4 stelle soltanto sulla carta, con prezzi da 5 stelle. L’unica cosa davvero all’altezza di questo hotel è la posizione. Per il resto faccio sinceramente fatica a capire come possa essere classificato come un 4 stelle e, soprattutto, come possa applicare prezzi da struttura di lusso. L’albergo è vecchio, trascurato e maltenuto. La colazione è probabilmente la peggiore che abbia mai visto in un hotel di questa categoria: prodotti scadenti, affettati di qualità bassissima messi in contenitori rotti e sporchi. Un livello che sarebbe discutibile in una pensione economica, figuriamoci in un hotel che si presenta e si fa pagare come un 4 stelle. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e persino ordinare un cappuccino è diventato un’impresa: chiedevo un cappuccino d’orzo e puntualmente arrivava al ginseng. Solo l’ultimo giorno sono riusciti finalmente a portarmi ciò che avevo ordinato. Altro episodio assurdo: con il soggiorno sono compresi i lettini e ci viene detto di scendere, perché avremmo trovato il bar e il ragazzo addetto alla consegna degli asciugamani. Scendiamo e scopriamo che il bar semplicemente non esiste. Per avere dell’acqua abbiamo dovuto chiamare l’hotel e chiedere che qualcuno ce la portasse. Quanto agli asciugamani, il ragazzo addetto era troppo impegnato a fumare: l’odore di cannabis era chiaramente percepibile. Una situazione francamente imbarazzante per una struttura che pretende di essere di questo livello. L’hotel, tra l’altro, non dispone nemmeno di un vero bar: se volete qualcosa da bere dovete andare al vicino bar oppure sperare che in quel momento ci sia qualcuno disponibile a servirvi. Stiamo sempre parlando di un presunto 4 stelle con prezzi da 5 stelle. Dulcis in fundo, il checkout. Alle 7:15 del mattino saldiamo il conto e chiediamo di avere la nostra macchina, specificando che dobbiamo partire il prima possibile. Ci viene risposto che non è possibile averla prima delle 8 perché il ragazzo che consegna le auto arriva alle 8.

Die Zimmer waren direkt an der Strasse, in der Nacht war es sehr laut! Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist völlig abgewohnt. Der Teppich geht vom Gang durchgehend in die Zimmer. Es gibt keine Bar, dh keine Möglichkeit am Abend etwas zu trinken. Im Badezimmer flakerte das einzige Licht, das zweite beim Waschbecken ging gar nicht. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls in einem nicht ansprechenden nicht sehr sauberen Raum. Zu wenig Platz für alle Gäste. Nur ein einziger Mann, der mit der Anzahl der Gäste überfordert ist - Warten auf einen Cappucino: 25 Minuten.

The the moment we arrived the town was lovely, tight coastal streets, but the hotel staff came right outside as we pulled to side and helped us unload and safely park our car for us. We had an elevator to our spacious family room overlooking the water! Such a view! Easy, pleasant walk on a path to town. It was perfectly just outside the business of the town but 10 minute walk in! Andrea (an amazing staff member) personally suggested and called in a dinner reservation for us and it was an amazing rec!! Comfortable beds, good AC, loved the location. We enjoyed the breakfast fully set up on their private terrace overlooking the water.

Everything was excellent at the place. But if you plan to enjoy the sea water, bring water shoes. The round rocks and shells are quite painful as you dip in the water.

The hotel is very old and the room especially the carpet was dirty. The bathroom was either old or dirty as there was yellow staining everywhere on the marble floor. The sofa came very ugly and they put a bedsheet or something loosely covering it very unpleasantly. We had breakfast and came into the breakfast room. No one greeted us, but when my partner took a bottle of water to the table, a male staff member came up to us and said we had to pay for the water if we brought the bottle to our table. No one told us anything or served us anything so we didn't know. The staff were unnecessarily unfriendly and rude he could have just said please leave the water at the counter didn't really have to be so rude and say you’ll have to pay for the water when it’s ONLY “just water” after all! We paid nearly £500 a night so definitely not worth it. If you have other choices, go stay somewhere else.

Někteří z personálu byli milí a ochotní, ale většina byla velmi nepříjemná.

V koupelně byla plíseň, pokoj byl obecně špinavý a zašlý. Na zdi byly fleky a nábytek byl starý. Snídaně byla nejslabší ze všech hotelů, kde jsme kdy byli a pití se podávalo v plastových kelímcích, za tuto cenu opravdu výsměch.

Absolut nicht Rollstuhlgeeignet. Dreckig. Abgenutzt.

The location was amazing. The beach nearby was a lovely surprise.

It might just be due to location, up in the cliffs, but there was a unpleasant odour in the room.

We honestly have never experienced anything like this before. Arriving at a hotel in such poor condition is completely unacceptable. Our holiday was ruined from the moment we arrived. Please see all the attached photos. The room was absolutely disgusting and extremely dirty. There was mold on the walls, making it impossible for us to let our children stay in the room. This is a serious health hazard. The bathroom was covered in mold in every corner, and the faucet was heavily covered in limescale. Everything was extremely dirty. The paint was peeling off everywhere, starting from the moment you enter the reception area. The luggage trolley was literally falling apart. This is simply not something you can present to paying guests. The bed our children were supposed to sleep in was falling apart. The fabric was torn, and it was so old and filthy that it should never be placed in a hotel room. The towels were covered with yellow stains, which appeared to be rust or mold. The air conditioning leaked brown water onto us and onto our clothes. We were informed that the hotel had a private beach, a beach club, and a beach bar. However, the beach was overcrowded with people, and there were bottles, cans, and rubbish everywhere. There was a young man standing there who did not even greet us when we arrived. There were no available sunbeds - perhaps around ten in total - and they were all permanently occupied with crumpled towels. When we asked if we could buy something from the beach bar, we were told it was closed. The entire area was dirty and poorly maintained. It looked more like a party beach for young people than a private beach belonging to a four-star hotel. It is completely unacceptable to check guests into a hotel advertised as a four-star property when it is in this condition.

Onderhoudstoestand en inrichting/afwerking accommodatie , alsmede aangeboden ontbijt komen totaal niet overeen met de gevraagde prijs. Prijs per nacht zeker 70 procent te hoog.

Location is perfect and the staff is very eager to help. There is paid parking and direct beach access.

The room’s windows opened onto a cour anglaise. There was a slight mouldy smell coming from the air conditioning, but the windows had no insect screens, so we couldn’t leave them open to air the room properly.

La posizione molto vicina al centro di Portofino e come si presenta l’hotel dall’esterno. Spiaggia inclusa nel prezzo. Buona la colazione. Staff molto gentile.

All’interno la struttura non è all’altezza di un 4 stelle a Portofino nel del prezzo che ha. Pavimenti e muri rotti in più punti. Specchio dell’ascensore molto sporco. Camera su strada rumorosa.

O pessoal que trabalha na recepção, tanto o do dia como o da noite foram totalmente grosseiros em todas as vezes em que precisamos de algo, como se fosse um favor o que estavam fazendo. Empatia e gentileza não existe.

Hotel is basic but you stay here for the bay/sea and proximity to Portofino. Breathtakingly beautiful.

Great location in between of Portofino and Paraggi with a beautiful nature path to get to the beach or the town marina. Private parking and sun loungers available. Staff at reception, beach and valet were helpful and polite.

Room was spacious but needs renovation. Breakfast was very limited with drinks served in plastic cups?? not sure why but have not seen this anywhere else and felt it was not appropriate for the level of property and price paid.

The hotel with the best location and price in Portofino. Spectacular view, friendly staff—especially Andrea, who gave me excellent recommendations for a restaurant and a boat trip.

A tad pricey but you are paying for the uber location and opportunity to visit the lovely harbour, admire the luxury yachts and people watch

We are doing a road trip of northern Italy; we’ve travelled this way a few times so you get a variety of experiences. We only stayed one night and I’d recommend consider doubling that to make the most of the facilities of this lovely hotel and its location. Although somewhat pricey you are paying for the access, the wow factor of the location, people watching, and the hotel’s beachside facilities. Our standard room was comfortable with plenty of pillows (important to my husband!), with a good shower which are all important things when moving around a bit. Andrea who met us on arrival, made our stay so much easier by sorting out our parking, our luggage and arranging a lovely table for us for dinner. He was very friendly and provided a great service.

The room had a balcony and lovely view over the sea. Situation of hotel was good and only a short walk into Portofino itself. Andrea was brilliant for recommendations to local restaurants. He made a booking on our first night and actually drove us there for a small fee which was much lower than a local taxi.

We didn’t like the bathroom it was way too small and no light over shower. The breakfast options could be improved. I would say it isn’t good value for money but then no hotel in Portofino is value for money.

A decoração do quarto deixou a desejar. Há um certo desleixo. A manutenção do imóvel deixou a desejar também.

First of all we would like to many thanks to Andrea Bell boy and very welcoming person at the hotel. He was very helpful. We forgot our jacket in the hotel before we stay . He even made the organization with dhl to pick up . We were lucky that we met with him. Location was perfect. Even with family baby. View of the room was amazing.

On that moment breakfast location was in beach side so there was so many steps . Was hard for baby stroller. They forgot my white wine in freezer which i bought from special winery . It become ice .They recover with another wine but wasnt same ofcourse. Other than this everything was good.

The view from our room was fantastic, breakfast & staff also all great. Short access to public beach area with private terrace area was a real plus.

Room decor will be due for a refresh soon ! Would be also good to open up the terrace for breakfast .

That although the dinner restaurant had been closed due to technical issues for over a week which meant scrambling to find a restaurant with space on the evening of our arrival (Saturday). and crossing a busy road from the hotel to the breakfast terrace

Excellent value for money! Excellent location (10 minutes walk to the center of Portofino and with beautiful view), elegant building, very professional service and housekeeping (very clean, friendly and the valet service suits Portofino ambience so well), very decent breakfast. I enjoyed every moment at the Hotel Piccolo Portofino and looking forward to come back again!

Nous étions deja venus en fin d annee derniere , ravis des prestations proposées parbcet hotel. Nous avons retrouvé les mêmes sentiments au regard de l'accueil, des chambres, de notre séjour. Tout est fait pour que nous nous étions bien dans cet endroit et le personnel particulièrement gentil et attentif a nous Un remerciement particulier a la réception qui nous a gâté en nous proposant des chambres plus agréables encore que celles prévues initialement Merci

Wegen eines Wasserschadens musste das Restaurant renoviert werden und wir konnten die gebuchte Halbpension, d.h das Dinner nicht nutzen. Das Hotel hat uns ein up grade auf ein größeres Zimmer mit Meerblick gewährt, ohne Zuzahlung. Bei Ankunft stand in dem Zimmer eine Flasche Champagner und ein Obstteller bereit. Eine sehr schöne und großzügige Geste des Hotelmanagers. Das Zimmer befand sich im 3. Stock mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Bucht. Das Frühstück fand unten auf der Restaurantterasse an der Bucht statt. Eine tolle Auswahl, schön gedeckte Tische, sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Einzigartig und romantisch.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nous avons trouvé des mégot de cigarettes à côté de la poubelle, sans doute un oubli, mais… à ce prix la nuit… Aussi la TV pas branchée, l’annonce d une bouteille d’eau offerte mais rien, la douche un peu vétuste.

Der Meerblick aus dem Zimmer war atemberaubend.

Aufgrund eines kürzlichen Wasserschadens in der 1. Etage konnte der Frühstückstaum nicht genutzt werden. Das Frühstück wurde deshalb im Zimmer serviert. Sehr schade war dass der Kaffe sowie alle warmen Speisen (Rührei, Schinken) komplett kalt serviert wurden. Da das Hotel direkt an der Strasse nach Portofino lag, war es abends sehr laut (Autos, Vespa‘s etc). Die Hotelzimmertüren sind sehr schlecht isoliert und man hört jedes Geräusch im Hotelgang, als wäre keine Türe vorhanden. Der TV war defekt. Obwohl es dem Hotel bekannt ist, wird nichts unternommen.
