Der lugtede meget grimt på værelserne og der var en beskidt sok og beskidt håndklæde på værelset. Der var herudover meget larm. Der var overhovedet ingen toiletartikler på badeværelset. Efter anmodning om annullering af vores ophold, bad Booking.com om gebyr før dette kunne lade sig gøre, selvom de også fik billederne, det var ikke i orden, for de ovennævnte forhold havde ikke noget med os at gøre.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt äußerst enttäuschend und entsprach keineswegs dem, was man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten kann. - Das Internet war extrem instabil und die Verbindung ist ständig abgebrochen. - Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war extrem begrenzt und das Angebot war jeden Tag nahezu identisch. Es gab praktisch keine Abwechslung. - Im Zimmer gab es weder einen Wasserkocher noch Gläser – für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut unverständlich. - Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit dem Wasserausfall in unserem Badezimmer und der Toilette. Da weder die Toilette noch die Dusche benutzt werden konnten, baten wir um einen Zimmerwechsel. Die Rezeption reagierte jedoch äußerst widerwillig und argumentierte, dass am nächsten Tag ein Handwerker kommen würde. Offenbar wurde dabei völlig außer Acht gelassen, dass Gäste nicht einfach einen ganzen Tag ohne funktionierende Toilette und Dusche auskommen können. Erst nachdem wir ausdrücklich und mehrmals darauf bestanden haben, wurde uns schließlich ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Insgesamt haben wir uns als Gäste nicht ernst genommen gefühlt. Der Umgang mit unseren Problemen war für uns besonders enttäuschend und wir würden dieses Hotel aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Spunti di miglioramento: In bagno, la vasca con la tenda si appiccica mentre fai la doccia, forse sarebbe meglio divisori rigidi al posto della tenda Ascensore, anche se presente uno per lato, è poco gestibile. Se la camera è ai piani alti si ha lunga attesa per scendere con troppe fermate e affollamento

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026I stayed at this hotel for three nights with my daughter and my one-year-old grandson. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. However, for a hotel at this price point, we were very disappointed by the lack of basic amenities. There were no bathrobes, slippers, kettle, or iron in the room. When we asked about ironing facilities, we were directed to a small room on the ground floor that looked like an under-stairs storage area. It contained an old steamer, which frequently broke down. As a result, there were queues every morning with guests waiting to steam their clothes. The alternative was the hotel’s laundry service, which charged €10.40 to iron a single dress. The air conditioning was also poorly designed. The unit is positioned at floor level, leaving the floor uncomfortably cold while the rest of the room remained far too warm. We also ordered breakfast through room service. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold because it was transported uncovered on a trolley through the lift and along the corridors to our room. The coffee was cold, the scrambled eggs had dried out on top, and the bacon was cold as well. While the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable, the lack of expected amenities and the poor room service were disappointing, especially considering the price. Sadly, I would not choose to stay here again.

Parcheggio interno e esterno soggiorno perfetto un grande team! Grazie

Ample parking around the hotel, plus small more secure parking area underneath for a fee; Breakfast was exceptional, one of the best spreads we've seen. Hotel is in the heart of Valpolicella wine country and easy access to Lake Garda; we didn't have our dog this tripo, but pet friendly!

L'hotel si trova in una posizione comodissima, perfetta sia per visitare il centro di Verona che per raggiungere il Lago di Garda o i parchi divertimento come Gardaland. La mia stanza era spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Il letto era particolarmente comodo. Uno dei punti forti! Un buffet ricchissimo con opzioni sia dolci che salate, tutto fresco e di ottima qualità. Lo staff è stato estremamente professionale, gentile e sempre disponibile. Rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Ho cercato un difetto, ma non l'ho trovato. Dal momento del check-in fino alla partenza, tutto è stato impeccabile al Montresor Hotel Tower. Camera spaziosa, pulizia millimetrica e una colazione che da sola vale il viaggio. Spesso in hotel così grandi si perde il tocco umano, invece qui lo staff ti fa sentire davvero accolto. Non c'è stato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.
