Service was great

객실 청결상태, 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 커피머신이 작동되지 않아서 서비스 신청했다는 리뷰를 본 적 있는데 같은 객실인지..머신이 작동 되지 않았어요. 또 다른 OTT 시청은 가능했는데 넷플릭스 연결이 안 되어서 노트북 연결해서 영화봤습니다. 번거러워서 2건 다 문의하지는 않았습니다.

아주 깨끗하고 좋아요

주차장 넓음.(무료). 대중 교통이 생각보다 편함. 주변 망우당 공원 또는 체육공원 앞에 대구 여러 곳으로 가는 버스 노선이 있음. 근처 금호강 산책로 있음. 지하철역이 좀 먼게 아쉽지만 나머지 여건이 상쇄함. 호텔 쾌적하고 호텔 편의점이 있어서 편리함. 호텔 내에 베이커리, 카페도 있음. 침구 깨끗함.

숙소가 매우 청결했으며, 방의 크기가 커서 매우 만족스러웠음.

Always best place to stay in Daegu

Reasonably close (by bus or taxi) to Dongdaegu train and bus stations. Attractive surroundings. Lavish common areas - and rooms. However, service not always up to standard, with little English spoken or understood.

약간 오래된 느낌이지만 전체적으로 정리정돈 잘된 깔끔한 느낌의 호텔입니다. 다만 개별 냉난방이 안되는 점과 주차장이 조금 멀리 떨어진 점은 아쉬웠습니다.

All of the staff greeted me with bright smiles and a warm welcome, and the front desk team was especially kind and informative, which created a great vibe from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself had a luxurious interior, was peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. I don't play Gamble but they have it and the food was absolutely delicious of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again if I get the chance.

호텔 위치와 서비스는 맘에 듭니다. 대구에 생기 여러 비슷한 가격의 호텔 중 가장 클래식 하고 무난합니다. 단지 객실의 규모에 비해 프론트 직원들이 많지 않아 전화가 밀리는 경우가 많은 것 같습니다. 체크아웃 전에 돈벌레? 스러운 다리가 많은 벌레가 나타나서 기겁했지만 체크아웃위해 짐정리 하는 중이라 그나마 그냥 나갔습니다. 서비스와 클래식한 느낌은 너무 좋구요. 서비스는 친절하지만 매우 바쁘신 것 같았습니다.

Our room was in the park village building and it was a long walk with kids to the main lobby. There were issues with the sockets and it is difficult to charge your phone near the bed if you have a usb c charger. The second floor of our unit seemed a bit dangerous for kids so we didn't use it at all. The stairs also seem a bit dangerous as well.

Beautiful hotel with numerous things to do on site. The room was a bit odd with a window from the bedroom into the bathroom

청결하고 잘 관리된 숙소 입니다.

직원분 너무 친절하고 좋았는데 한식당 음식이 좀 아쉬웠어요. 그것외엔 모두 만족합니다. 수영장도 특히 좋았어요. 키즈풀, 온천탕, 인피니티풀… 손님들을 많이 생각한 호텔이라는 인상을 받았습니다. 직원분이 불친절하다고 리뷰에서 본것 같은데 전혀 그렇지 않아요. 대구에 대해 좋은 인상을 받고 갑니다. 경기도권에도 같은 호텔이 있는지 찾아보려구요.

룸과 침구류가 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 로비에 편의점과, 간단한 베이커리를 파는 제과코너가 있어 레스토랑을 이용하지 않는 사람에게는 편리합니다.

Pros: -big, luxurious property with amazing amenities -extremely comfortable bed/pillows -24 hour store in lobby to purchase snacks/drinks (even wine) -beautiful details around the property area (flowers at the main entrance and waterfall in the back) -friendly staff (receptionists, maids, gym trainers) Cons: -outlet by the table did not work (had to charge my laptop at the coffee machine area) -sometimes toilet features do not work (heated seating and automatic flush) -air conditioning would not work during day (very hot during the day and cold at night… our first stay on the 8th floor was good but our second stay on the 6th floor was faulty)

전반적인 호텔 컨디션이 좋음. 룸사이즈도 적당하고, 적어도 내가 묵었던 방들의 위생도 괜찮았음. 일년에 한번 정도 주말을 이용해서 대구 오는데 다른 호텔보다 살짝 외진 곳에 있으나 그만큼 조용하고 여유 있음.

Very luxurious for a good price.

욕실 사용 시 불편이 많았습니다. 샤워기 조절이 불편하여 찬물과 더운물 구분이 어렵게 되어 있어요. 가성비가 별로이며 수영장 사용 비용 청구는 의외로 생각됩니다. 다시 숙박하고 싶지 않아요.

오래 되었지만 호텔 컨디션도 좋고 부지가 넓어 답답하지 않아요. 특히 산책로 조성이 잘 되어 있습니다. 청소는 조금 신경써야 할 것 같네요. 특급호텔이라기엔 약간 미흡합니다.

Excellent hotel but went during renovations

제일 불편했던 점 : 주차 / 결혼식을 함께 하는 호텔인지는 알지만 투숙객과 하객들의 주차에 대해서는 반드시 구분할 필요가 있어보입니다. 투숙 전부터 주차 때문에 만족도가 전체적으로 떨어졌습니다. 뷰 / 호텔 예약 시 본관 리버뷰로 예약을 했는데 실제 배정은 리버뷰가 아닌 호텔뷰였습니다. 체크인 시간 순서대로 리버뷰를 우선 배정하는 지는 모르겠으나 그렇게 할 것이라면 처음부터 예약 시 리버뷰라는 글자를 제외하는 것이 맞다고 봅니다. 만족했던 점 : 청결도 / 부대시설(피트니스클럽) 근처 산책하기 좋은 곳에 위치해있고 투숙객을 위한 피트니스클럽과 수영장 등의 시설이 세련되게 마련되어 있었습니다.

For being a 5 star hotel we did not recieve the treatment. Upon checkin the staff notified us that the AC had not been turned on a recommended we ope. The windows immediately. They also let us know no amenities were included and we had to purchase a shampoo, co ditioner. Body wash if we wanted it. It wasnt expensive but still. Room was hot and hard to sleep even with the window ope. But between alergies and Korea air quality i suffered from sleeping with it open all night. This is the 3rd time i have stayed at the hotel and the worst yet. Hopefully they are working to make thi gs right

호텔 컨디션은 좋으나, 주변에 아무것도 없고 주차장이 호텔건물과 연결되어있지않아 이동시 불편했다

방음은 좀 안되는것 같아요 그렇지만 뷰, 객실 청결도 모두 만족합니다. 직원 분들도 모두 친절하셔서 좋아요ㅔ

13시에 체크인 부탁하니 추가 요금 청구하였고,냉장고에 생수는 무료이고, 추가로 생수 요청하면 생수 값을 지불 요청. 부대 시설도 무료 사용 없고 사용료 지불 하여야 함. 객실 침대는 편하고 wifi 무료 서비스 좋았다. 전반적으로 객실 손님에 대한 배려가 없는 호텔.

저번 숙박시 뷔페가 좋아서 다시 예매했는데ㅡ 창문도 더러워 밖 뷰가 잘 안보였고ㅡ 욕조도 없고. 시설이 오래되어 좀 그랬다. 수영장도 추가 요금내서 이용하나 유료로는 이용할 값어치 없었고ㅡ 다시간 뷔페는 연말이라 사람들이 너무많아 음식도 식고 별로였다ㅡ

편하게 휴식을 취할수 있어 좋았음 룸서비스 조식은 차림세가 너무 성의가 없음 특히 샌드위치

great old hotel; some may say its classic but its also little with smoke smell and no air-condition in winter time (it was awkwardly one hot winter day).

Everything is good but staff so unkind.

숙박 환경(시설, 전망 등)이 너무 좋습니다. 좋은 경험이었습니다.

숙소 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있음. 단지 욕조가 필요했던 연로하신 아버지를 위하여 예약가격보다 10만원을 더 지불했음. 그 과정이 불편했음. 그러나 짐을 올려다 준 직원이 친절해서 ㅇㅋ. 그리고 편의점이 꽤 커서 유용했음. 시내에서 떨어져 주변시설이 없었지만 편의점이 그 역할 함

대구로 가족여행 가서 하룻밤 묵었는데 방 크기도 크고, 청결하고 전망도 좋아서 만족스러웠습니다.

룸 컨디션은 좋았습니다. 다만 조식 서비스가 너무 늦게 시작하였고 (일요임에도 7시 부터) 강이 보이는 뷰는 좋은데 분수 소리가 좀 거슬렸습니다.

방문시 프론트 직원이 그렇게 친절하진 않음. 방문 하루전 문의드릴게 있어서 전화했는데 바쁜지 모르겠으나 빨리 끊으려하는 느낌을 받음. 말투도 살짝 귀찮아하는 듯한? 방은 컨디션 좋았고 청결함 화장실도 굿.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Pro: Great view of the town from the room, comfortable bed, complete amenities, overall well managed property, Great rate. Recommended. Con: Not so great if you are using public transportation (not a major issue). Breakfast buffet is Korean cuisine friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent food and service at main restaurant, too.

My stay here was a business trip, and the Hotel Inter Burgo was a fantastic place to stay. The receptionists all spoke great english, and the check-in process was seamless. The room was extremely nice, clean and well-kept. This hotel had a keruig-style coffee machine that made decent espresso, which was pretty nice. I had the buffet-style breakfast, and it was very good, but for 29,000 KRW, I'm not sure I'll go again. For future stays in Daegu, I will definitely stay here again.

The room was very small. It was different with the picture.

I have stayed just one night for my business. The lobby was spacious and well designed; coffee shop, restaurants, buffet, souvenir shops were available. My room was rather smaller than expected yet was clean and warm. The window view was spectacular with a peaceful river reflecting sunlight. The amenities were good; a flat TV, clean restroom, and coffee and tea, etc. Everything except room service was goo. The meal of the room service was not good in quality and I didn’t finish it. The hotel fee was not big compared to the overall quality. I recommend this hotel to stay once at least.

Stayed one night while passing through Daegu. The check-in service was cold and rude. The room was very noisy; thin walls and extremely close to the airport. You'll hear low flying airplanes at all times. The room is dated but built well and comfortable enough.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet had many good healthy choices. The river view was great.

The room i received was dirty. The was some kind of a spill on the walls and the lamp. The was a bunch of hair in the tub. Is like someone forgot to clean it

I enjoyed the professional conduct of the staff at the hotel. They were very attentive and interested in ensuring I was taken care of during my stay.

Two night stay on a multi city business trip. Hotel had seen its better days in the past. Mattress was firm like a rock (had to use comforter as mattress pad), shower head was broken and water came out in all directions, carpet stained, NO SAFE IN THE ROOM, and room fixtures are not in the best condition. Staff was friendly. Atrium and common areas in a good condition.

I was given an old dirty room. the pillows were not comfortable. the shower head was not adjustable. the sink was slow to drain. heating was very slow. desk chair was too low for the desk-used 3 pillows get get height-awkward. no universal outlets in the room. could not recommend with rooms like this...

Nice hotel in Daegu area. Not far from main train station (dong-daegu) and close to many famous places.

Calm and easy place to stay. Standard service and higher condition.

The hotel is very, very nice. However, the heat and air conditioning are not always customizable. During the spring, the system is still on heat from the winter season and the rooms were anywhere from 26 to 30 deg C.

Great staff. Love this hotel. The buffet is spends but I think very worth it. Nothing directly located but a short walk or drive gets you there.

Stayed for one night to visit family on my travels through Korea by train. A relative recommended this place for its proximity to the Dong Daegu Station. The overall impression I had from previous reviews was spot on - hotel calling itself 4+ stars for its amenities but unable to deliver because you have to add services on a la carte basis to experience it. I did not visit the casino or use the pool or fitness center at additional cost. The lobby and convention center entrance is expansive and is geared toward hosting weddings and events. The buffet restaurant is on this side - breakfast was OK and there didn't appear to be many options immediately around the hotel. The hotel rooms (I had to reserve 2 for my family of 4) were more standard 2.5/3 star level. Like most properties, they post pictures of their newly renovated rooms but most of us will get the standard room. The room was clean but my biggest complaint was what many others have posted already - it was stifling hot and the central AC control took a long time to cool down. We kept the spare card key in the power slot while we were out to dinner and the room was much more comfortable by the time we got back. Daegu is probably much more pleasant in the spring and autumn seasons. The hotel was a 10-15 minute taxi ride to/from the Dong Daegu Station (costing around $5) which was very convenient. If I were to visit Daegu again, I'd probably look at the hotels toward the center of town with better reviews.

Can't believe this hotel is rated 4 and a half stars! The main foyer area is nice- it's obviously been kept up to date but the rooms are so dated and disappointing. We ended up paying extra to change rooms as the first room we got was awful. Coffee(?) stains on the walls, tiny bed with an old cover, our view was looking over a garden area that was getting demolished so has to listen to scaffolding being thrown around by workers. Our next room was a little better but still extremely dated and disappointing. Location is terrible unless you like to gamble at the casino. Avoid!

The hotel in general is very old and the rooms are not in great conditions. Non-Smoking rooms still smelled like cigarettes and due to many Chinese tourists, it was very loud. The front desk was really friendly, however, the overall stay was very disappointing for our family.

I had a very pleasant stay in hotel burgo. Other than the electric sockets that are not universal and need to go to lobby bringing all the gadgets for battery charging, i had no other complaints. The hotel staff were helpful. Booking thru hotels.com was easy, convenient and reliable.

There are no bell person, you need to look for someone to get attention & service. Very old hotel. It's not easy to access local, has to use taxi, no local restaurants near by. I won't stay there again

I stayed one night with my wife on a family visit. I used 10% discount coupon which total came out to about $120, which was a great deal I thought. We got there around 1900 and the blanket in the room had spots which seemed as if they were due to wear and tear. No tooth brush was included and all in one cleanser in the shower, which nowadays, all hotels will at least let you know when you check in that you might want to buy any amenities if you didn't bring any. Lucky I had some already. Upon checking out of the hotel, the front desk lady asked me if I used the mini bar and I said no. Then she asked me if I drank anything other than a complimentary water bottle and I said no. Then she said everything is complete and we both said goo bye. However, even before I took three steps away from the counter, she called the housekeeping lady and asked if the mini bar was still there which was when I knew that I will never again stay at this hotel even if I had a great deal again. Hotel's location was great, wifi was alright, and I would really recommend everyone to go to Novotel just about 15 minute drive away in the center of the city.
