Molt amables, molt net

Staff are good.

1- vary load nosy come out from the tram passing by the hotel every 5 minutes. 2- the bed is too hard. 3- not many choices for the brake fast.

Location of the hotel is very convenient as it is just as closed to Garibaldi train and metro stations. Very convenient to travel from and to Malpensa airport. Also, metro was very convenient for traveling to Centrale FS for our trips to other cities. Breakfast was quite good, but variety stayed the same throughout our stay. Facilities are very clean and modern. Staff is very helpful. Our remarks regarding the room type were quickly resolved to make sure we enjoy our stay.

Pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness, exceptionally friendly staff.

Location was excellent, the hotel design, fluidity of motion and facilities were great.reception staff offered immediate upgrade and high was appreciated.

The room could benefit from some TLC, a paint job would really be great. Though reception staff upgraded my room, I didn’t feel warmly welcomed, maybe because I was wearing my motorcycle gear. In room dining experience wasn’t smooth, no menu in room, no phone directory (I had to use Google) and dinner was quite expensive

Everything. Especially the service from the receptionist chiara!!!! She was generous and helped us with everything we needed!!!

Il mio hotel preferito a Milano! Francesco è sempre molto attento a ogni dettaglio e riesce a rendere ogni soggiorno davvero piacevole. Tornerò sicuramente!

Everything fantastic

Hieno moderni hotelli, aamiainen, henkilökunta ja muutenkin palvelut täys kymppi.

Staff were fantastic, great restaurants downstairs. Super clean and perfect location where you are close enough to the main attractions (duomo)

Can’t think of anything :(

Staff were fantastic! Thank you for the upgraded room! The room was outstanding with a fantastic balcony and view, very spacious and clean. The WiFi was fast. The property is clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent. Phenomenal location with Porta Garibaldi station walking distance minutes away but still a nice area to be with shops and food from Piazza Gae Aulenti and Corso Como both a block away. Highly recommend, I came back to stay a second time because it is perfect!

Amazing stay! Messaged around a month before our stay to request a balcony room and this request was honoured at check in to a beautiful room with a beautiful bathroom. Thank you!

Fantastich hotel!

Very contemporary and aesthetically pleasing

Everything. One of the best place for accommodation in Milan.

Nothing. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

A wonderful stay with excellent service, a perfect location, and great value for money.

The room was perfect, spacious, clean with great amenities. The breakfast great, the ambience of the hotel excellent and at a good location.

Super kind staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Gorgeous design, both of the hotel overall as well as the suite, incredibly comfortable beds, double blackout curtains. Cool views from the rooftop. We also tried the Vertigo restaurant for dinner, food was delicious and service was great. All in all - an excellent experience, we will definitely be back!

Clean property, amazing location in the Garibaldi Station area. We stayed one night before heading back to the US. Nice rooms and friendly staff.

The AC in our room was not working properly. It was set at 19C but it definitely didn’t feel like it. I’m sure it could have been promptly fixed, we decided not to call since we checked out late and we had to leave early. I also had rented an electric car, and I was under the impression that the two charging stations right outside belonged to the hotel. I spoke to the front desk and got a bit frustrated by the fact that both stations were occupied by the same cars for a very long time. Only the day after, the hotel manager promptly contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience, adding that those station were indeed not part of the Hotel. My apologies to the lovely front desk lady for laying my frustration on her.

Location

I was very disappointed with the service provided by the two women working at reception in the morning. Neither of them seemed willing to help, and their attitude made me feel as though they were doing me a favor simply by assisting me. It has been a long time since I encountered staff who seemed so uninterested in their work and in providing good customer service. On the other hand, the gentleman working at night was the complete opposite: he was extremely polite, helpful, and professional.

Great location, the area is clean and beautiful. The hotel is also really nice.

No rooftop jacuzzi, if you book the hotel spa area its underground.

Hotel chique e bem limpo! Café da manhã e atendentes incríveis

L'hotel in sé è eccellente.

Room was beautiful with balcony overlooking the courtyard. Well stocked fridge and snacks. Located near many restaurants and public transportation. Two restaurants and a bar are located on property.

The room was big and nicely located

Gym access was a logistical nightmare. Bookings only on the hour (no half-hours), required a confirmation call, and a signed waiver before entry. Despite following all the steps, I lost 30 minutes stuck in the basement because the key didn't work — and I wasn't the only one. Staff kept insisting the system was working when it clearly wasn't; one person made me feel like I didn't know how to use a key reader. Room wasn't ready until 3:30, despite two requests to have it done before 3pm when I needed to work remotely. The staff was individually pleasant, but the overall experience felt disorganized and well below 4-star standards. Understaffed, perhaps — but that doesn't make it a 4-star stay.

My stay was wonderful. They kindly upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. The hotel was excellent, very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. By the end of my trip, I hope to book with them again.

Perfect location, we got nice room looking toward Duomo! Luxury hotel feels with good level of privacy.

Nothing

Very bad costumer service no one bothers to reply on the phone calls from my room to the reception I called 20 times since my stay here no one reply's

Clean room Good room furniture Nice balcony

Slow room service and not a lot of menu choice for drinks and cocktails

Amazing hotel! Best hotel we stayed in Italy. Would definitely return.

We had a spider in our room on the ceiling first night. Kids got scared after this. Need to pay more attention to cleanliness.

had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and everything felt quite new and organized. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also good and met my expectations. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel

The design is very modern, the room is clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff! The view, the facilities, the cleanliness, everything!

Nothing

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, nice location in the modern city zone , very helpful staff specially Fabio helped us retrieve a lost item in a taxi which was great.

Despite being in a complimentary upgraded room there was a huge discomfort as bathroom had a huge balcony window which was very inconvenient as it had no blackout curtains so there was no privacy in the bathroom.

Jo elhelyezkedes, szep szalloda

Nincs ilyen.

What an incredible hotel and staff. It was the second time in Milano, and this time I was given an upgrade to the Duomo suite on the penthouse floor - grazie mille regazzi! The location is fantastic - a short (4 min) walk to the efficient Milan's metropolitana Garibaldi FS and the links to the rest of Milan. The staff are really helpful and breakfasts are great.

Clean and good location.

The room and the hotel in general was warm. I have complained several times and their staff unfortunately did not say the truth. They always advise that their technician will look into the matter. But unfortunately no change in the situation. One of their staff advised me that it is the government rules to set up the ac temperature of the hotel at a certain degree !!!!!!! I may consider this hotel again.in winter but NOT in summer or if the weather is warm

Beautiful, clean, everybody is so nice and the location is perfect. Excellent value for money!

N.A.

Nettes Hotel, sehr schönes Ambiente, nette Bar

It has been a truly wonderful “esperienza” staying here! The rooms are beautiful and very clean, the view is splendid, and the service is incredible! A special thank you to Zighi and Jurelle in the reception - and to the young bartender from Firenze 🙏🏼☀️ We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Milano. Grazie mille 🇮🇹
