tinha isolamento acústico. Nós ouvíamos tudo do lado de fora e vice-versa, foi bem chato. Foi minha segunda visita e, na primeira, não tivemos esse problema.

La struttura è incantevole , pulita, curatissima nei particolari di una tenuta nobile toscana. E' stato un piacere soggiornare qui e anche lo staff preparato nel fornire consigli , gentile e super accogliente. Abbiamo potuto fruire dell'area piscina molto ben tenuta e circondata dal verde lussureggiante. Anche la nostra cagnolina ha super apprezzato.

L'unico aspetto da migliorare è nella scelta un po' limitata dei prodotti dolci offerti per la colazione, decisamente da migliorare, magari con opzioni locali e fresche. Per una struttura così curata sarebbe stato perfetto trovare una selezione di torte artigianali, frolle o dolci tipici.

The room itself was both comfortable and stylishly designed. A major highlight was the magnificent view, which added a special touch to the experience. Additionally, the pool area offered a peaceful environment, making it the perfect spot for quiet relaxation.

Die Anlage, der Pool und der Garten waren in einem makellosen und gepflegten Zustand und in einer außergewöhnlich tollen Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20-30 min direkt in Florenz. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück super lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Menschen die dort arbeiten sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit und man bekommt Tipps und Auskunft direkt über WhatsApp, wenn man möchte. Zudem kann man direkt auf dem Hof parken. 10/10 ⭐️

Nur eine Anmerkung: Leider kamen Mücken trotz Fliegengitter von außen (Dachstuhl) in das Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage wurde aber ein Mittel gesprüht und wir bekamen einen Mückenschutz für die Steckdose.

Geweldige accommodatie! Prachtige plek, mooi uitzicht, fantastisch huis en gaaf zwembad.

First of all, I want to say this—it’s the most amazing place I’ve ever seen in my life... Perched on a hilltop in Tuscany, in a fantastic location, surrounded by greenery and nature… Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was absolutely wonderful… The hotel rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff took great care of us… We’d especially like to thank Dante… He was so kind and respectful… We’d love to come back to Florence just for this hotel.

Our 2nd visit to Il Colle. Same experience as last year: High quality hotel, secluded, excellent view, attentive staff (order pool drinks on Whatsapp), excellent dinner recommendations and reservations by the staff. We will probably be back next year.

Het was echt een waar paradijs met prachtige tuin, zwembad en mooie ligging. De kamer die wij kregen (nr8) had 2 terrasjes met dito zitjes en de kamer was echt geweldig.

Wij werden wel lekgeprikt door muggen en het had helemaal fijn geweest als er ook horren waren. Dat is het enige minpuntje maar verder echt een aanrader.

This is our second year coming back to this magical place. One can’t beat the location ( easy to get here from Florence and a great anchor spot to tour other places in Chianti ) . Once you arrive you’re greeted by staff that make you feel like family , and even more so when you unpack in your very “Tuscan chic” suite. The room once again had an incredible view over the Tuscan countryside , rolling hills covered in vineyards and olive trees. Breakfast was lovely , and the team easily accommodated Aperitivo wishes in addition to wonderful dinner reservation suggestions. The pool and setting were beyond stunning.

Petit déjeuner varié; bon accueil avec une dame qui parle bien le français! On retrouve un sourire à chaque endroit de l’établissement! Endroit sécurisé; parking gratuit , ce qui est très agréable! Ils produisent une excellente huile d’olive!

Traumhafte Lage, gute Lage, um Ausflüge in die nähere Region zu machen, wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage mit Pool, frisch renovierte und saubere Zimmer, ausreichendes italienisches Frühstück, Service und Snacks am Nachmittag mit kalter italienischer Platte (Schinken, Salami und Käse) und Wein aus der Region (warmes Essen gibt es nicht), freundliches und nettes Personal, stehen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gefallen: - Wir hätten jedoch gerne Gläser und einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gehabt. Es gab in dieser Beziehung leider gar nichts, obwohl es einen Kühlschrank gab. - Etwas mehr Privatsphäre (Sichtschutz nur durch vollständiges Zuziehen der Vorhänge an der Terassentüre und somit der einzigen Lichtquelle möglich). - Taxi zum Flughafen Florenz kostete von dort 110 Euro obwohl es nur 20 Minuten Fahrt waren! (Wir waren nach einem Aufenthalt in Florenz zur Erholung ohne Auto angereist)

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
