Dostaliśmy upgrade do hotelu Savoia. Przepiękny, zadbany hotel z historią. Idealna lokalizacja. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Przemiła i bardzo wspierająca obsługa. Dziękuję. Silna rekomendacja z mojej strony.

Nie było takich aspektów.

Colazione in linea con le aspettative, letti comodi. Hotel in buona posizione praticamente a due passi dalla stazione, anche se personalmente ci sono arrivato in auto. Buona scelta per i ristoranti nelle vicinanze, sulla via a sinistra uscendo dall'hotel.

Eviterei di addentrarsi al porto nelle ore serali, visto che è a pochi passi dall'albergo. Circolano personaggi non propriamente raccomandabili....Questo ovviamente non è un problema dell'hotel, ma di chi deve gestire la sicurezza pubblica.

The breakfast was very good and all the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and even had a nice patio that we were not expecting. Loved the hotel.

Das Hotel war überbucht. Wir wurden ins Nebenhotel zum gleichen Preis umgebettet. Ausstattung und Personal so weit in Ordnung. Der abendliche Rundgang zum Hafen bis 23 Uhr war abendteuerlich. Als Frau alleine hätte ich mir zurück zum Hotel ein Taxi genommen. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ideal für Drogenhandel, Prostitution und Belästigungen. Polizei ist sehr präsent, aber der Urinduft auf den Straßen auch. Wir flüchteten nach einer Nacht. Besser ein Hotel in Camogli buchen.

We hebben een upgrade gekregen naar naastgelegen vijf sterren hotel, waarschijnlijk vanwege een verbouwing. Het hotel is prachtig en het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is goed. Het hotel ligt op en steenworp afstand van het station Principe, wat praktisch is, maar niet een fijne locatie.

Maar.....onze kamer viel tegen. Niet vijf sterren waardig. Kleine onpraktische badkamer. De kamer lag net boven een ketelhuis waar alle turbines, airco 's, enz. voortdurend draaiden en zorgden voor geluidsoverlast.

Position - so close to the railway station. Staff - all helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed.

Curtains didn’t cover windows very well so train station and street lights shone through all night. Room is small.

On a été surclassé dans l’hôtel Savoie 5 étoiles à côté de l’hôtel Continental. Il a un très beau salon avec bar et une très belle salle à manger. L’hôtel est sur la place de la gare très pratique quand on arrive en train.

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and cozy and had an nice view on the railway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t think we noticed any cons. We would definitely stay here again.

Nos dieron un upgrade al hotel Savoia, perteneciente a la misma cadena de hoteles ubicado a solo 50 m del hotel Continental. Todo estuvo excelente, la ubicación frente a la terminal de trenes, la atención del personal, el desayuno y la habitación muy cómoda.

Bad war zu klein. Duschwanne hatte nur 60x60cm. Möbel waren sehr alt und verbraucht. Matratze war sehr durchgelegen. Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch. Man erhielt nur auf direkte Nachfrage Kaffee, Rühreier oder Milch. Bei der Selbstbedienung gab es nur süße Lebensmittel. Der selbe Kuchen wurde drei Tage lang serviert. Es waren hauptsächlich nur abgepackte Lebensmittel vorhanden. Es wurde einem nicht direkt Kaffee oder sonstige Dinge angeboten, man musste dies selbst aktiv einfordern.

Bit of walking required for many of the other attractions in the centre. Hotel building itself is a bit dated, though it is very clean, and was comfortable and had all we required for a decent overnight stop.

Esperienza davvero eccezionale! Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la stanza, molto confortevole e curata, la colazione, ricca e di ottima qualità, e la posizione, comoda e strategica. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff, sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale. La struttura è davvero splendida e il soggiorno è stato reso ancora più speciale dal fantastico upgrade presso la struttura Hilton a 5 stelle, un gesto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Assolutamente consigliato!

The location of this hotel cannot be beat! Close to the Cruise Port, Train Station, cafes and Restaurants right on the same street. The staff is EXCELLENT! Each staff member was very friendly, courteous and helpful in every way possible. HIGHLY recommend this hotel, especially if you love older architecture. Still has the original 1940 elevator with the original old world phone still present! LIVED OUR STAY! Gabriel at the reception desk was THE BEST!

If a guest did not close the door to the elevator manually, it cannot go up or down. Inconsiderate guests don't follow the signs or instructions that are clearly posted making it inconvenient for other guests. However, that is not the Hotels fault

Grand merci pour le surclassement au SAVOY où j'ai apprécié le confort et la taille de la chambre. Excellent petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse de l'hôtel avec vue incroyable.

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro storico e comodissima per usufruire dei mezzi bubblici, praticamente appena fuori dall'albergo (treno, metropolitana, autobus). Buffet della colazione abbondante e ben ordinato, servizio attento. Particolarmente apprezzato il bagno della camera ampio.

Sarebbe da trovare un soluzione migliore per la lampada sul tavolo scrivania della camera. Lampada bella ma ingombrante: se collocata da un lato disurba la visione della TV, se posizionata dall'altro lato impedisce il movimento del braccio per ruotare la TV stessa. Alla fine, l'abbiamo posizionata a terra, evitando così il rischio di farla cadere.

Allereerst was de wifi EXTREEM slecht. En dat voor een hotel dat zich voor laat staan op zeer goede wifi. Verder was de airconditioning erg slecht gepositioneerd. De hele nacht waait er een ijskoude luchtstroom over het bed. Hetgeen zeer onaangenaam is. Ook was het hotel gehorig. De overigens erg leuke lift geeft echter veel geluidsoverlast. Zelfs in kamers die ver van de lift liggen. Verder was er grote onduidelijkheid over het ontbijt. Ee werd in een benedenzaaltje een zeer bescheiden ontbijtje geboden terwijl in de trattoria een bijzonder goed ontbijt werd geserveerd. De receptie weigerde echter die mogelijkheid uit te leggen.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto confortevole e ci siamo davvero goduti l'hotel. Un grande vantaggio è stato poter usufruire dei servizi dell'hotel a 5 stelle adiacente. La posizione è perfetta, proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria di Genova È stato bellissimo l'ascensore d'epoca, collazione top.💯 Nel complesso, un'ottima esperienza e ci torneremmo volentieri.

J'avais initialement réservé au Continental et j'ai obtenu un sur classement pour une chambre à l'hôtel voisin : Grand Hotel Savoia. Tout a été fantastique : accueil, chambre, service... Nous avons eu un excellent diner à la Trattoria de l'hotel : Tralalêro pour un prix très raisonnable. Depuis notre dernier passage en avril, la qualité de la nourriture est passée de très bonne à excellente. Petit-déjeuner d'excellente qualité également. L'ensemble du personnel est professionnel et attentionné. Merci pour leurs recommandations. Tant l'ambiance du bar "Settimo Cielo" que la terrasse du 7ème étage sont magiques. Une vue à couper le souffle du port de Gênes surtout de nuit. Nous avons nettement plus apprécié ce séjour que le précédent. Merci à l'Hôtel et son équipe

Niestety oprócz dogodnej lokalizacji nic. Brak parkingu - samochody są wywożone na parkingi położone daleko od hotelu co praktycznie uniemożliwia zostawienie w nim czegokolwiek z łatwym dostępem.

NIe wiem skąd wcześniejsze, dobre opinie na temat tego hotelu. Jestem bardzo rozczarowany czystością tego obiektu serwisem, obsługą gości oraz najbardziej serwowanymi śniadaniami. Od samego wejścia do hotelu miałem wrażenie, że ten hotel nie zasługuje na 4*. Hotel bardzo mroczny, w pokoju dużo kurzu, włosy znalezione w teoretycznie posprzątanej łazience, pod prysznicem, w umywalce a także w łóżku. Podłoga czarna od brudu. Ogólnie było to bardzo niesmaczne. Bardzo pretensjonalne podejście obsługi do pytań gości są nieakceptowalne w hotelu 4*. Najbardziej jednak na negatywną opinię zasługują śniadania. Do momentu, kiedy były serwowane w sąsiednim hotelu Savoia było wszystko w porządku, natomiast jak były serwowane w hotelu Continental obsługa po zgłoszonych reklamacjach dotyczących świeżości oraz jakości serwowanych potraw krzykiem próbowała wymusić zrozumienie dla serwowanych dań twierdząc, że są świeże, a talerze czyste (dołączam zdjęcia). Dla mnie Continental to hotel w którym odradzam pobyt dla osób ceniących sobie czystość i dobre jedzenie.

I’m shocked at some of the negative reviews here, our room was fantastic (so large), we booked the executive room as we wanted a little bit more luxury and it was well worth it. The toiletries were gorgeous and the use of the rooftop jacuzzi in the hotel’s sister hotel was AMAZING.

Klimatyczny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji

Świetnie działająca cicha klimatyzacja, miła znająca języki obsługa, czyściutko, pyszne śniadania. Lokalizacja przy dworcu i windzie na zamek umawia zwiedzanie, a apteka 24h na dole też przydatna :)

Podwójne drzwi windy głośne w nocy/nad ranę słychać w całym obiekcie.

Posizione eccellente vicina alla stazione, camera pulita, letto comodo e personale molto accogliente. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la fantastica sorpresa al check-in: un upgrade gratuito dal hotel Continental al Grand Hotel Savoia. La camera era elegante, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort, e la colazione nell'hotel è stata eccellente. Personale squisito e molto professionale. Ritorneremo sicuramente molto presto

Muito próximo da estação de Genova, fácil locomoção até o pier para os passeios de barco. Hotel grande e charmoso, elevador nos moldes antigos que funcionou super bem. Café da manhã com excelente variedade de opções e uma ótimo vista da cidade.

O restaurante para café da manhã ficam em uma estrutura ao lado, parecendo ser um outro hotel, poderia ter mais plaquinhas e avisos no elevador para facilitar o acesso.

Struttura non a livello per le stelle che ha. Piu di tutto l'esperienza con il servizio di parcheggio richiede estrema cautela da parte degli ospiti. Durante il mio soggiorno ho affidato l'auto al servizio parcheggiatore dell'hotel. Purtroppo, dopo essere ripartito di fretta per un impegno di lavoro, arrivato a destinazione ho notato evidenti graffi sulla carrozzeria assenti prima della consegna. Ho subito telefonato in struttura per segnalare l'accaduto e mi era stato assicurato che sarei stato ricontattato in giornata dal Direttore per chiarire la situazione. Tale ricontatto non è mai avvenuto, costringendomi a sollecitare via email. La risposta formale del General Manager si è limitata a declinare ogni responsabilità appellandosi unicamente alla mancanza di una contestazione immediata e congiunta al momento della riconsegna dell'auto (procedura peraltro non facilitata da un check-in/check-out dello stato del veicolo da parte dello staff al momento della presa in carico). Più che per il risarcimento in sé, resta la forte delusione per la gestione della comunicazione: promesse di ricontatto telefonico mai mantenute e un atteggiamento burocratico e privo di empatia verso l'ospite. Un consiglio per i futuri clienti: se usufruite del servizio di parking, prendetevi tutto il tempo di ispezionare minuziosamente la vettura insieme al personale sia alla consegna che al ritiro, pretendendo una verifica congiunta, poiché in caso di problemi successivi il servizio clienti dell'hotel non vi offrirà alcun supporto.

La réceptionniste a refusé de nous réserver un taxi la veille, prétextant que sa collègue le ferait le lendemain, pas de réception le matin pour partir avec un taxi réservé pour l'aéroport. Pas de petits déjeuners bien que payés, impossible de trouver la salle du petit déjeuner par le 7ème étage et pas de réception à 7h du matin....

Everything there's nothing to dislike would recommend this and it's sister hotel all day long. Perfect little bit of serenity and calm from the bustling city.

Un hôtel exceptionnel, je me serais cru dans un film américain. Je suis arrivé le jour de mon anniversaire et j'ai eu le droit à un joli cadeau en chambre, qui au passage, était magnifique 😍🙏un personnel qui fait beaucoup d'efforts pour parler le français où qui essaie de se faire comprendre. Un restaurant magique avec des personnes accueillantes et bienveillantes, un très bon repas avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Gènes ! Bref, je recommande !

L'emplacement est un peu compliqué à atteindre surtout qu'il y avait pas mal de travaux à côté de l'hotel. Je vous conseille de prendre une place dans le parking privatisé de l'hôtel (35€ la journée). Un voiturier s'occupera de votre titine ☺️

Kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen hier. Das Zimmer, welches mir zugeteilt wurde, war ein angebliches Upgrade. Erste Etage zu einem mehr als schäbigen, engen, grauen Hinterhof - unfassbar dunkel und depressiv... Ich reklamierte und erhielt mein gebuchtes Zimmer mit Stadtblick. Es hätte meiner verstorbenen Urgroßmutter sicherlich gefallen, hatte aber nichts mit den Fotos auf der Webseite und auf Booking zu tun. Sehr altbacken und die Tapeten und die Farbe hätten auch schon erneuert werden müssen. Ich würde das schon Betrug nennen, wenn man ein angeblich geschmackvoll aufgepepptes, älteres Hotel mit schönen Fotos anbietet und schlussendlich nur ein bisschen Farbe auf die Außenseiten der Zimmertüren kleckst. Tatsächlich hat man mir meinen Aufenthalt wirklich mit so einem altmodischen und keineswegs charmanten Zimmer (Schreibtischlampe noch komplett schief und funktionierte auch nicht) verdorben. Ja, man ist gut an den Nahverkehr angeschlossen, was insofern hilfreich ist, als das die Gegend wirklich total schäbig und abgerockt ist. Nur hässliche Touri-Restaurants und Spätkauf-Läden, ansonsten komische Leute, die herumhängen. Sehr unangenehm. Das Frühstück im verbundenen 5-Sterne-Hotel ist zwar großzügig angerichtet, aber auch da klappte es nicht einmal, dass ich am zweiten Tag tatsächlich einen heißen Kaffee erhielt. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen und bin wirklich mehr als genervt von dem, was mir geboten wurde.

We were upgraded to their sister hotel, the Grand Hotel Savoia Genova. It was a beautiful historic building, our stay here was ideal. The hotel and room were clean. The breakfast offered had many choices and was one of the better hotel breakfasts we had in Italy.
