Comfort Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge

I enjoyed the breakfast as it was included with our room.

I thought the room was very outdated and the bathroom sink and toilet very low. TV was blurry and the lock on one of the room windows was broken.

La habitación muy cómoda

It was close to the bridge after returning from the states.

Property was a little old and run down. It could use a good update.

We arrived to the room to a damp moldy smell. Asking for a new room was not possible because the hotel was fully booked aside from single-bed rooms. Returning to the room, the smell was worse, so we checked out without staying and found somewhere else.

Friendly front desk lady. Help me straighten out my reservation

Getting old and needs some updates

Thank you for providing a pleasant experience during our stay over the long weekend. We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive, which contributed greatly to our overall satisfaction. The location was also excellent and provided convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. We appreciate the hospitality and service we received and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thank you for helping make our visit enjoyable.

Decent bed

Loud - teams running in hallway, doors seem to have no sound proofing. Dates room. Breakfast was almost gone when I got there 20 minutes before end time. Hard to get in and out of property with the construction. Could hear traffic from the road.

Staff were fabulous and quickly accommodated a room change when a ceaselessly screaming baby was next door. Room was clean enough and fine for amount paid.

Breakfast was disgusting and tasted awful. The deep end of the pool was closed, which sucked (maybe shock treat it during the week instead, not a weekend?).

I liked the size and the layout of the suite.

more variety in the breakfast

The hotel was clean and bright

The parking lot had lots of big potholes

Cozy

Hot tubb and pool are wonderful . Especially if you have small kids

The room had a weird stench to it 😳 Almost musty . Could quite put our finger on it. Other than that the room was wonderful and great value for the $$$

Good Breakfast

The room was moist, AC not functioning properly. The carpet was also moist.

I really enjoyed the breakfast provided and the fact that there is daily housekeeping without having to request it.

The construction on Huron Church makes it difficult to get into the parking lot

Good for travel with pets

Nice and comfy overall

The stairs to the second floor

it was perfect

NA

Bed was comfortable.

Shower was gross. Some kind of yellow caulking. Needs to be completely replaced. Room is a little tired

Close to the border

Very convenient location, no more than 15 minutes to all destinations and activities we wanted to do.

Needed a bigger parking lot. For breakfast they need a turkey option for sausage for non pork eaters.

Clean and comfy

Road noise but we knew there would be. Dated but price reflects this

Breakfast was nice. Main lobby area ad pool were nice. Comfy and good for price. Fine for a few nights stay.

Rooms and hallways (decor) was a bit dated. Staff pleasant but not particularly friendly per se. No lift (elevator) make getting the bags in and out of the hotel pretty difficult.

Location

The noise, had to call front desk each night

Lots of free parking. Keurig in the room. Indoor pool was very clean.

The sofa bed is super old and the mattress on the sofa bed is thin and lumpy. They really shouldn’t be advertising this as an extra place to sleep. On Sunday morning there was no hot food available for breakfast. I went back 2 or 3 times over an hour and it was always empty.

Although I mentioned I had a cat when booking I arrived and was told could not stay they only allow dogs. Stated pets allowed! Guess cars aren't pets? No charge but was very inconvenient.

The room size, pool was clean and fun

Musty smell in room, moldy ac vents I cleaned to try & help air quality. Super soft beds.

Person at check in was very nice. She smiled and greeted us warmly.

Breakfast area was disorganized and tables dirty.

Close to where we needed to be

Unfortunately the traffic

The room was decent and the hotel was right if the highway had a nice pool.

Checking yay three in the afternoon the presentation was bad lobby floor was dirty eating area hadn't been cleaned yet.

Good overall.

Breakfast sausage was nice to have but was overcooked.

Breakfast room messy Problem with WIFI

Pool

To much walking confusing where to park car

Beds were great! You had waffles! The ability to leave your room on the main floor!

nothing

The breakfast was great! Coffee was available 24/7 which was great for us coffee drinkers

Nice place for a night

Pool out of order breakfast soso eggs were good

Location Good options for brrakfast

First room was dirty, smelled, mattress on pull out was a disaster and I could feel every spring, found an empty dog treat bag under the pull out couch, bathroom was gross with stains on the door, carpet dirty, lotion bottle was empty and deformed, iron was missing every single button, had those annoying hangers you cannot take off the pole. Staff were great when I brought this to their attention and moved us. 2nd room was fantastic! Not sure why we weren't offered that from the get go. 1st room was completely unacceptable and should not be rented out. Pool was closed for an entire afternoon for maintenance. Not sure if this was on purpose as there were sports teams there, but the kids were obviously disappointed.

Easy to find convenient for where we wanted to stay

Everything was fine

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room featured comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the 24/7 complimentary coffee, tea, and lemonade, as well as the convenience of free parking.

The breakfast area was disappointing: its size was inadequate for the hotel's guest capacity. Too small.

Clean, convenient. Staff were helpful and check in and check out smooth and efficient.

HVAC unit was excessively LOUD. Had to shut it down and sweat out the hot August night. Walls are paper thin. Had a couple conversing either in the next room or hall way long into the night.

I liked the pool and the toy ducks in the pool for my child.

The hotel looked outdated and needed renovations. Otherwise it was clean. Also the hot tub did not work. Also there was no lifeguard to take a look for kids, no signs how deep is the water and who could use that pool. It is very dangerous.

Rooms smell bad and kids noisy and running in hallways. I'm a senior don't like the noise

Fire alarm went off at 1:30 am

Loved this property

Nothing

The room

We were there to sleep for a couple hours after a long drive. Online it said rooms for 100$ i got there they dont take cash and charged me 70 for my dog so I paid almost 300$ for a 6hr stay

The hot breakfast was really good. The beds are quite comfy. The indoor pool area is large and very nice. The value for the money is quite good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything looks clean and well decorated and maintained.

The only thing is the location of the patio from our first floor room is fairly close to the garbage receptacle which had lots of discarded furniture piled up as well. If we were staying longer than a night it would not have been a nice view, but overall this was very minor and the positives certainly outweighed this minor negative. Would certainly stay there again.

Vitre lavé il y 10 ans Escalier dangereux pas d’ascenseur Tres vieux….

Very nice location

Weekday breakfast time is 06:00am to 09:00am we missed

Nice and clean but also quiet

The shower drain was clogged

The front desk agent - Myra - was amazing! Greeted us with a huge smile when we got there. She was so kind, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had good selection of items to eat. Room was clean and exactly how described when booking. Location was perfect for what we needed. Great quick access to many restaurants and stores.

Front desk reassigned my room from second floor to first when they saw that I had trouble with the stairs. This was appreciated. The mattresses were very comfortable. Breakfast offered a fine variety.

The caulking around the bathtub needs a refresh. Otherwise, the room was fine.

L'indefirence dans les services offerts,

The room was spacious

The room was very dirty

Room was comfortable, cleanliness of the room and washroom was good. Breakfast was good, except that the sausage patties were a bit well done, as were the potato patties. The room filled up pretty quickly, so we would recommend getting there early to avoid the crowd. Nice to have access to freshly brewed coffee almost 24 /7 during our stay in the hotel. front desk staff were helpful when we needed to discard some waste from our take out meals to avoid leaving a mess in the garbage can in the room.

Street Construction along Huron Church Road in front of the hotel could not be avoided, and was not the fault of the Hotel itself. We had to become familiar with the access routes at the back of the hotel in order to be able to come and go during our stay.

Pool area was good

Room was outdated Bed was horrible Cobwebs in room Blood stains on curtains

It had everything you could ask for amenities wise

Had some interesting smells throughout. Also soaps conditions etc in the rooms and amenities were not refilled. Also didn’t have body wash in the rooms

Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool.

No elevator.

front counter person very helpful and pleasant made the stay better room was very clean

the breakfast area was too small for the number of people, so we didn't get breakfast some people that had finished breakfast were just seating there taking up table space with no concern of others

Nice to have a free ev charge. Only one and first come first serve but we got lucky.

Smel when u first enter from the side doors but once you give the place a chance it’s nice.

Bed and serene environment and the Pillipine lady, Princess was amazing.

breakfast was limited in variaties

Neat environment, great staff and good breakfasts

Everything is great

Breakfast area is to small and not laid out well for size of hotel . Food was good but just wrong size room. Reasonable price and great location , we felt safe and quite a lot of local shopping.

Good price, good location, staff where great

The fold out couch was very uncomfortable, the dining area is small for the number of people.

There were some young girls being loud around midnight. I was in room 136

The motel itself is fair. The bathroom floor was very wet when we arrived? The staff were pleasant and efficient and the breakfast was quite good

Water on the floor and water stains on ceiling.

The staff was nice and friendly.

The property is old and the first room we had was disgusting. We had to request another room as the towels were dirty and had not been changed.

Excellent swimming pool area. Wading pool area for children was amazing. Breakfast waffles were very good, along with other breakfast options.

Hallways were very dated with worn carpet.

Breakfast was fine

More selection for breakfast

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

The pillows.

At a good location

They were not able to find the reservation to begin with and then our key was turned off early.

The location and the staff members.

The rooms look way too out dated.

Room prices reflected the age of the rooms/building making it a good value.

Rooms were not the same standard as other Comfort Inns that I’ve stayed at.

Need to add some more options for breakfast

If someone book online he shouldn't wait long at reception

Pool and rooms

Food, they must prepare food that all can eat like kids and adult…and if say breakfast you will expect there’s bacon, sausage, eggs etc.and there must have one staff to assist especially in doing toast..the old people don’t know how to adjust the temperature so there bread become black over toast…

Staff was great! Very helpful, accommodated us with an upgraded family suite

Dated, definitely could use a renovation. Pool deck needs more check ins for cleanliness and supplies (required quests to shower with soap before entering pool but soap dispenser was empty)

Propre et nous avons été bien reçus.

Everything it was great, it was in a good location.

One of the Customers was kind of rude. He didn’t like that fact that I booked through Booking.com. He stated that I booked through a 3rd party vendor. So he tried to give me a hard time with checking in.

Updated room, breakfast available

N/A

The Breakfast was good.

The toilet Tap on the bath was running with the shower wasting water.

Hello Booking.com Support, I am contacting you regarding a serious issue that happened during my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, Ontario. I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com from May 8, 2026 until May 12, 2026. During my stay, the hotel manager approached me in a disrespectful and humiliating way after I used the swimming pool. Instead of speaking professionally, I was told to “go shower before using the pool next time” and was threatened that I could be charged or removed from the hotel. I explained that his way of speaking to me was inappropriate and disrespectful. I also felt targeted and discriminated against as a transgender guest. Although my reservation was still active until May 12, the manager escalated the situation and called the police to remove me from the property one day before my reservation ended, despite the fact that I had already paid and was not causing any danger or disturbance. I also had another prepaid Booking.com reservation to extend my stay from May 12 to May 14, but because of what happened, I was unable to use that reservation and had to cancel it as well. I believe the situation was handled in an extremely unprofessional and discriminatory manner, and I am requesting Booking.com’s assistance with: A full refund for the unused part of my stay A refund for the prepaid extension reservation Documentation of this complaint against the property I have booking confirmations, receipts, and proof of payment available if needed. Thank you for your help and attention to this matter.

The room was clean everyday. Good breakfast with many options. The bed is commfortable

The rooms are clean and very comfortable but the swimming area was clean to an extent the pool was really good and clean

We didn't like the hot tub cuz it wasn't sanitizing and look pretty slimy

Good breakfast choices

One of the double beds was ridiculously close to the window. Nearly impossible to get out of the bed from the one side.

Everything

Location, breakfast and staff

Blurry TV and the toilet was so low to the ground

staff very friendly

bathroom requires wall grab bars around bath tub for safety.

The breakfast was very basic, but included.

The water could have been hotter. I was only an to take a warm shower. I at least feel you should be able to make it as hot as you like for comfort.

It was great. Room was large and comfortable. Swimming pool was nice and breakfast was acceptable.

Everything

Everything

I wasn't expecting anything wrong but I have to say that the staff at the desk was really great. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. The exterior needs some upkeep but as I just needed a bed it didn't affect my stay. Free breakfast was better than you might think.

As always the service was excellent

I didn't know the pool and spa was re opened so didn't pack my swimtrunks

My room was exactly what I wanted and needed.

has EV chargers/ Nice staff

shower water is too small

Good spread

All good
