I visited this hotel 2 years ago and decided to stay here again in 2026. Awesome. Best service and best attitude! I loved their shower gel and asked if I could buy it. I was denied this due to hotel’s local rules, but the hotel administration gave me a complimentary bottle of shower gel. I’m sure it is the best service! Thank you!

The administration staff and the cleaning ladies were super helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but it was hot in the room. The manager brought a special fan. It became better. Thank you very much for a comfortable stay

Stort hotelværelse med gode værelses faciliteter. Dertil var der pool og træningsrum. Morgenmaden var fænomenal. Virkelig rent og pænt.

Ligger et kvarters gang fra metro.

Nice smart hotel. Good sized bedroom, bath AND shower. Small but useful gym and a decent pool. Good breakfast - nice mix of Chinese and European items. Omelettes cooked to order, cereals & breads for those that don't want Chinese (which was varied and tasty and as spicy as you decide). Service was good.

Nagyon jó szálloda, a reggeli kitűnő volt, a személyzet segítőkész a kommunikáció csak fordítógéppel volt megoldható, mert egy-két ember kivételével mindenki csak a kínai nyelvet beszéli még a recepción is.

Többször vonták le a kauciót a bankkártyámról is a nyelvi hiányosságok miatt.

We stayed here for 3 nights and although it was a big hotel we were looked after personally. The room was nice,big,clean with nice amenities. The restaurant was nice and the food was excellent.

The staff are so lovely and helpful!

The outlet was outdated. No easy outlet for iPhone.

Im Kaffee in der Lobby wurde mir gesagt, dass ich die Rechnung nicht auf mein Zimmer schreiben lassen kann, da ich keine Deposit geleistet hätte. Diese Aussage war natürlich falsch und wurde auch von der Bedienung nicht vorher verifiziert! Im Gegenteil es verhält sich so, dass das Hotel die Deposit bis heute noch nicht aufgelöst hat, wenngleich mir gesagt wurde, dass dies binnen 7 Tagen geschehen würde!!! Was ist also hier los?!?! Das Hotel will ganz einfach nur Geld machen, der Kunde ist egal und sobald das Geld überwiesen wurde, kümmert sich auch keiner um die Deposit!!!

Great comfortable room with large walk in shower and really comfy beds. Room also had mini fridge, dressing gown with slippers and white company toiletries in the bathroom. The Breakfast buffet was great choice of local and western style food which was ideal as we were part of a Wendy Wu Tour and wanted to grab something quickly before going out for the day. Our only issue was with the bar which service was really slow and shut promptly, even for residents.

Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Stay in this place for second time. The location is good for me while it is a bit far away from city center. In this location you can find the place with a lot of restaurants, which is called Wu Ke Song.

15 mins by walk to the closest metro station.

Hotel was fine but restaurant was poor for evening food. We came back late and decided to eat in the “A la carte” restaurant. They could not identify what food was on the front cover of the menu to serve when I asked🙈 We eventually ordered a Chicken club sandwich. We were told it would take 25 mins to arrive! The restaurant was empty. It came and was cold with a tiny amount of ingredients on the sandwich🤷🏻‍♂️ We then sat and waited for over 20 mins expecting the 8 staff on duty to come and ask us for our sweet order but no! No one came. They were all too busy on their mobile phones. Poor, poor, poor!

Location, Cleanliness, cab arrangements, hospitality and clearing the guests concern is really great. Staff were very supportive and helping in nature. A staff at the front desk even made a call to the store (in chinese) for the product that wish to buy and resolved it. Many a times, when cabs or didi travel mess up, hotel staff reserved cabs for us.

Most of the supporting staff doesnt understand English. Thats really a barrier for those who dont know chinese. None of us know Chinese. Translators will help to certain extent. Except this language misunderstandings everything was great.

The hotel look like a 5 star. Everything are excellent. But it’s not in a tourist area and it’s not a metro close by. The good news is that Didi (Chinese Uber), are very cheap. You must have Alipay for everthing. It’s a great App for everything you need in China.

The hotel look like a 5 star, the area have small store to buy food and groceries, but you need taxi or DiDi ( Uber) to move it around.

The hotel took a deposit and does not want to return it. As we paid for the hotel they took much more money saying it is deposit that will be returned. After we left the hotel they do not want to return and write the invoice. They cheat the clients

Очень хороший отель в неплохом месте, до метро дойти можно минут за 10-15, прямая ветка до площади Тяньанмень, минут за 25 можно доехать. Рядом полно кафе, аптека, магазины и т.д., в отеле есть Старбакс. Номер отличный, кровать очень удобная, подушки различной жёсткости в номере, все необходимое есть, хороший климат-контроль. Отличный дружелюбный персонал, по-английски правда говорит в лучшем случае один человек из смены на ресепшене, но переводчик в телефоне спасает. Брали завтрак и ужин, нам очень понравилось, много блюд местной кухни, но можно найти вполне нейтральные блюда, много фруктов, выпечки, различного мяса, яичница, выбор отличный. Считаю, отель отлично сбалансирован по цене, качеству и услугам, хочется вернуться ещё.

В отеле не очень хороший wifi. В 2-х комнатном номере открытый проем между комнатами, двери нет, так что разделение условное.

Wir hatten einen netten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Wir fühlten uns willkommen. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich.

Facilities of this hotel are too old! Lots of hardwares failing like sliding door failed to open, bathroom door got leaking from upstairs etc. service is good but hardware need lots of maintenance!

Ottima esperienza, migliore delle ultime volte. La pulizia camera al decimo piano era tanto migliore rispetto a quelle del passato e degli altri piani. Colazione molto orientale, il cibo occidentale ha scarsa qualita. Le piastre di cottura sono molto usate.

Η συμπεριφορά της reception που αγνοεί τα απλά αγγλικά με αποτέλεσμα άλλα να λέμε και άλλα να καταλαβαίνει Αυτό όμως που με εξόργισε αφού προπλήρωσα την διαμονή απαίτησε 500 RNB σαν προκαταβολή για το μπαρ του δωματίου χωρίς ενημέρωση .Θεωρω πολύ λάθος την πολιτική της διεύθυνσης του ξενοδοχείου,αυτό με αποθαρρύνει την επόμενη φορά στα ξενοδοχεία του ομίλου.Το πρωινό αν και έλεγαν Ευρωπαίο το 90% ήταν ασιατικό και πολύ λίγες επιλογές ευρωπαϊκού πρωινού

Путешествовали семьей. Нас 5 человек. Нам подошел люкс из двух комнат. Особенность бронирования в Китае такая, что они готовы поселить вас в любой понравившийся номер. Везде пишут, что дети проживают бесплатно, но при этом спального места для ребенка может не оказаться от слова совсем. Т.е. даже дополнительную кровать некуда будет поставить. Поэтому номер нужно тщательно подбирать по фотографиям и прямо разглядывать количество и размеры кроватей. В итоге мы выбрали двухкомнатный люкс, где одна огромная кровать, где спали мы с супругой и наш трехлетний, односпальная кровать и мы рассчитывали, что диван или кресло точно расправляются. Но это это не так. ))) В итоге одному ребенку пришлось спать на полу, благо место позволяло. Запросили два одеяла - одно вместо матраца, а вторым укрываться. Очень уютно получилось и ребенку понравилось новое решение. )) За доп кровать на 6 ночей попросили +15000 р. И мы пожадничали. )) Номер купили с завтраком и ужином и это тоже было правильное решение для семьи с детьми. Весь день ты где то по достопримечательностями или шопингом, а к вечеру уже уставший возвращаешься и на ужин идешь. Он с 18 до 21. Очень удобно для нас было. Ужин и завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Полностью нас устроили. Для всего семейства получалось удовлетворять кулинарные запросы. Отель не свежий и видны следы эксплуатации, но все чистое, все работает и ничего не беспокоит. Персонал сетевого отеля решает все ваши задачи. Метро рядом, такси приезжают за минуту. Мы не испытывали совершенно никакого неудобства. Ну и цена очень приемлемая. Рекомендую.

Может быть чуть уставший ремонт, но это не сильно видно. И за такие деньги не к чему придраться.

Понравилось почти все. Побольше бы кафе вокруг.

I am in the hospitality industry and my family and I visited China for two weeks and our experience at Holiday Inn Beijing was superb. If you are ever in Beijing check out Holiday Inn Beijing Chang An West by IHG Beijing.

Very clean comfortable hotel, very good size rooms. Small mall within walking distance and small supermarket across the road but it is some way from a metro station.

1. The staff charged me for another room without my consent and no notification since assume the other room familiar with us; 2. Swimming pool occupied by kids from outside/other than customers of the hotel the whole days, around 20 kids all the time, and noisy since the hotel make it open to the kids learning/training swimming, no enough space even no one lane for the client. I won’t come again, and I won’t recommend this hotel to my friends. And this is the second time I came. I switched to another hotel the same month.

Lovely hotel , we had a very spacious room on 7th floor. Huge bed which was very comfortable the bathroom was nice and everywhere was very fresh and clean. Good breakfast lots of choice plenty of western options . Although on a busy road was a nice quiet hotel the surrounding area was safe to explore and we found a beautiful bakery just up the road that had the most delicious pastries and also a couple of savoury options. We were there with Wendy an on a tour and it was a very nice hotel especially after reading reviews about Chinese hotel rooms smelling of smoke. .

The front desk did not understand any English even though it says online that they do speak English. Using translation apps is good as long as it’s understandable. Since many tourist groups come to this hotel, we each should be encouraged to learn the basics in English and Mandarin.

The reception staff speaks English. The room is clean and quiet. There are good breakfasts on the second floor, including European dishes (for an additional fee of about 10 euros). The most important thing: they accept Visa and MasterCard.

Along with the payment for the room, a deposit (about 150 euros) is taken from the card, which is then returned to the card. Keep this in mind if you have limited funds. The staff at breakfast could not figure out the payment by card for a long time.

This hotel got everything I need. A little far from Tiananmen Square by foot but I took a bike and got there in 40 minutes. Area was clean and the people were polite and professional.

Great hotel with great service and great breakfast. Located close to the subway station and lots of restaurants and stores close by.

Best breakfast ever. Was in China and Japan and the selection and freshly cooked fried eggs were great. All so fresh.

First time in China so this hotel gave us a good first impression. Clean, tidy, spacious. Nice big rooms and comfy bed, big bathroom. Friendly staff. We like the pool area and the dining facilities were excellent. Good location and there was a great cake shop in the same street.

This is the second time we stayed in the hotel.Nice people and professional hospitality. We will come again. Strongly recommend.

The room is clean and spacious with well décor. The pillow and bed are comfortable. All staff are very friendly. Good location close to public transport and eateries. There are swimming pool and gym facilities which are particularly important when one cannot go out exercise during cold weather.

The weekday lunch buffet was not worth for value. Limited variety and no high end food at the price of $168 per person. They did not refill the food unless you asked them. Disappointing.

西四環，五棵松地鐵站走路要15-20分鐘。冬天寒風刺骨，如果還有行李搭地鐵是沒有電梯要徒手搬行李上下；不推薦。 酒店旁是重點醫學中心與醫院，文化不同與需求吧 ! 附近街上很少餐廳，倒是很多賣探病用的果籃以及往生用品店。只是旅人，予以尊重。
