Urban Hive Milano

Very nice and beautifully designed rooms, an excellent breakfast, and a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Modern boutique size hotel with super friendly and helpful team. Excellent buffet breakfast and cafe available.

Nothing apart from some street noise during the night.

Wonderful staff, super friendly and helpful.

Very good location. The staff is great to work with with. Always very helpful and smiling. Room was very quiet.

Good location, friendly staff, working AC

Great location, professional staff

, desayuno muy rico

Great location, very clean, helpful staff

Fitness centre was lacking

The location was perfect and the members of the staff were personable and helpful.

A slightly larger room would have been nice, but we made it work.

I like this hotel a lot. Not the first time here. And we came back. Very comfortable, breakfast is really rich in choices! Staff was both times very kind, first time we've got the upgrade. Thanks to Agnese! Perfect location in Brera.

Location and staff

Room very small

Very good.

Nothing

Great location, helpful and friendly staff

Amazing and friendly employees, really modern in great location

Gym could have been better equipped

Everything was wonderful! The staff was warm and helpful, with a great sense of humor. I was traveling with my 17-year-old daughter, and the room was perfect for zoomers: dumbbells of two different weights, a yoga mat, a view of the rooftops, a hairdryer and Dyson for styling, a Marshall speaker, and excellent Tashchen albums on the shelves. I really want to visit hotels of this chain in Paris and Madrid!

Sehr stylisches Hotel mit tollen, aufmerksamen Personal. Top Lage! Sehr empfehlenswert.

El personal muy amable

Huippusijainti, hyvä aamupala, häämatkamme muistettiin upeasti. Kadun toisella puolen löytyvä pizzeria oli huippu!

Excellent and very helpful front desk staff, prompt responses to any concerns. They made every attempt to accommodate our requests. Great location, nice neighborhood with restaurants and lots of upscale shops. Cool rooms with great decor, and even a set of handweights in each room! Highly recommend.

Loved it all.

Great location fantastic staff and very cool space loved it

Nothing of note.

Fantastic staff and service. Loved the decor and only 20 minute walk to Duomo and all the central Milano has to offer. Great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Liked everything

The location is awesome. The staff are all young, friendly and hip with great personalities and winning smiles to greet you everyday. After our second day, everyone called us by name, making you feel seen. A special shout out to Julia who had a cappuccino ready for me every morning. They have an excellent spread every day for breakfast. The shower is triple A plus. The beds are very comfortable, my first thought was this is a mission to become sustainable without preaching or forcing it.

Position was excellent. Room was great

There was a separate cafe downstairs where you could get a coffee etc but the service was not very welcoming

Location, everyone is friendly, excellent breakfast

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, siisti ja hyvin ylläpidetty hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla metroaseman vieressä sekä n. 15-20 min. kävelymatkan päässä Duomosta.

Niitä ei ollut.

Loved the design the breakfast and the staff, especially Andrea at check in and Alberto and Ricardo in the bar (make amazing cocktails). Location was also great for walking access to major city attractions.

Nothing

Boas acomodações , café da manha execelente

Really neat vibe- “vintage” appliances like phone, Bluetooth speaker system, coffee service, water service “alla spina”—- common area lounges, inside and out, are modern and comfortable- decor is very current- and up to date- wonderful snacks and cocktails included in room-

Nothing

Where to start? Location is fantastic, so close to restaurants and bars, and lots of interesting shops. The room was super nice and quiet too. Very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it for a central Milan base, as it’s easy to walk anywhere and if you need transport there are trams and the metro station just outside.

There is nothing not to like.

Beautiful room and hotel in general. Loved the decor and that there was a yoga mat and dumbbells in my room. Bed was really comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Room service was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Great location for exploring Milan.

Nothing to complain about at all.

L'emplacement et le petit déjeuner

La programmation de l'ascenseur.

The staff is just outstanding, I wish all of them all the best

Osoblje vrlo profesionalno i pristupačno.

The entire staff was excellent. They were attentive, patient and very helpful. Their spirit seems to genuine. Shout out to Andrea who remembered everyone's name in the group. This is what made us feel as we were not just another guest. The staff treated everyone that I saw the same way. Refreshing to feel so welcomed. The decor in the hotel were super cool.

I have no real complaints

Conveniently located, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely buffet breakfast. Nice bar. Friendly helpful staff. Modern rooms, great showers.

Modern, clean, helpful staff. Checked in very late and the woman on the front desk was very welcoming.

Loved everything about this property. Front desk staff were exceptional. Room was very comfortable and clean. Location was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly, specially Andrea The breakfast is basic but very good quality The rooms are beautiful

Tudo muito limpo, organizado, novo

Very clean and cosy in a good location

All good

The reception and breakfast staff, the location and the breakfast were excellent

We found many hair on the bed and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

I was their “guest of the day” and received free breakfast and a free drink. It made my day after a very long flight. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good !! There were water fountains on each floor to fill up your water bottle which was a nice extra touch. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location, good breakfast and very nice room, very recommended!

Everything! The hotel is excellent!

The staff were helpful from the moment we booked. The hotel itself was very nice for the price and we liked the modern decor. When we arrived, we had been automatically upgraded to a better room which was nice. We were also guests of the day and received a free drink at the bar which was also a lovely welcome. In the room, there was a handwritten note to our son with his own special set of toiletries which was lovely. We also really liked the toiletries provided. Breakfast was very nice. A great hotel, location and safe parking available.

Great location, great look and feel, very friendly staff with a quick check in process. I'd happily stay there again.

If I was being picky, the rooms have refillable water bottles where you can take them to the hallway filtered water fountains. The bottles in our room looked a little unclean, so I chose not to use them. I still used my own bottle, so no big deal at all.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely clean and comfortable room and close to the Metro.

It was great

Nothing

Rien

Emplacement idéal, personnel, accueillant, attentif et efficace. Chambre très confortable. Tout rst est bien. Bravo!

Rien

The staff were super helpful. We had some 'odd' requests and the accommodated us always. Truly grateful. Room was really cool. Location was good, being very close to the subway and many restaurants in easy walking distance.

Nothing I can think of

Good location, quiet and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, great location. Very enjoyable stay.

The whole hotel was great; some to mention are location nearby attractions by walking, cleaning level, breakfast, TV even had chromecast inside.

Only one very minor thing, the bed sheet was little bit weird since it was open on each side expect one. This meant that the sheet inside was exposed to human touch every morning after sleeping.

Lovely contemporary hotel, excellent staff and superb breakfast

Viel zu teuer und eisiges Zimmer

The breakfast was very good. Lots of options. I liked the cappuccinos. The air conditioner was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location.

I can’t think of anything.

Eigenlik was alles on order . Met veel opg voor details

This was a quirky urban hotel, with rooftop outside areas. Very close to Milan centre. Has an amazing underground carport, that is an automatic car park. Great breakfast

Room above us was noisy until late. Lady that took us to table for breakfast spoke only Italian and we did not understand what she was offering us- turns out it was freshly cooked waffles or pancakes, and range of different coffees. . This was not advertised in any menus.

Ligging hotel, kamers en vooral ontbijt

De kussens op de slaapkamer

Great breakfast, pillows could have been better room very comfortable, great AC

Everything was great

Su ubicación, muy céntrico

Really nice hotel, awesome lobby bar, convenient location, nice staff and great rooms
