Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Freundliches Personal, sauber, alles da was man in der Wohnung braucht. Zum Einkaufen alles Fußläufig zu erreichen.
Obwohl es sauber, groß und recht gut ausgestattet war, war die Wohnung deutlich zu teuer. Kopfkissen leider sehr hart.

Farei qualche manutenzione alle chiusure delle porte scorrevoli e installerei delle oscuranti piu aderenti alle vetrate, quelle che ci sono fanno entrare tanta luce la mattina d'estate. Per il resto ottimo.

Nu am nimic de obiectat, in schimb o mica sugestie : un suport pentru prosoape in baie cred ca ar fi de ajutor( fiind multe prosoape).

La climatisation était bloquée par la résidence pour éviter les abus mais j'avoue que personnellement la tempérarture était trop chaude pour bien dormir. Seul point négatif.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Świetna lokalizacja na komfortowy pobyt. Genialny stosunek ceny do jakości. Duża przestrzeń i całkiem dobre wyposażenie kuchi. Obsługa miła i serdeczna. Parking !!!
Biorąc pod uwagę cenę te rzeczy aż tak nie rzutowały na ocenę ale warto je wziąć pod uwagę: - parking podziemny z windą bez przypisanego miejsca postojowego (wjazd i wyjazd zawsze był wyzwaniem :) - klimatyzacja ma małą wydajność. Na szczęście byliśmy kiedy na zewnątrz było 31 stopni i to już było za gorąco zwłaszcza że dostaliśmy pokój na poddaszu (mimo że ponad miesiąc wcześniej prosiłem o inny pokój podróżując z małymi dziećmi to robi różnicę). - brak sprzątania podczas 10 dni pobytu.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. A special highlight is the underground garage, which is a real rarity in such a central location – you can even take your car down by elevator. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026אני אנסה להיות אוביקטיבי. צוות קבלה היה נחמד מאוד ושיתף פעולה בכל מה שביקשנו. השתדלו מאוד לרצות אותנו. חניה תת קרקעית עם מעלית פתרון מעולה למקום שחניה זו בעיה רצינית. אלה כל החוויות החיוביות מהמקום.אני חושב שזה לא מספיק כדי לקבל ציון גבוה.
מזגן לא מתפקד בצורה יעילה, לא מרגישים אותו כלל. עובש שחור במקלחת, ברז שהידית שלו מתפרקת כל פעם כשסוגרים מיים. אחרי כל מקלחת אמבטיה מוצפת והתשובות של המלון שמערכת מיזוג לא מצליחה להוריד טמפרתורה בחדרים כי היא ישנה ואינסטלטור בחופשת שבועיים ממש לא הוסיפו נקודות טובות למקום. לפחות שיתפו פעולה בביטול הזמנה ובמקום שבוע שהינו במקום רק יומיים.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The staff were very polite and helpful, and they assisted us with everything we needed. The room was very comfortable, with comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing. The location was also excellent, very close to the main tourist attractions in the area.
The only stressful part was the parking. The entrance to the parking garage is through a car elevator that you have to drive into. If your car doesn’t have a 360° camera or you’re not completely confident judging its dimensions, getting in can be quite nerve-racking.

The hotel is clean and elegant and modern. The kitchen and table is big enough for a family to cook and have dinner watching tv. The price is more than reasonable. We can recommend it.

La climatisation n’était pas efficace voire inexistante Les joints autour de la baignoire étaient tout moisis et il manquait un joint sous le pare-douche ce qui fait qu’on inondait la salle de bain à chaque douche.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet, die Tiefgarage war sehr groß nur der Weg in die Tiefgarage war abenteuerlich :). Man gelangte über einen Pkw-Aufzug in die Tiefgarage. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage war sehr ruhig gelegen und bis zum nächsten Supermarkt waren es ca 800 Meter. Außerhalb vom Hotel sind viele kleine Lokale.
Soweit war Alles super leider funktionierte unsere Klimaanlage nicht richtig, bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur nicht sehr angenehm.

דירה עם כאילו מזגן... מזגן נייד עם רעש כמו של טרקטור שנמצא רק באזור המטבח. בחדרים, במסדרון ובמקלחת חם מאוד. מקלחת עלובה ועצובה, אחת המזעזעות שאפילו עם החום שהיה חשבתי פעמיים אם להתקלח או לא... ממליץ בחום לא להזמין דרך בוקינג. שלחתי להם מייל כדי להתלונן ואפילו לא חזרו אליי. כדאי לוותר

Die Klimatisierung war nicht gut: nur der Wohnraum hatte eine laute mobile Klimaanlage, die bei hohen Außentemperaturen überfordert war. Die Schlafräume konnten nur über offen Türen geringfügig mitgekühlt werden. Der Lärm der Klimaanlage beeinträchtigte den Schlaf erheblich.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026We fell in love with the location. The small square right next to the accommodation had a wonderful family atmosphere, with children playing outside until late in the evening, creating such a warm, relaxed, and enjoyable ambiance.
The car lift can be challenging for some people. I once wanted to go in and had to wait 2 cars to go out until I could go in. we also were planning to be with a big SUV, which idk if it would fit (maybe it would, but idk if there are restrictions, so better to check before booking)

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Апартаменти чудові. Заселялися вечором,розібратися було достаньо просто. Парковка з ліфтом (спочатку було сташно,бо дуже вузьке місце, але Kodiaq та Octavia влізли без проблем. В апартаментах: Кухня студія укомплектована всім необхідним, Дитяча кімната окремо, Спальня окремо. Посуду вистачало (не так як в інших апартаментах на 4 особи). І сподобалось саме місто. Поруч піцерія, паб, та ще якісь кафешки. Гарна центальна площа, і дуже гарні Італійські вулички.
Була проблема з кодиціонером,він не працював. Це пов'яназано з тим що у дущі є мотузка яка вмикає сигналізацію допомоги на екрані клімату. тому НЕ РУХАЙТЕ МОТУЗКУ В ДУШІ! Включили кондиціонер лише під ранок,коли почала працювати рецепція. Також в 1-му корпусі не працював ліфт, про це нас попереджали.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Единственный плюс, в отеле хороший напор воды, но насколько я знаю в Италии во многих местах отличная вода.
1. Начитались восторженных отзывов и взяли этот отель, однако были очень разочарованы, во-первых знакомство с отелем началось еще до отлета в Италию, с мошенника который имел все данные о нас и нашей поездке, включая даты, сумму, имена и фамилии, что говорит о том что, либо в отеле есть кто то кто сливает информацию, либо аккаунты работников были взломаны и к данным был доступ у мошенников, в итоге чуть не лишились пары тысяч евро. 2. Нам дали самый дальний самый последний номер в отеле на чердаке, в мансарде, в нем было очень душно и жарко, и самое главное: в номере НЕТ кондиционера, у них во всем отеле есть система микроклимата, однако она не охлаждает воздух, либо остудит его на пару градусов, нам не повезло мы попали в жару 36-38 градусов и в номере нереально было находится, на претензию отелю они сказали что такая ситуация у всех гостей, несмотря на то что с нами был ребенек и бабушка, нам ничего не поменяли и не сделали ничего что бы улучшить ситуацию. На момент заезда там еще что то бряцало под потолком, но это починили, однако нам пришлось об этом ходить просить ждать и т.д. 3. Кухня там для галочки, готовить там сложно, нехватает посуды, пришлось самим покупать кружки для чая, кастрюль для того что бы сварить что нибудь практически нет, сковородки с покрытием которое все расцарапано, пришлось докупить деревянную лопатку, а еще это первый отель где мне самому пришлось выносить мусор и искать мешки для мусора (в итоге купили их сами, что бы не ходить и не унижатся и не просить их на ресепшене) 4. Ванная комната там не проветривается никак вообще, нет ни вытяжки не открыть окно, после 4 человек которые принимают душ, там как в бане, полотенца не сохнут, полотенце сушилка не работает, на ней наоборот собирается конденсат, дверца в ванне, стоит под 45 градусов и всегда мешается мытся, плюс с нее всегда течет вода на пол. 5. Одна из комнат окна выходят в закрытый тонель, воздуха там вообще нет. 6. Уборка номера посредственная.

Anche se siamo arrivati fuori orario, è stata disponibilissima ad accoglierci e farci il check in, spiegandoci tutto in maniera dettagliata e consigliandoci per cena e colazione. Niente da dire. Spettacolare. L’appartamento tutto come da descrizione. Pulito funzionale e comodo. Lo teniamo in considerazione per ulteriori gite e vacanze in zona. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio. Top in tutto

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ruime parkeergarage met een lift. Heel veilig! Goed en verzorgd appartement voor wie de drukte van Verona wil vermijden. In 30 min ben je in het centrum met de bus. Om de hoek diverse restaurantjes op een gezellig plein.
Uhhh. Niet veel want het was goed voorzien. Misschien een staande lamp voor gezelligere verlichting? Geen supermarkt op loopafstand

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026The location is excellent, right in the city center, providing easy access to all major attractions and destinations. Having a private parking space is a significant advantage, especially in an Italian city where parking can often be challenging. The accommodation itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The towels were large and fluffy, and the apartment was equipped with absolutely everything needed for a pleasant and worry-free stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
There are really no downsides to this property. The only thing worth mentioning is that breakfast is not provided, but in Italy this is hardly an issue, as there are plenty of cafés and breakfast options nearby.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026L'appartamento era molto grande e pulito. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Ubicazione strategica per visitare sia il Lago di Garda sia Verona.
Da quello che avevamo visto nelle foto, in teoria avremmo dovuto avere un divano nella zona giorno, invece c'erano soltanto due poltroncine, per cui se volevi rilassarti un po' dopo aver mangiato dovevi andare in camera e sdraiarti sul letto.
