Das Frühstück haben wir zusätzlich am Vorabend gebucht. Wir genossen zweimal dieses Frühstück, das vielfältig und fein war. Es war selbstverständlich und klar, dass ein solch gutes Frühstück im moderaten Hotel Übernachtungspreis nicht inklusive war.

Zwei Fenster im Zimmer waren schlecht zu schliessen. Das war aber für uns in der oberen Etage kein grosses Problem.

It was an exceptionally comfortable stay. The access to sauna and swimming pool at late hours was perfect after a long and strenuous day out in the mountains. The staff were very accomodating and nice! There are some good restaurants nearby. One of the highlight stays of the year.

Nothing much to criticize, really! The water pressure in the shower of my room could've been a bit better.

Excellente situation et chambre spacieuse, mais malheureusement c'est tout. Les murs sont tellement fins qu'on entend tous les pas des voisins et l'ascenseur, le matelas est très inconfortable, et il n'y avait même pas un verre ou une tasse pour se faire du café ou boire de l'eau. Sans parler de la piscine très dans son jus.

Il ristorante collegato con l'albergo è stata una vera sorpresa. Abbiamo cenato lì entrambe le sere e siamo rimasti sbalorditi dalla qualità dei piatti: sapori autentici, ingredienti freschissimi e un'ottima carta dei vini. Complimenti allo chef per i piatti tipici rivisitati con grande classe e al personale di sala, sempre gentile, sorridente e professionale. Ottima anche la colazione al mattino, con ampia scelta, sia di dolci che salati. Posto perfetto per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi dato anche la presenza delle terme.

Velice příjemný hotel, ochotný personál, čisté příjemné pokoje s krásným výhledem. Bohatá snídaně, objednali jsme si i večeře a byly také vynikající. Hotel je položen tak, že je odtud blízko do Waliských Alpentherme, Zherme 51° i do Leukerbad Therme, stajně jako k lanovkám. Hotel má příjemný bazén a wellness.

Seifenspender in der Duschbadewanne genau dort plziert wo man stehen muss zum duschen, dadurch konnte man sich kaum bewegen, spender genau im Weg.

L accès après 10h est un enfer. Car Leukerbad se baricade en mettant des plots qui réduit l accès à la ville. Les GPS deviennent digues et si vous ne connaissez pas le seul accès possible vous tournez plus d une heure; ce qui nous est arrivé. L Hotel devrait dire à ses clients d aller directement au parking Rathaus

The hotel is located in the center of Leukerbad. The rooms offer magnificent mountain views. The spa and pool are excellent. I'd also like to especially mention the reception staff – very friendly and helpful.

Our room - suite with balcony in the second building was great. Double bed very comfortable. View from terrace was impressive. Clean with crispy bedlinen. Worth it especially because we could bring our 2 labrador dogs. I have used the gym, sauna and got massage which was great. So this part of the hotel offer is very good. We didn't took breakfast but had dinner in the restaurant twice: both times quite happy with the food.

Convertible sofa was very old: nothing to do with appearance but structural deformation making it useless for sleeping. Our 14 y.o. daughter slept there but it was really uneven. The swimming pool facility is old and there is a sense and smell of mold with makes it difficult to use. I really needed to swim for my back and tried to force myself but couldn't stay more than 5 min, felt not clean.

Location - in room facilities (tea and coffee) and rooms with balconies have the loveliest views

We had a room for 3 and the sofa bed was very hard, had a split down the middle (seat and seat back of sofa) and literally only a thin sheet had been put on it. You need to put a mattress topper at the very least. Very poor night’s sleep on that sofa bed. Do not recommend.

God plass på rommet. Ligger fint til I sentrum. Gode senger og veldig god frokost med god ost.

Måtte finne veien selv til rommet noe som var vanskelig. De tok betalt for en øl som var ristet og lapper over alt om bot for det ene og det andre IKKE GÅ INN MED ALPINSTØVLER PÅ( I JULI). Slike lapper er ikke vanlig i Norge, vi forventer at folk oppfører seg. De manglet omkledingdrom for svømming og det er gate som ser rett inn.

Ausstattung veraltet, Store defekt, Preis-Leistung eher niedrig, mit alter Küche, Möbel billig, Personal spricht kaum Deutsch, kostenpflichtiges Parking nur in Dorf-Parkhaus möglich, Ruheraum neben 2 Saunen fehlt

Le personnel de la réception est efficace et très sympathique. Le système de voiturier était parfait Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel

Excellent value for money! Right in the center of the town, close to all the amenities, with lovely views from the balcony and genuinely spacious study apartments. Lovely swimming pool and spa area. Friendly staff.

There is no parking at the hotel, if you come by car, you have to use a public parking nearby (around CHF 15 per day).

Der Wellnessbereich ist 24h/7d geöffnet was uns besonders zugesagt hat und wir sehr schätzten! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Habe Schuhe vergessen, welche mir nach Hause versendet wurden. Das Essen im Restaurant war excellent! Wir werden wieder kommen. Weiter so!!

Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Wir haben Abendessen und Frühstück im Hotel gegessen. Sehr schön angerichtet und ausgezeichnet. Sämtliches Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Loèche-les-bains est un lieu magnifique ! Une petite ville de montagne avec des thermes et pleins de balades à faire dans les environs. L'hôtel correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes. Le personnel est aimable, la chambre est confortable avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne et un petit balcon en bonus. Nous avons profité de la piscine d'intérieur et du sauna qui étaient propres et agréables. Nous avons très bien dormis et nous retiendrons cette adresse ! Bon rapport qualité-prix !

La chambre ainsi que le linge de lit et de toilette avaient une odeur de désinfectant. Au moins tout était propre, mais une odeur de lessive aurait été plus agréable. Il n'y a pas de parking privé de l'hôtel, il faut se garer dans un des parking couvert payant de la ville.

The breakfast area and the breakfast itself was very good. The food was fresh and delicious.

The bathroom was okay but could have been better.

De medewerkers zijn super aardig en kindvriendelijk! Wij hadden meer wensen ivm kinderen maar ze waren heel makkelijk en deden hun best om ons te helpen👍 kinderen waren super blij en wij zullen zeker nog een keer terug komen 🥰

Świetny hotel, który zdecydowanie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Dużym atutem był basen i sauna dostępne przez całą dobę, bez dodatkowych opłat. Pokoje były czyste, komfortowe i dobrze wyposażone, a obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Hotel nie posiada własnego parkingu, jednak personel za niewielką opłatą zajął się zaparkowaniem samochodu na pobliskim parkingu, co było bardzo wygodnym rozwiązaniem. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę.

Brilliant location. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The facilities were good - restaurant/bar/pool/minibar. The breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold food (the scrambled eggs were perfect) - lovely view of the mountains and a nice touch having binoculars available along the windows. Staff were friendly and professional. Overall this hotel is great value for money.

The room was a bit dated and the bed could have been a bit bigger and more comfortable - however if you updated the rooms I would expect to pay a lot more for this hotel because I believe the price was very reasonable and took this into account.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre du village de Loèche-les-Bains, au calme, avec un joli balcon avec la vue sur le téléphérique pour la Gemmi.

La piscine intérieure de l'établissement mériterait un rafraîchissement aux différentes installations, ce qui rendrait l'endroit plus convivial.

Poor sound insulation of rooms. Maintenance needs improvement ( eg :insulation on window frames unsticking making the windows difficult to close,pool area a big shabby, toilet in room old and a bit stained etc)

A 2 pas du parking, le personnel au petit soin, le petit déj très varié et le restaurant de l'hôtel un vrai régal.

Bei der 2. Übernachtung war eine Veranstaltung im Hotel. Die Besucher dieser Party war so laut, dass wir die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen konnten. Da unser Zimmer genau zuoberst über dem Eingang war, hallten die Gespräche, durch den Alkoholeinfluss umso mehr, laut nach oben. Am nächsten morgen traf mein Mann nach dem morgenessen die Toilette im EG mit Übergebenem an. Sehr ungepflegt nach so einer Party. Wenigstens eine Toilettentour sollte mindestens gemacht und solche Spuren geputzt werden. Ich habe mich danach beim Hotel beschwert aber da kam kein aber auch gar kein Entgegenkommen oder eine Rückvergütung zurück. Wir werden das Hotel meiden und allen abraten, welche in Leukerbad Übernachten wollen.
