La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura: davvero comoda e perfetta per spostarsi e visitare la città. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre richieste. Il primo giorno abbiamo segnalato la presenza di alcune formiche in camera, che sembravano provenire da un piccolo foro in un angolo della stanza. Il personale è intervenuto immediatamente e, da quel momento, non abbiamo più avuto alcun problema. Molto apprezzato anche il cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani. Il letto era abbastanza comodo e, considerando soprattutto la posizione, il prezzo del soggiorno è stato adeguato.

Purtroppo la struttura e soprattutto la camera risultano piuttosto datate e avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovate. La stanza era inoltre molto buia. L’aspetto più negativo è stato però la pulizia: la camera non era sufficientemente pulita e, al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato anche delle formiche. Sebbene il problema delle formiche sia stato risolto immediatamente dopo la nostra segnalazione, durante il soggiorno la sensazione generale è rimasta quella di una camera poco curata dal punto di vista della pulizia. Nel complesso, la posizione e la gentilezza del personale sono sicuramente degli ottimi punti a favore, ma sarebbe necessario migliorare significativamente la pulizia e rinnovare gli ambienti.

Het was niet schoon. Er rolde wat onder het bed, daar lag veel viezigheid. Verder was het gewoon ok, maar niet echt luxe of netjes.

Molto centrale

The location is just perfect, steps away from tens of nice restaurants and bistros. The staff were very helpful, super kind and ready to help. Our room was a bit small but were well designed and with everything we needed.

It’s a bit noisy as you can clearly hear everything that goes on in the hallway (people coming and going, locks..) though it did not ruin our stay a bit.

Bem localizado, fica em um bairro muito bem servido de restaurantes, cafés e perto do metrô. Cerca de 6 min de caminhada.

Nosso quarto estava com o ar-condicionado que não gelava bem. Por sorte, de madrugada fez um friozinho e compensou o ar funcionando mal.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda ai trasporti e in un posto tranquillo, Attorno ci sono molte attività come bar e ristoranti e nonostante avessimo le finestre che davano sulla strada il rumore non era particolarmente fastidioso anche con le finestre aperte. Stanza e bagno sono ampi, letti comodi. L'unica pecca è stata la presenza di muffa nella doccia ma lo posso capire per il fatto che il bagno non aveva la ventilazione e ne una finestra. Staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile a dare informazioni. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, la colazione costa 18€ come in quasi tutti i locali/bar attorno.

Hotel carino a due passi da Pigalle servito da bus che ti portano ovunque, a Pigalle c’è anche la stazione Metropolitana. L’albergo si trova in una via tranquilla servito da negozi e bar. Vicino c’è anche una farmacia. Colazione buona con scelta dolce e salato. Personale disponibile, gentile e professionale. Camera pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro e la camera era abbastanza comoda. Consigliato per famiglie.

Unica pecca il Wi-Fi in camera, ancorché gratuito, non permetteva di navigare e non è stato possibile utilizzarlo. L’unico punto in cui prende è giù all’ingresso vicino alla finestra che dà sulla strada. Anche la TV non funzionava. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa ma ci hanno risposto di controllare il cavo, che tra l’altro avevamo già controllato e comunque non andava.

6階に宿泊したが、エレベーターは5階までしかない。そのエレベーターは荷物を持っていたら二人までしか乗れない小さなものだった。

Fantasztikusan kedves személyzet. És a szállás elhelyezkedése is nagyon jó. Csendes utca, mégis minden nagyon közel van.

Három ágyas szobát kértünk, és egyértelmű volt, hogy 3 felnőtt fogja lakni a szobát. A Lányom is már elmúlt 18 éves. Mégis a harmadik ágy sokkal kisebb volt, mint a másik kettő. Egy felnőtt számára nagyon kényelmetlen volt.

La posizione, vicino alla fermata della Metro.

La struttura è assimilabile più ad un ostello che ad un albergo. La camera era dotata di un bagno assurdo, cieco, strettissimo e quasi totalmente al buio. Il resto della camera era abbastanza adeguato. La colazione, valutata per 18 euro a testa, è completamente non all'altezza... come consiglio se proprio volete soggiornare in questa struttura, non prendete la colazione... appena fuori dall'albergo ci sono tante "boulangerie e pastisserie" o braserie dove potete gustare allo stesso prezzo o inferiore, colazioni decisamente migliori.

カードキーを抜くと冷蔵庫の電源が切れ、入れていた物が常温になってしまうところ。

Aria condizionata praticamente NON funzionante - a riprova erano già presenti in camera 3 ventilatori che comunque non hanno reso vivibile la camera. Anche per colpa delle temperature esterne di Parigi, comunque TROPPO CALDO per riuscire a dormire in maniera accettabile.

Une petite chambre à la forme bizarre en bout de couloir près de l'ascenseur et donnant sur l'escalier... Des toilettes minuscules peu pratiques. Et ma porte qui donnait sur celle de l'escalier quand je voulais sortir de ma chambre, vraiment pas commode. J'ai trouvé le prix un peu élevé compte tenu de la chambre qui m'a été attribuée. Également le bruit des travaux dans l'établissement même.

The hotel was close to transport networks, shopping amenities and sightseeing places. The balcony was an added bonus which was thoroughly enjoyed both in the morning and at night to wind down from a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were all friendly and patient, communication was great from all staff who explained everything in detail and helped with any queries. A great stay was had by all.

The shower was rather small and felt claustrophobic, when the bathroom floor was wet from the shower it became rather slippy and the shower mat became quite wet and no use.

The hotel is located near to some important places and is close to bus and metro station.

The room itself is small, the elevator only fits 2 people with some luggage. If you have more luggage you need to do multiple trips. Found out there was no bath gel in the washroom so I requested it but never got one. And I was staying there for 3 days so that's a pity. Wifi is also not the fastest in the rooms. Also good to note is that car parking is not private and not at the site but close. We spent 76 euros for 2 days.

Brilliant Location, friendly staff.

Friendly staff and brilliant location, but disappointing experience The hotel was in a brilliant location and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which were definite positives. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by finding a mouse in our room. At around 12:30am, we had to leave our room and move to another room on the 4th floor, which was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 4-year-old child. Having to pack up and move rooms in the middle of the night was very stressful and not the experience we had expected. I appreciate that the staff did their best to resolve the situation, and the location and friendliness of the hotel were great. I was told I’d get an email and some compensation but haven’t heard from the hotel which is disappointing.

Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil en arrivant à l'hôtel. La personne à l'accueil a su identifier nos besoins et y répondre (taxi pour le lendemain, choix de chambre...).

Hotel a tre minuti dalla metro Pigalle. Ottimo quartiere elegante pieno di ristoranti e boulangerie non molto distante dal Sacro Cuore. Staff gentilissimo, super Abel che al checkout ci ha anche offerto due croissant per il nostro viaggio. Letto comodissimo. Stanza nella media rispetto agli standard di Parigi. Un plus è rappresentato dal distendi bibite e snack nella struttura! Ci ritorneremo!!

Location was good, 10 mins from Montmartre, staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet Breakfast looked good but we didn’t take it. Good value for family of 5 in quintuplet room. Good for short stay (1-2 nights)

Goed hotel op een geweldige locatie in een gezellige wijk. Auto konden we in de buurt parkeren (parkeergarage). Dame bij de receptie is ontzettend aardig en de kamer voor 4 personen was prima. Er was zelfs een goede waterkoker.

Wel wat gehorig, want we zaten op de begane grond. Ook stonk het afvoerputje, vanuit de badkamer. Desondanks een aanrader voor deze prijs.

Das Hotel war super. Bei der Ankunft war die Dame am Empfang sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Als sie uns und unser Gepäck sah, sagte sie sofort, dass sie uns am nächsten Morgen ein neues Zimmer mit mehr Platz organisiert. Unser erstes Zimmer war für bis zu 4 Personen also genau wie angegeben. Das Zimmer war recht klein, und die Koffer haben den meisten Platz vom Boden eingenommen, aber es war trotzdem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hätten das auch so für die Woche akzeptiert. Das neue Zimmer war deutlich größer und für 5 Pers eingerichtet. Es war wirklich komfortabel. Beide Zimmern hatten eine Klimaanlage und zusätzlich noch mehrere Ventilatoren, sodass die Hitze gut im Zimmer auszuhalten war. Das Frühstück war zwar immer gleich aber sehr lecker. Das Personal war durchweg aufmerksam und freundlich! Mein Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Betten waren etwas zu hart für den Geschmack von uns Eltern, aber trotzdem konnte man gut schlafen. Ich hätte gerne die Möglichkeit gehabt die Handtücher im Badezimmer aufzuhängen, aber das war scheinbar nicht nötig, da der Zimmerservice wirklich jeden Tag kam und auch die über die Duschtür aufgehängten Handtücher gewechselt hat.

It was a clean little space. We liked the comfort and it's being close to trains. It has a beautiful walkable neighborhood. Dont forget to walk around while you are there.

L’emplacement est top car le quartier est très sympa, boutiques, restaurants etc…. Sécurisant et à mi chemin entre Montmartre et Pigalle. Environ 10/15 minutes des différents accès métro. Petit déjeuner copieux et personnel agréable. La chambre est climatisée et confortable Très bonne adresse

Ubytování naprosto neodpovídá tomu, co inzeruje. Klimatizace nebyla v provozu, místo ní k dispozici jen stolní větrák. Na pokoji i v prostoru pro snídani lezli šváby. Parkování není součástí služby hotelu, vozidlo musíte odstavit na vzdálenějším místě.

Bel hôtel, très bon emplacement. Très appréciable d'avoir une chambre familiale de plus climatisée (nous étions 5).. les lits étaient très confortables. Le personnel est souriant et très serviable.

A host of unpleasant issues: the cleaning was very poorly done—we found hair on the floor, a dirty rag and grime under the beds, and old, foul-smelling towels; the room reeked of cigarette smoke; the minibar was broken; and the air conditioner was old and weak—all in 40-degree heat. To top it off, the elevator was out of service at times; in fact, when checking out in the middle of the night, we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. A horrible place with an absurd price tag.

The location was great. Very quaint and tready at the same time. Good restaurants in the area. Staff were helpful. Room had the space and facilities we needed for a family of 4.

Starting to look a little tired around the edges. A few minor fixes would make a huge difference to the feel over all.

We hadden eerst een ander hotel maar dit was echt te warm, toen om 21 uur dit hotel nog geboekt omdat deze kamer airco had, de airco functioneerde niet zoals het zou moeten er kwam een lauwe slappe lucht uit, vandaar dat er dus in de kamer nog drie ventilatoren stonden

It was in a good location easy to get around staff wad friendly. It's a more budget type hotel so you have to expect it's not top of the line. We booked it because we were able to get a family of five in one room and have 5 beds.

Zimmergrösse, Empfangsmitarbeiter, Lage, ruhige Umgebung. Betten, Kissen waren komfortabel, viel Stauraum. Klimaanlage.

Nur Handseife, aber ziemlich gute. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört, da wir eigene Shampoo mitgenommen haben.

The breakfast was exceptional. My family and I loved the different options. However, when the crepes ran out, the staff couldn’t provide more of them, but I wish they could.

Something I didn’t like was that our hotel room did not have a proper air conditioning system. We had to use fans, which still wasn’t enough. We were sweating all night.

El personal es amabilísimo, las habitaciones muy cómodas y la relación calidad-precio es fantástica. Al fin y al cabo, la ubicación es inmejorable para explorar París, y no sale nada caro. Te ayudan mucho también.

Fajna lokalizacja: całkiem bezpieczny obszar, blisko metra, cicha ulica. Miły i uprzejmy personel, przytulne pokoje, można zostawić rzeczy przed/po pobycie dla przechowywania.

Mały prysznic, drzwi do łazienki z matowego szkła (trochę niekomfortowe pod względem prywatności).

Tesisin konumu güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok kibardı. Yakınlarında hem market hem metro durağı hem de bolca fırın-cafe vardı.

Odalar çok temiz değildi. Biraz daha temiz olabilirdi. Ayrıca tuvalet çok aşırı küçüktü.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great with many restaurants and metro stations nearby. The staff offered breakfast when they gave us the wrong room and they refilled the water and towels each night.

The first night we were put in a very very small quad room on the 6th floor, even though I had reserved a quint room. The bathroom was tiny and had some type of heating light that made the bathroom soooo hot. The a/c barely worked and it was sweltering, but they did provide fans. The elevators are incredibly small and kept breaking down so we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs multiple times. When I questioned whether we were in the correct room (the room looked nothing like the pictures online) and asked for a lower floor bc of the heat, we were told the hotel was booked up that night, but they could move us the next day. The next morning we had to carry all of our luggage down 6 flights of stairs to store it until our new room was ready on the 3rd floor. This room also didn’t look like anything in the photos, but it was a bigger room and had 5 beds. The a/c worked better (not great but at least you could feel it trying to work…it was set at 19degrees Celsius (66 F) and felt about 27 (80F)). There was 1 fan and the refrigerator didn’t work. The bathroom had separate toilet and shower areas, both very small. The toilet area smelled bad and the door would get stuck if you latched it shut. Also, it was so small that when you sat on the toilet, your knees almost touched the door. The shower door would not close properly so water would get all over the floor. Thankfully the heatwave broke the third night but even with it only a high of 28C that day, it was still very warm in the room. The photos online show a nice walk-in bathroom. These were both very small and the rooms really didn’t look anything like in the picture. We felt like we were catfished.

Air conditioning was pathetic. We paid for a room with air conditioning and it hardly pushed out any cool air at all. I complained to reception and he just look at a computer at his desk and said it was working. IT WAS NOT. We had to sleep with window open on a 35c degree night. I am very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying there.
