Sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches & zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Lage, nicht direkt bei allen Attraktionen, jedoch sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Aufpreis für den Spabereich.

L'albergo è molto curato, la nostra stanza nella dependance era tutta rinnovata, ben arredata e pulita. Hai a disposizione una bottiglia di acqua filtrata, con refill incluso. Colazione a buffet con tutte le opzioni standard (dolce, salato, torte, brioche, pane, frutta, yogurt, muesli, ecc.). Staff super gentile, disponibile e professionale. Possibilità di parcheggiare e ottimo collegamento con autobus verso il centro, se no, con una passeggiata di 30/40 minuti lungo l'Arno sei a Ponte Vecchio. Molto gradito anche il kit "provviste" per il viaggio di ritorno. Bravi! Non abbiamo visitato spa (a pagamento) e palestra. Prezzo (last minute) super conveniente.

La stanza è un po' piccolina (ma siamo a Firenze!) e manca una possibilità di appoggiare e aprire la valigia.

Bella struttura, tranquilla. Camera pulita con letto comodissimo. Parcheggio interno al chiuso. Ristorante convenzionato a 50 mt. Personale gentile, ottima colazione.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement si vous tenez à votre voiture. Nous avons laissé notre véhicule, en parfait état à notre arrivée, sur le parking extérieur "sécurisé" et payant ( 25€ par nuit ) de l'hôtel. Le matin de notre départ nous avons constaté la présence de rayures multiples et profondes à de nombreux endroits de la carrosserie : capot, portières, poignées de portes, toit ... Le directeur de l'hôtel a constaté les dégâts, pris des photos et a reconnu oralement qu'un employé passait tous les jours pour nettoyer les véhicules qui en avaient besoin. Face à la situation il s'est engagé à prendre ses responsabilités lorsque notre assurance prendrait contact avec lui car un de ses employés avait visiblement utilisé une éponge abrasive pour nettoyer de bon coeur notre voiture. Malgré cet engagement, les demandes de notre assureur sont restées lettre morte, le directeur se défausse de ses responsabilités, arguant que nous n'avons pas de vidéos prouvant la faute d'un employé de l'hôtel . Je précise que le parking est sous video protection mais, de façon bien pratique, ce qu'elles filment n'est pas enregistré ... Quid également de l'accès payant à la piscine pour les réservations effectuées via Booking ( 20€ par personne pour un accès limité à 90 minutes - nous sommes 4 ... Ça fait cher la trempette ) - Ce tarif s'applique-t-il à tous les clients ? Ou uniquement aux clients des plateformes qui bénéficient d'un tarif négocié et donc moins avantageux pour l'établissement ? Les "lève-tard " souhaitant prendre un petit déjeuner à partir de 9h n'ont pas intérêt à avoir un gros appétit, ils seront déçus car ils se contenteront de ce qui reste sur le buffet sans ravitaillement supplémentaire possible. Et je ne parle pas des oeufs brouillés et bacon froids, avis aux amateurs !

La struttura non si trova nel centro di Firenze, ma la posizione è perfetta per lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio e spostarsi in autobus o anche a piedi. Non ho scelto il servizio colazione, ma il bar/ristorante presente di fianco alla struttura e convenzionato con quest'ultima è stato perfetto sia per la colazione che per la cena, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon zur Rückseite. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Toller Service! Das Frühstück war unerwartet vielseitig. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Zentrums und ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Ein preiswertes Restaurant befindet sich direkt daneben. Dieses Hotel können wir sehr empfehlen!

Der Preis für den Parkplatz ist recht hoch. Trotzdem waren wir froh, dass das Hotel einen eigenen bewachten Parkplatz anbietet.

Un punt fort va ser la fruita fresca de l'esmorzar i que l'aire acondicionat funcionava molt bé.

El pa de l'esmorzar no era de fleca i el wc no estava ben ventilat.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était confortable et l’hôtel dispose d’un parking, ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique, accueillant et disponible. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'espace pause avec de l’eau et du café, ainsi que l’espace billard, qui apporte une touche conviviale à l’établissement. L’hôtel se situe à environ 30 minutes à pied du centre-ville, en empruntant une rue commerçante. Un bon emplacement pour découvrir la ville tout en profitant d’un environnement plus calme.

Notre chambre étant située juste à côté de l’ascenseur, nous avons parfois été gênés par le bruit, notamment le matin.

Il bagno della nostra camera avrebbe potuto essere più spazioso e avrebbe bisogno di un piccolo rinnovo. Tutto comunque molto pulito e curato.

El alojamiento está en una ubicación muy tranquila y muy cerca del centro. Coges un bus y en 15 min llegas, sería equivalente a media hora caminando El personal es muy amable y está en todo momento a tu disposición La habitación que reservamos era espaciosa y muy cómoda, además de tener un pequeño balcón con mesa y sillas para poder salir y relajarte. Te dan un descuento del 10% para acudir al restaurante del Hotel y la verdad es que la calidad es muy buena. Durante tu estancia tienes algunas bebidas y agua para rellenar de manera gratuita. Estoy seguro que si vuelvo a Florencia repetiré en este alojamiento si hay disponibilidad.

Drága volt a parkoló, az utcán harmadába került, fizetős volt a wellness, ami ott derült ki, ráadásul irreálisan drága, a fiatalabb recepciós éreztette velünk, hogy nem vagyunk neki szimpatikusak.

The place is clean and the staff are welcoming and professional.

The AC kept going on and off. They came and tried to fix it one day and it stayed on that night but the next day it kept going on and off again and not cooling down the room enough.

Er zat een bus op 2 min lopen die ons zo naar het centrum bracht. Het had een prima gym. Er was ook een relax kamer met grote banken en een enorme tv en er was een pool tafel

Onze airco maakte enorm veel lawaai. Je moest extra betalen als je gebruik wilde maken van het zwembad/spa. Parkeren vond ik ook relatief duur. Het ontbijt was prima, maar niet extreem uitgebreid

Dopo molteplici esperienze di viaggio, posso affermare di aver incontrato il luogo ideale per soggiornare a Firenze. Hotel pulito, climatizzato, posizione ottimale, colazione ineccepibile e servizio spa da fare invidia anche ai centri wellness. La nota di merito va allo staff: tutti sono di una gentilezza e simpatia estrema. Professionali, carismatici e attentissimi ai dettagli. Ci torneremo spesso perché è un’esperienza da provare e riprovare.

Matthias was extremely welcomiig and helpful. He booked us cabs gave us recommendations for restaurants and booked them for us.

We booked the hotel with a swimming pool, and did not expect to have to pay 20 euros per person (there were 4 of us) for 90 minutes!!!

The room was wonderful, the staff,very welcoming and ready to help. Thank you Lorenzo and Gloria . I recommend 100% and would book this hotel again, if I ever came back to Florence. The room had a balcony, a fridge. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies. The AC worked perfectly. A little tip, if you are coming form the airport with public transportation tram , you need to get out at the second stop at the central station and take the bus 14 il grifone. The bus stop is just infront of Burger King. The bus ride is not so long and it drops you about 300m from the hotel.It costs 2€ from the airport. If not you would have to take taxi and pay more than 30€ because the taxi drivers don't tell you they charge extra for any piece of luggage you have and also tax. We made tha mistake and were not amused at the end. Also when you start asking questions, they pretend not to understand English.

De toeslagen. Voor bijna alle gemakken kwam een toeslag. Had ik wel gelezen maar de prijzen stonden er niet bij. €20, anderhalf uur in een klein zwembad.PP. Over de parkeer kosten nog maar te zwijgen. Als ze dit hadden gemeld had ik dit nooit geboekt. En lawaaierige kamers.

Excellent hotel, very clean and friendly staff. It is slightly out of the city centre however there is a cheap, reliable bus which we used every day with no issues. Would definitely stay here again!

There was renovation work going on next door which was quite loud very early in the morning which did wake us up earlier than intended a couple of times.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer 110 war eine Attrappe und hat gar nicht funktioniert. Deshalb konnten wir bei Hitze kaum schlafen.

Soggiorno fantastico: un’oasi di relax e coccole. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da un personale squisito, sempre gentile, premuroso e attento a ogni minimo dettaglio, capace di farci sentire coccolati durante tutta la vacanza. La struttura è impeccabile dal punto di vista della pulizia: camere ampie, profumate e curata nei minimi dettagli. Un plauso speciale va anche alla gestione del parcheggio, comodo ed estremamente efficiente, un vero valore aggiunto che rende l'arrivo e la permanenza del tutto privi di stress. Il fiore all'occhiello è senza dubbio la SPA: un'esperienza davvero rigenerante! Gli ambienti sono intimi, estremamente curati e l'atmosfera che si respira è di puro relax per mente e corpo. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo a chiunque cerchi una pausa dalla routine all'insegna del benessere e dell'ospitalità d'eccellenza.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and our stay was comfortable.

The Air-conditioning didn’t seem to work as it should so that made our stay a little uncomfortable.

A szobáik a szálloda legtávolabbi részén volt a személyzeti lépcsőházból nyílt. A szoba nem olyan volt mint a képeken, az egyik szoba mintha akadálymentesített lett volna. A wc túl magasan volt, a zuhanyzót egy függöny határolta a mosdó túl alacsonyan volt

L’hôtel est situé en dehors du centre mais à proximité des commodités : laverie, supérette, restaurants… la chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, il y avait un large choix pour le petit déjeuner et c’était très bon ! Le personnel était très accueillant ! Pour 10€ supplémentaire vous pouvez profiter de la piscine

Difficile de trouver un emplacement pour garer la voiture. Nous avions demandé deux lits simples et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un lit double. La porte de la salle de bains de notre chambre était abîmée sur le bas, elle frottait sur le sol et était très difficile à fermer

Acces facile, avec parking ombragé - tres bon petit déjeuner - acces aise au centre-ville de Florence.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms. Had a room with my family in the annex building, which was quiet with pleasant surroundings. The location of the hotel was a bit out of the center, which made it peaceful, but not with many restaurant options around. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Working air-conditioning was much appreciated during the summer heat wave! The pool is small and expensive, but was totally worth it because of the hot weather. The breakfast was ok, not that many fresh/healthy options, but the kids didn't mind that. ;) Would recommend this cozy and pleasant hotel!

The room we stayed in was very spacious, new and very clean. The service was excellent to. I especially loved the amazing array of food for breakfast.

Initially we were placed in a room where the phone wasn't working nor was the TV. They were able to move us into another room without delay.

Super clean !!! Nice staff, it’s a little out from the main city whilst close to a bus stop, the bus gets busy gets busy, however it is very close by. So if you want to be central this is not the best option, however it’s about 15-20 minutes to the city, and in a nice quote and safe area, there is a great gelato spot nearby , and restaurant options, so if you would like somewhere quieter, this is a great spot.

I understand paying for the spa, however I did feel that the pool should be included in payment of the room, most hotels allow you to use the pool for free. However, there are spa jets in the pool so maybe it’s considered spa therapy.
