Well situated close to restaurants and a small supermarket. We arrived before our room was ready but reception changed it for one that was already prepared. The hotel provides a shuttle to the Valley of Temples - better than driving and parking. We did the sunset tour at 18.30 when you see the temples floodlit. Hotel room was spacious and they have a nice restaurant. Would recommend. And we received a nice bottle of wine on departure.

Everything was fine, from Constanza receiving us at the reception and explaining and recommending everything with patience and clarity tu Giuseppe who was everywhere, preparing cocktails, driving the shuttle to the Valle dei Templi and waiting tables at the restaurant.

The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t refill things for breakfast and when there are still 15 minutes for breakfast, they turn off the light of the room.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The pool was great to cool off in after a day of travel. The shuttle bus to Valley of Temples was terrific. Very close to the beach and marina. Coffee was made for us before our very early bus. It was very thoughtful of the staff member.

A taxi is required for very early morning train or bus trips as no public transport available at this time.

No hotel tinha um restaurante onde comemos a noite e isso nos deu o direito a uma van no dia seguinte que nos levou até o Vale dos Templos e nos trouxe de volta na hora marcada muito prático.

La piscina estaba bien.

No parecería merecer 4 estrellas. Debimos subir las valijas un piso por escalera. Sin shampoo en el baño. El desayuno, limitado.

Ottima posizione, ottima colazione, struttura molto pulita e personale ultra gentile. Ho apprezzato tanto la disponibilità, la cordialità e l’efficienza di tutto il personale, dai receptionist ai manutentori, tecnici, pulitori , fattorini , tutto davvero tutto il personale all’interno dell’hotel. Super apprezzato l’accoglienza degli amici pelosetti, grazie infinitamente. La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dal lungo mare di San leone e a pochi minuti di macchina da Agrigento e dalla valle dei templi. Il ristorante dell’hotel ottimo per servizio e cibo buono e fresco.

La gentillesse du personnel, la disponibilité, l’emplacement de l’établissement qui n’est pas très loin de la plage

Il faut traverser une rue très très passante, donc un peu dangereuse pour aller à la piscine la piscine elle-même très propre les transats super propre le personnel très gentil ce qui est proposé pour manger voir parfaitement parfaitement bien. La seule chose qui n’était pas c’est les toilettes voilà les toilettes, c’est des toilettes de chantier qui sont posés à côté de la piscine, l’établissement est beau et c’est dommage

Proximité vallée des temples et plages. Bien accueillis.

Chambres très mal insonorisées , le volet laissait passer la lumière , climatisation très bruyante , petit déjeuner avec peu de choix. Parking avec peu de places disponibles. Nous avons dû laisser notre voiture à l extérieur sans surveillance. Prix excessif au regard d un hôtel qui ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Et pas chance car soirée du 14 août avec bruit voisinage jusqu a 2h du matin , impossible de dormir et retour de fêtes de certains clients irrespectueux. L hôtel n est pas responsable mais ils devraient veiller au calme.

La lunette des toilettes etait jaune, à ce prix là cela ne devrait pas etre le cas.

Dejligt rent værelse. Sødt personale. Virkelig god restaurant

Meget lydt. Det lød som om naboen stod inde i vores rum og snakkede. Kedelig morgenmad, hvor nogen gæster fik kaffe serveret ude fra køkkenet og vi andre må drikke den ringe fra maskinen.

Voici un commentaire que tu peux publier : Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hotel Costazzurra Museum & Spa. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant, disponible et attentif à ses clients, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était spacieuse, très confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité du centre et de la Vallée des Temples, ce qui permet de visiter facilement les principaux sites de la région. La piscine est un véritable atout. Après une journée à la plage ou de visites sous le soleil sicilien, c’est un vrai bonheur de pouvoir s’y détendre en fin de journée. Elle apporte un vrai plus au séjour. Nous avons également apprécié le petit-déjeuner, varié et de qualité, ainsi que l’atmosphère calme et agréable de l’établissement. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour découvrir Agrigente et ses environs.

La habitación era muy pequeña para ser una cuádruple. A penas teníamos espacio para abrir las maletas.

Camareros del restaurante muy agradables, comida muy buena y la habitación grande.

Parking muy pequeño junto con la piscina que estaban fuero del recinto principal. Alrededores muy sucios.

חדר קטן במיוחד לשלושה אנשים. מזל שלנו שהינו רק לילה אחד. בחדר אמבטיה לא שמים סבון ושמפו של מקום אירוח שזה מקובל בכל מלון שמכבד את עצמו. חדר אוכל דיי עמוס עם משפחות וילדים.

The location was great. Staff were helpful.

Our room was ok, but for a 4* the decor and the furnishings were really basic and quite old/tired. Having the pool in a different location wasn’t idea, I know it wasn’t far but it was across a very busy road. The rooms were not very well soundproofed, so anyone in the corridor could be heard clearly.

Consigliato! Avendo poco tempo a disposizione abbiamo scelto di trascorrere due notti a San Leone (AG) per poter raggiungere facilmente i posti cult di questa straordinaria città. E inaspettatamente abbiamo ricevuto un servizio da parte dell'Hotel alquanto utile, servizio navetta gratuito per la Valle dei Templi.. siamo stati lasciati da un lato e recuperati dall' altro, circa 4 km di percorso (che altrimenti avremmo dovuto ripercorrere per tornare a recuperare l'auto). Receptionist accoglienti e disponibili. Camere confortevoli. Parcheggio interno (di fronte all' Hotel) gratuito e piscina non molto grande ma utile per un tuffo pomeridiano. Fiore all' occhiello il ristorante. Il metré di sala, Raimondo, accogliente e preparato, insieme alla collega di sala, ci ha dato dei piccoli suggerimenti sulla scelta di piatti che hanno superato le nostre aspettative. Oggi andiamo via con un grande senso di gratitudine e con la speranza di poter tornare alla prima occasione.

Terrace between the hotel and restaurant was lovely. Good parking for our motorbike Very helpful staff who made the brilliant suggestion of leaving our belongings at the hotel and we went with their free transport to the temples.Very helpful with one of our gluten intolerance needs in the restaurant.

This was an amazing hotel, staff were all so helpful. We had a choice of room, both lovely one a bit bigger than the other. Everywhere was very clean. Staff incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay again. Location good for walking or driving. Staff helped find trips for us and they provided a free transfer to and from valley of temples, if you ate the hotel restaurant once. Food at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good traditional Italian, with fried eggs and bacon if wanted, I honestly good not fault this hotel. Thank you very much.

Het hotel heeft een heerlijk zwembad, en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ook de service transfer naar Valei the Temple was geweldig, je moet dan wel een keertje in het restaurant hebben gedineerd, maar dat is helemaal niet erg, want dat is heerlijk en in het weekend live muziek.

Emplacement ideal, à 5 min de là plage et de nombreux bars et restaurants. Là piscine est un vrai plus après une journée de balade. À 10 min en voiture de la vallée des temples.

Byłam pod ogromnym wrażeniem poziomu obsługi i łatwej komunikacji w języku angielskim, co niestety na Sycylii nie jest czymś oczywistym. Otrzymaliśmy upgrade pokoju i zamiast standardowego pokoju otrzymaliśmy domek z tarasem i jackuzzie! Prywatny parking, basen, restauracji, a nawet welcome drink! Oczywiście muszę dodać, że przy check-out otrzymaliśmy butelkę wina :)

El lugar estuvo muy bien, la habitación amplia... el baño algo pequeño, sobre todo la ducha, pero en general bien, con todo lo necesario, tenía un pequeño balcón que daba hacia el patio interior del hotel, no es tan tan cerca de la playa, pero está a 8 minutos caminando, así que realmente es muy cerca...Y aprovechamos de hacernos masajes en el Spa lo cuál estuvo maravilloso, valió la pena... Es un buen lugar para quedarse, tiene piscina, no la usamos pero se veía bien y con buen porte... para nosotras que íbamos en auto y con varias maletas el parking privado y el ascensor fundamental y tenía ambos!

La punta di diamante della struttura è il ristorante il Grecale. Abbiamo cenato benissimo nonostante il trattamento di mezza pensione. Lo chef molto bravo. Un plauso particolare va a Fabiana e Giuseppe che ci hanno trattato con gentilezza ed attenzione durante il nostro breve soggiorno. Ottima posizione per raggiungere la valle dei templi ed il lungomare di San Leone che merita di essere visitato.

La colazione. Non raggiunge la sufficienza. La gestione della piscina, oltre al fatto di essere ubicata su una strada molto trafficata dove i clacson spesso sono stati il sottofondo musicale ed inoltre l’intera struttura che per quanto si presenta come un quattro stelle, ha lo standard di un tre stelle.

Ho usufruito di un massaggio relax e l'operatrice è stata molto brava!

Tutto sommato il prezzo non è eccessivo e siamo a pochi km dall valle dei templi. Posto macchina recintato. Il personale è professionale e cortese. Nulla da eccepire. Ci hanno anche regalato una bottiglia di vino

4 stelle? Ma siamo seri. Siamo al limite delle 3. I dettagli fanno la differenza e qui ce ne sono a bizzeffe, ma in negativo da annoverare: la plafoniera e i pensili doccia arrugginiti, gli infissi anni 80, le placche degli interruttori storte, la testata del letto macchiata, la cornetta del telefono sporca, anche l'assenza di una semplice indicazione per raggiungere la reception. Il bordo piscina ingiallito e le sdraio sporche che nemmeno in spiaggia.... Suvvia.. Se volete fregiarvi del titolo di un sedicente 4 stelle, un minimo di attenzione ai dettagli dovete mettercela! Eh diamine, il set di cortesia "su ordinazione" non s'è mai visto. Non so se il vino offerto era frutto di questa recensione ma ci tengo a precisare che non è giusto che il personale paghi per una carenza di manutenzione e di superficialità della gestione della struttura. Siccome avete ricevuto un finanziamento Regionale (almeno così cita una targa in reception) mi sembra giusto che quei soldi vengano usati per dare una rinfrescata alla struttura

Great staff and the restaurant was amazing. The hotel is basic. Our room definitely needed some work as it was very dated. Wouldn’t rate the hotel a four star but the staff were amazing. So kind and helpful. Parking is convenient.
