Stayed here before. Like the breakfast, bathroom amenities, shower, etc. Comfortable beds. Room was clean.

Way too overpriced for the value of what you’re getting. I was told I was getting a queen bed and it was a double. The room had broken facilities such as lights. The building is very outdated. The prices should be nowhere near $150 per night like I paid.

1- I was charged $20 for two hours early check in when the hotel is empty and 2 cars were parked outside.. not that a big of a deal. 2- No coffee machine in the room, no complementary water bottle either. 3- Asked for the iron, was delivered to my room one hour later (midnight to be exact) my wife was sleeping and the guy just opened the door and went into the room to drop it off (he stated he knocked and no one responded) that’s invasion of privacy and should not be acceptable. 4- No elevator

Very comfortable rooms, well maintained clean bathrooms & nicely decorated overall.

Pillows could be slightly firmer than the ones currently. Breakfast can be better. Please carry a toothpaste/dental kit with you as they charge additional $20 for a mouthwash. Parking spaces are limited so aim for on time / early check inn.

Location is handy, of course. Prices were cheaper than other options around. We booked here for those two reasons plus the fact that a king suite room was available (our toddler slept between us in a King bed as a crib option was not available).

Reception employee waited to acknowledge me waiting at the desk for check in and then somehow messed up my booking or account - tried to tell me twice that my credit card was maxed out (I logged in on my phone on the spot to see over 9k available), then asked if my credit card ended in some numbers - turns out he didn't even have my credit card number right (even though I complete the pre-check in information which included this!). At the end, it was so late and I had a tired and hungry toddler needing some stability/regulation, so I was charged an additional few dollars even though I paid in full before hand via Booking.com, and was not given a receipt for this. Breakfast was basic, as expected, but no milk alternatives for coffee, no peanut butter for toast, and no high chair available for toddler. The king bed was a not true sized king bed, it appeared to be two singles pushed together instead of two doubles.

The staff are friendly and the hotel itself is clean, it’s just outdated. Bathroom fixtures could be updated, the shower needed more pressure or a better shower head. The television only gives you 13 channels (not many genres to choose from), the screen is grainy and the tv’s do not allow you to plug in the USB to stream off your phone. The hotel parking lot isn’t busy, lots of space to park, yet they want $10 per night per vehicle for any extra vehicles, just a cash grab for not being a very updated place. I’d stay again, but only because staff is friendly and the location is right.

Great room. I made a mistake when I got this room. I was sure it was 2 Queen size beds and when we arrived it was just a single queen size. The attendent that day gave us an upgrade at no additional cost. It was really appreciated.

You could smell the clean when you walked into the lobby and down the hallways. Room was clean and tidy, beds comfy, staff friendly and polite. No issues with key cards, which was unusual!

Nothing I liked. Room had foul smell. Not fresh at all. Breakfast was gone by 830am Staff was nowhere to be seen at 830am. Left shift. No one to restack breakfast. Pretty came just after 9am. Noisy night with other guests. Couldn't sleep. Ice machine was empty. Water running in the ice machine.

The room was clean, the staff were amazing and made myself and my family feel welcome. The only 3 things that could be improved are smart television, washer and dryer should guests need to do laundry and the option to pay extra for a full breakfast besides that I would definitely stay there again!! It was a peaceful stay!!

I’ll start with what was good: 1. Our room was clean, with bedding and towels in good condition, and even new faucets in the bathtub – very rare for this type of hotel. 2. The window could be opened, which is priceless for people who don’t like to depend on the general ventilation system or A/C. 3. The fridge was quite large, which is also uncommon. 4. At first, we found the pillows ridiculously small, but to our surprise they were very comfortable along with the mattress, so at least we had a great sleep. Now what wasn’t: 1. We stayed two nights and no one even attempted to make up our room during the entire stay – housekeeping just ignored us. 2. Breakfast items ran out very quickly. When the last guest arrived, there was literally nothing left except a little cereal and three bread slices. When she asked a staff member to refill at least the pancake mix, the staff member checked the fridge, returned empty-handed, and simply walked past her without even saying sorry – just left the room and that was it. That was very unprofessional, and for 195 CAD per night, such poor service and staff behavior is totally unacceptable. Overall impression – 3 out of 5.

The location was great, it's a prime, quiet location. Easy access by bus. Lots of food services in the area.

The front desk staff was not knowledgeable about attractions in the area. There was no brochures in lobby to refer to as I was on a tour of the city.

No elevator! Hotel turns the fans off in rooms so the room is hot and smells until the fan is able to circulate the air. Breakfast was meh, they were out of some cereal and still use communal cream cheese etc instead of individual ones. It was also like eating breakfast in a sauna as they kept the door closed so no ac got in until someone propped the door open. Someone spilled a coffee in the entryway to the dining room and notified the man at the front desk who refused to clean it up. It sat there on the floor for at least 15 mins until I inquired about it on our way out as numerous people had almost walked in it. Front desk guy told me he called housekeeping to clean it up. I grabbed some napkins from the breakfast area and wiped it up myself. Seems ridiculous to pull housekeeping from cleaning rooms at peak checkout time just to wipe up some coffee but front desk employee just seemed to want to sit on his phone. Very overpriced for a cheap motel experience.

Very quiet hotel, located close to all services that you need as a guest, be food, gas or attractions. Staff personnels are very professional and cooperative. The place is suitable for large families as there are connected, adjacent rooms conveniently designed for safety. Very economical in terms of the accommodation costs compared to similar hotels. We enjoyed our two nights of stays.

There wasn't much of an option for breakfast. Bagels, toast, muffins, waffles, and yogurt, bananas and apples. There was a communal cream cheese container which should have been individual packages for obvious reasons.

Reserved two rooms and they were adjoining!! Loved this for the kids. Great staff and great location. Thank you !!!!

The check in and check out processes were very simple, staff were pleasant and helpful, and the facility was situated in a convenient location that was within walking distance to numerous shopping and food places.

Centrally located, clean, and good staff

While I did not have the opportunity to sample the food, I must say that the bed is quite comfortable and pleasant. However, it would have been preferable if the requirement of a 200 deposit had been communicated prior to the booking.

Checked into a room that wasn’t cleaned up, washroom wasn’t flushed. It was very unwelcoming and the whole corridors had weed smell. Place seems like a place for pumps and hookers only. Made a massive mistake taking my family there.

Do not stay here. We were given a double instead if a queen. This is not acceptable to us. When I asked for an adjustment I was met with the rudest, most likely underage customer service person who did absolutely nothing. She was completely useless. The breakfast is disgusting. They lack all amenities. I wont be back to stay another awful night in a double bed. I would have went to gramma’s house if I wanted to sleep like a child. I want someone to call me back from this place!

We will never stay here again. They charged us for a queen and gave us a double. When we complained the smug customer service desk person could only recite her book says queen. This place needs to learn what customer service means. People don't have to tolerate not getting what they paid for.

We were given a room they claim is a queen. Its a full size mattress. This place is awful. They don’t care. The breakfast is shit. Its not worth the $100 a night if you cant even sleep in a regular bed. We will not be back. And they would not refund my price. So I slept in a full mattress and paid for a queen.
