편의시설이 많았고,넓은공간이 있어서 산책하기기 좋았고,호텔서 판매하는 식품들이 고급스럽고,맛이 좋았다.특히 공원 옆에있어서 공기도 신선하고,시설관리가 아주 깨끗하고 좋았다. 또한 갤러리가 있는데, 전시된 작품수준이 높았고,감상하는 힐링받는 느낌이었다.

우선 호텔 시설이랑 조식이 좋습니다! 헬스장 이용에 추가금이필요하다고 해서 당황하긴 했는데 들어가보니 가본 헬스장 중 가장 시설이 좋고 뷰도 좋네요!!! 조식도 맛있었습니다!!

スイートが別館で遠くて、川見えない部屋で、残念だった。3人で泊まったが、1人はロフトで布団を敷いて寝た。もうこのスイートは泊まらないと思う

Facility was clean

Room would not go below 24 degree Celcius. I told the room attendant and he gave us a fan that did not work. We asked for a thin bedsheet for each bed because the comforter was too heavy and room was hot. He only gave us 1 bedsheet and told us we need to pay 22,000 KRW for another bedsheet even though the room was too hot. Very disappointed in the service and this is not the first time we stayed at this hotel.

What I did like about the property was the style of the hotel.

The staff were polite, but not all of them had the best English. When booking you see the possibility of a fitness, a swimming pool, etc. upon trying to use such facilities , you have to pay extra. Also, it also a very busy hotel due to the many facilities around.

처음에는 2박만 할려고 했는데, 뷰가 답답해서 추가비용을 지불하고 스위트룸에서 4박을 잘 보냈읍니다. 2박후에 다른 타입의 스위트룸으로 옮기는 과정에서도 서비스를 잘 받았읍니다. 황xx직원의 서비스가 좋았네요. 29년경에 신라호텔이 대구에 온다고 해도 현재의 좋은 위치를 잘 활용하고 좀 더 내부시설면에서 디테일함을 보완만한다고 하면 충분한 경쟁이 될거 같네요.

현재 대구에서 5성급 호텔로 되어있는데, 서울의 5성급인 신라, 파르나스호텔등과 비교하면, 객관적으로는 4성급호텔이 아닌가 싶네요. 그나마 대구에서는 젤 나은거 같고 동대구역인근의 메리어트호텔보다도 나은거 같다는 생각입니다. 아쉬운 점은, 룸서비스의 메뉴가 많이 다양하지않은 점과, 냉장고다과가 없는 것이 약간 당황했읍니다. 룸서비스의 음식과 과일의 질은 서울의 어느 호텔보다도 가성비가 있었읍니다. 좀더 분발해서 대구의 최고 호텔이 되었으면 좋겠네요.

The bed was very comfortable

There was nothing to complain about; every aspect was enjoyable and appealing.

Breakfast was fine.

The facility was not great. Our bathroom light did not work. No iron in the room. When requested, we were told to bring down the garments to iron in a room near the lobby. We left after one night and went to the Marriott.

Very good bed, comfy, room is quiet, good breakfast, but I guess you have to be early, as I was coming slightly after 9 (breakfast is till 10) and they're starting to remove everything and not much food is left to choose from. The room was too warm and couldn't lower the temperature (control did nothing if you set the temperature at 22, and it was still staying at 26+). Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful interior of the lobby.

The hotel is amazing.

The hotel is part of a big complex sitting right on the river in Daegu. It has very many facilities (but many require you to pay extra e.g. sauna and golf) and is in a good location. There is a bus stop outside the hotel on a route which takes you to Daegu Station, bus station and the big shopping complexes. We didn’t explore the area around the hotel as we didn’t have time. The rooms are spacious and have all the usual amenities.

I wasn’t aware of this fact but due to its location there can be some noise from the airport. There were fighter jets taking off/landing most of the day, as well as commercial jets. We found it interesting to watch but the first time you hear the fighter jets, it is a bit of a shock! That said we would definitely stay here again were we ever to head back to Daegu.

Breakfast was not worth the money. The food was cold. I had to ask the staff to heat up the eggs and it was difficult communicating with them, as they do not speak English.

The food was mediocre. There were plenty of Casino staff but refuse to open tables even though there were at least 50 - 60 people standing around waiting for a spot. The casino is losing money for refusing to cater to the players. For an International Hotel, the staff barely speaks English. The room was extremely hot and front desk said they cannot help with the temperature and to open the windows. I had 3 rooms and 1 room was fine, 2 were extremely hot 31C! Hotel is,clean.. just not a hospitable staff and there's apparently no air circulation in the rooms making it very difficult to breathe.

I found the capsule coffee machine was not properly cleaned. I found a used capsule inside....

My initial impression was not very positive - the hotel is a bit far away from the city centre, the staff watched with interest as I lugged my heavy bag into the hotel without assistance and there was no concierge to help with arranging further travel plans. The lobby also seemed like a small, albeit up scale shopping mall full of shops & restaurants. One has to actually pay about 10 USD to use the gym, even as a hotel guest. But once I saw the well-designed and good-sized room with a wonderful view of the river and the very nice park the hotel is locaated in (a walk through the park is highly recommended), my view began to change. It may be strange to have to pay for the gym, but what a gym it is! It's huge, with every imaginable piece of equipment (the sauna also looks very inviting albeit expensive but I didn't have the time to explore it). Try not to miss the buffet - again rather pricey (about 50 USD) but well worth it with a very wide selection of delicious Korean food and some Western choices. Much recommended but get there early or reserve as its very full even on weekdays.

This seems to be a go-to place for well-heeled Daegu-ians. It's attached to a fancy casino and as mentioned has amazing recreation facilities and a top buffet. But it is definitely not oriented toward non-Koreans. Staff speak limited English and at first don't appear very helpful (although it turns out they will help you get a taxi if one is not waiting in the taxi stand near the hotel entrance). The bathroom was a bit spartan which contrasted to how luxurious the rest of the hotel is. With a few tweeks this hotel could become very attractive to an international clientele as well.

The best hotel stay I've ever had. I keep recommending people to go to Daegu for a weekend.

Mid-range restaurant. It is either very high end or something from the little store. It's hard to order a real high end dinner all by oneself.

They shutoff the aircon in all the rooms. Internal temperature was 27 Celsius and totally uncomfortable to sleep in. There was also no warning to guests about this.

Have stayed here before, and enjoyed the overall ambience of the hotel. Nicely finished, and very modern. Breakfast buffet was very good. Doormen were helpful getting taxis for us. Overall, a good place to stay especially on business or in the unlikely event youre having a holiday in Daegu

Only complaint was the coffee makers at the restaurant. Only options for espresso or american. No options that use milk, and there wasnt even warm milk available. Very strange!
