Hôtel Brésil Opéra SPA

Comfort room for two. At first we were little scarred about state of rooms due to age of the hotel and that there will be differences between photos and reality. Fortunately there was nothing to be afraid of. On arrival we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Room we got was clean, and smell nice. The cleaning crew clearly takes pride in their work. We didn't use SPA and breakfast, so no opinion about that. Location is great, near the hotel we have bus and metro station. If you like walking you can go to Louvre by foot and it takes ~20 minutes. We had great stay and probably will choose this hotel in the future.

The bathroom had a shower but no partition separating it from the rest of the room, making it easy to flood the entire bathroom; the toilet is mounted high, so shorter people would find their legs dangling in the air.

Good location, next to the metro and close to gare du nord. Clean, felt spacious.

I loved how nice the staff was and how clean the room was. There is also a mini fridge and plenty of outlets through the room. Also being a five minutes walk to the subway was definitely a plus!

I was not a fan of the bathroom being in a different room on the sink. But can't blame the hotel for the design.

La struttura meriterebbe a dire il vero almeno 9,5 Innanzitutto la posizione, la struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima per visitare tutti i punti della città (fermata metro molto vicina e comunque vicino ad Opèra) e la sera c’è gente quindi non è isolata La stanza è abbastanza grande, il soffitto un po’ basso ma niente di rilevante È inoltre presente l’ascensore abbastanza capiente Il primo piano (stanza colazione/angolo bar) sono molto nuovi e con arredi moderni Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli al check out permettendoci di completare il nostro itinerario liberi da pesi

Le tovaglie in 5 giorni non ci sono mai state cambiate Da cambiare i rubinetti della doccia (che è comunque grande e spaziosa e nuova)

Pas grand chose ! L'emplacement

La chambre. J'ai demandé une chambre au calme. Jia eu une chambre au premier donnant sur la rue et sur la salle des petits déjeuners. Hauteur de plafond ridicule. Lit et matelas très bas et dur. Frigo contre le lit ! Très peu de rangement. Du rafistolage sur un miroir. Prise près du lit ne fonctionne pas. Aucun rangement dans la salle de bain. Difficile de circuler dans cette chambre !! On étouffe !! Porte de la salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas dans la serrure. Pas de lumière dans le "couloir", l' odeur infecte dans la penderie...

Location was great for our needs, 15 minutes from Gallery Lafayette and L'Opera, 35 min walk to Notre Dame Catedral. PLenty of night life with wesome bars and restaurants, even american brand chains, all 15 minutes walk. Staff ok. Great coffee in the room. Overall, it was a nice choice for our short stay in Paris.

Die Lage war super, man ist direkt an allem dran und kann abends sicher spazieren gehen. Das ist geräumig und die Aussicht zur Straße ist schön.

Das Bad war anders als auf den Fotos Barrierefrei und demnach war das ganze Bad immer nass wenn wir duschen waren. Das Hotel wirkt leicht abgenutzt bzw. in die Jahre gekommen was die Zimmer angeht aber ausreichend für einen Städtetripp wenn man nicht viel Wert auf die Ausstattung legt.

Buon hotel 3 stelle in zona perfetta per visitare Parigi. Stazioni metro a breve distanza. Personale gentile, ma un po' asciutto. Zona piena di ristorantini e locali, sicura la sera. Camera ampia per le dimensioni standard di Parigi, con ascensore. Tende oscuranti super, chi soffre come noi la luce la mattina presto, dormira' benissimo ! Torneremo sicuramente nella prossima visita della citta'. Attenzione se arrivate in aereo al CDG con bagagli molto pesanti : conviene prendere un Taxi piuttosto che la Metro, diverse linee non hanno scale mobili o ascensori ed arrivare in hotel diventa piuttosto stancante .

Номер невеликий, але є все, що треба - навіть міні-холодильник, чайник та пакетики чаю з французькими смаколиками. Сніданок повноцінний. На сніданок були додатково яйця кількох видів приготування, шинка, ковбаски, кілька видів сиру, фрукти, що значно краще інших французьких сніданків, і він вартий заплаченої суми, дякую.

Малий рушник був з плямою. Пластиковий стакан.

Wybraliśmy ten hotel trzeci raz z rzędu. Głównie z uwagi na świetny, wewnętrzny taras gdzie można się zrelaksować. Lokalizacja wyśmienita. Śniadania ok. standard: pieczywo, wędliny, sery, jogurty, płatki, jaja, croissanty, dobra kawa i kelnerka, która od kilku lat nie potrafi zrozumieć żadnego słowa po angielsku , nawet liczebników😉. Plusem wyciskany sok z pomarańczy. Niestety pokój, który otrzymaliśmy mimo kilkudniowego wietrzenia odbiegał od minimalnych standardów ( butwa). Mile wspominamy recepcjonistkę z Litwy: miła, pomocna i życzliwa (profeska) 👍, inni recepcjoniści to taki przypadek (on udaje, że dobrze pracuje, a pracodawca udaje, że dobrze płaci albo poczucie absolutnej władzy na parterze😉)

Room is small with carpet. Bed sheets are clean. Room feels not so clean due to the carpeting. Not recommend if plan to stay for more days.

Primeiramente!, gostaria de falar de uma funcionária (recepcionista loira) que além de Não querer se esforçar para entender o hóspedes, ela ainda ficava debochando com outras pessoas do hotel " brasilians...aff" e bufando com a boca em sinal de impaciência. Tudo por que estava tentando explicar com tradutor no celular que o frigo bar estava desligando quando o ar condicionado ligava. Ela foi estramamente desagradável. Não paguei mais de 4k para ser maltratado em francês.! Com relação ao hotel e quarto. Fiquei no quarto no 1 andar onde o pé direito ficava a 4 dedos da minha cabeça a janela tinha que ficar de joelhos para olhar para rua. O banheiro alaga tudo. Nunca vi um quarto com desnível de piso que se soltar a mala da porta ela bate lá na janela. Em resumo para um hotel receber seus hóspedes em uma das cidades mais visitadas do mundo. Essas pessoas precisam se qualificar para receber melhor os turistas. Não recomendo esse hotel. Péssima hospedagem. Não recomendo!

The stay was comfortable, spacious rooms for three in a room and clean, placing our rooms next to the children greatly improved the experience. Close to restaurants and walking to shopping. The metro is within walking distance of the hotel to any point in the city center, convenient and fast.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile, letti comodi e posizione ottima sia per prendere la metro che per raggiungere a piedi diverse zone centrali con una passeggiata di mezz'ora.

Equipe gentil e prestativa, quarto super confortável com roupa de cama e banho excepcionais. Localização prática com muitos hotéis e restaurantes (sempre tem movimento). Perto da Opera Garnier. Ar condicionado funcionando bem, chuveiro quente e forte. Tudo limpo e de bom também. Eles são atentos a todos os detalhes e amenidades no quarto então você se sente muito bem acolhido.

Não há nada que não me faria indicar. Tenho duas dicas: expandir o box de vidro do banheiro para evitar molhar o chão e ter canais estrangeiros disponíveis (hoje você pode espelhar seu celular na tv para usar seus streamings, não funcionou comigo mas como não tive tempo direito de ver tv, nem busquei solução)

Она - наш лучший чек-ин в отеле на весь наш отпуск в Европе. 2. Идеальное расположение за эту цену. Вы проживаете в шаговой доступности от большого количества достопримечательностей, отель находится практически на границе 9 и 2 округа Парижа. До оживлённой туристической улицы идти 1 минуту, но улица на которой непосредственно располагается отель очень тихая, спокойная и безопасная. Вы можете здесь гулять и отдыхать безопасно в любое время суток. С одной стороны вы живёте в очень тихом месте, с другой - до большого количества локаций, ресторанов и так далее нужно чуть-чуть прогуляться. До ближайшей станции метро 3 минуты ходьбы. · До Лувра пешком ~20 минут · До Оперы пешком ~ 9 минут · До Галереи Лафайет пешком ~7 минут · До Сада Тюильри пешком ~25 минут 3. Мы бронировали номер без завтраков, и это было наше лучшее решение, потому что в нескольких минутах ходьбы от отеля находятся два прекраснейших ресторана поздних завтраков: Violetta et Alfredo и Kafkaf, оба варианта 9/10! Шикарные завтраки и замечательный персонал. Будьте внимательны, практически всегда в оба ресторана стояли очереди, будьте готовы к этому. Обязательны к посещению. 4. За ту цену, которую нам предложил этот отель на букинге в Париже, абсолютно все остальные варианты были либо за пределами Парижа, либо в небезопасных округах на окраинах Парижа. Если вы хотите отличные 3 звезды с шикарным расположением практически в центре Парижа - этот отель для вас.

1. Это не негатив, а просто весёлый факт: на третий день во время уборки кто-то из сотрудников клининга выпила один из наших кофе и скушала одну нашу печенку, которую отель сервирует в номере при заселении гостей. Так всё оставила, после лёгкого перекуса забыла доложить недостающий кофе в набор и оставить вторую печенку для нас. Приятного аппетита ей, надеюсь было вкусно! Без негатива, мы просто посмеялись с этого факта.

Hotel muy correcto para estar en París unas noches. Las habitaciones no son demasiado amplias pero son muy cómodas. Además hay que agradecer que tienen aire acondicionado. Está a 5 min de la estación de metro Grands Boulevards. No tiene parking pero te proporcionan descuento para uno próximo.

L’emplacement est vraiment bien. Le quartier est assez animé, beaucoup de restaurants et cafés à proximité. Station de métro à quelques centaines de mètres ce qui permet de se déplacer dans toute la ville aisément. La chambre est fonctionnelle et confortable. Le personnel agréable et à l’écoute.

Le spa est un peu cher, on n’y est pas allé.

Shower didn’t have door so flooded the bathroom, had to use my spare towel to mop the floor. Chrome cast was missing from tv. Mini fridge wasn’t plugged in so couldn’t use it and no bottled water in the room. Voucher for discount in the car park didn’t work so I had to pay full amount.

Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. In der Umgebung gibt es jedoch öffentliche Parkplätze bzw. Parkhäuser.

La proximité du métro

Emplacement idéal, à proximité d'une multitude de restaurants et de théâtres. Sont accessibles à pied : le musée Grevin, le cinéma Grand Rex ou encore l’Opera Garnier. Le quartier aux alentours est très beau. Concernant l’hôtel en lui-même, la literie est confortable et pas de nuisances sonores malgré l'emplacement.

La chambre était un peu petite, et le frigo présent dans la chambre était inutilisable car non branché et sa prise inaccessible.

Hotel bardzo spoko. Mały, cichy, skromny. Pokoje ok, nic super ale też nic złego, ot zwykłe. Łózka wygodne, twarde, dobrze się spało. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: blisko metro, dobre knajpki, do Luwru 25 min spacerem, tyle samo do Sacre Cour a do Galerii Lafayette i Opery Garnier to tylko 15 min.

W łazience trochę grzyba w uszczelkach, ale to częste. Pokój 3 osobowy bardzo malutki.

Conforto, limpeza, custo benefício

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick! Es war ruhig, sauber, groß. Bad und WC waren räumlich getrennt. Insgesamt ein schönes Zimmer.

Es ist durch die vielen Einbahnstraßen etwas schwierig (trotz Navi) zum Hotel zu gelangen, teilweise sehr (!) enge einspurige Straßen. Parken ist im Parkhaus ca. 5 min entfernt (42 Euro/Tag) möglich. Viele Café's, Restaurants, Theater, Metro vor der Tür. Hotel liegt aber in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Oper ist dann aber doch ca. 15-20 min westlich vom Hotel entfernt.

Letto matrimoniale grande, materasso comodo. Bagno ampio, doccia spaziosa. Camera silenziosa al sesto piano.

Personale freddo e frettoloso. Camera vecchia, pulizia scadente (moquette maleodorante, asciugamani in dotazione sporchi), armadi inadeguati e datati, aria condizionata malfunzionante. Per il ripristino del guasto all'ascensore (non colpa loro ovviamente) sono stati previsti 3 giorni, abbiamo segnalato che le scale avanti e indietro sino al sesto piano sarebbero state faticose e non ci è stata proposta nessuna presa in carico del problema. Le scale a chiocciola sono impervie e pericolose, specie con il carico dei bagagli. La zona è relativamente centrale ben collegata dalla metro, la cui fermata più vicina è a 5 minuti a piedi. Pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

The room was spacious and quiet which was great for such a busy area. We had a nice view to the other buildings, a window that opened towards an inner yard. The staff was very helpful with any questions and requests we had. The area is great for a stay, metro station 3 minutes away,
