L'hotel est magnifique, confort très bon, plage très belle, hotel très propre. personnel aimable piscine superbe.sécurité optimum.il y a bien un parking à l'intérieur.

il n'y a pas de cafetière, ni de bouilloire dans la chambre, ni de fontaine à eau à l'acceuil, ni de vente de bouteille d'eau, le spa était fermé, ouvert seulement le week-end, apparement. le petit déjeuner succin en produit frais comme les fruits par exemple.c'est dommage c'est un point à améliorer.

Niente, tutto è andato bene. Solo punto un pò negativo, il bagno della camera andrebbe rinnovato.

Struttura molto bella su una piccola collina immersa nel verde. Camere recentemente ristrutturate, pulite, aree esterne molto curate. Staff molto cortese.

Ci sono delle piccole cose che renderebbero perfetto questo posto: 1- colazione poco varia e dozzinale; personale insufficiente: nonostante non si fermassero un attimo, erano troppo pochi pertanto si faticava a trovare un tavolo pulito e apparecchiato, a ricevere un cappuccino o un caffè espresso; la roba mancante veniva rifornita con ritardo. 2- sanitari inaspettatamente piccoli! Li ho visti di quelle dimensioni solo alla scuola materna dei miei figli!

Ottima colazione a buffet dolce e salata, struttura super pulita, personale attento e preciso, stanze pulite così come tutti gli spazi, le doccine tra la spiaggia e la struttura ben organizzate. Nel complesso una bella struttura e ben organizzata anche il servizio del Lido.

La cosa peggiore? La piscina esternamente molto grande e bella ma al momento che si entrava acqua troppo alta già appena si scendevano gli scalini, poche sdraio bordo piscina. Le stanze avevano una porta chiusa comunicante con un altra camera, si sentivano i rumori, la luce sotto la porta, un po tutto.. la struttura piena di gechi ovunque.. bar bordo piscina un po scarno per la scelta di bevande e cibo

Il doccino che non si riusciva a mantenere in posizione, il piatto doccia che "perdeva" acqua che si riversava sul pavimento e dovevamo asciugarla... Nella hall e in tutta la zona d'ingresso l'aria condizionata non era sempre accesa... Poca scelta di frutta per un quattro stelle. Garantire il servizio con il golf car per la salita anche alle persone non invalide... per noi con un passeggino non è stata una "passeggiata"

Los precios del bar de la piscina son muy elevados. Nos llamaron la atención por llevar agua de fuera. El desayuno lento en reponerse y servicio muy mejorable. Hay que pagar por el uso de las toallas. Es un precio simbólico (4€/toallas) pero en otros hoteles suele ser un depósito.

Bellissimo, curato in ogni piccolo dettaglio, nulla lasciato al caso, posizione ottima, pulito, in ogni angolo sia le camere che l'esterno staff eccellente, piscina pulita e spaziosa. Il ristorante molto buono con prezzi corretti. Spiaggia bellissima.

In realtà non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto più che altro dei suggerimenti: si potrebbe mettere qualche macchina elettrica in più per evitare la scala molto lunga sia per andare ristorante che in spiaggia e un secondo suggerimento potrebbe essere un piccolo bar nella spiaggia.

La pulizia della camera non è stata fatta il primo giorno e per averla abbiamo dovuto sollecitare la situazione.

Propreté, calme, professionnalisme du personnel

Una certezza da ormai tre estati. Non riusciamo a rinunciare a qualche giorno in questa struttura da quando l’abbiamo scoperta. Che dire? Un luogo di pace, tutto perfettamente curato e tanta disponibilità da parte del personale. Standard molto elevati per un quattro stelle, sicuramente torneremo per la quarta volta.

L’apertura del cancello da cui si accede alla spiaggia: purtroppo dalle 19 in poi non si può più transitare ed è proprio un peccato, perché un hotel sul mare dovrebbe dare la possibilità di fare una passeggiata sulla spiaggia al tramonto o dopo cena. Consiglio vivamente di dare la possibilità ai clienti di citofonare così da potere entrare e uscire dal cancello senza problemi o di delegare qualcuno dello staff. Con questo servizio la struttura rasenterebbe la perfezione.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable Petit déjeuner très bon, très fourni et réapprovisionné régulièrement avec une plage horaire large ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très agréable et sympathique. Les lieux sont propres, soignés, il y a toujours de la place sur les transats au bord de la piscine ou à la plage.

L’offre de restauration (sauf le petit déjeuner) n’est pas adapté aux enfants. Le restaurant est très bon mais les plats et l’ambiance sont peu propices à venir avec de jeunes enfants. Il n’y a presque pas d’offre de snacking pour le midi qui serait intéressant (quelques sandwiches et snacks salés et sucrés). Il faut savoir qu’en plus vous n’avez pas le droit d’emmener de nourriture de l’extérieur.

La posizione è sicuramente il pregio dell'hotel e fa perdonare in parte le carenze che una struttura a quattro stelle non dovrebbe avere. La SPA, pur non essendo molto grande, ha spazi ed attrezzature adeguati. Il personale è presente, professionale ed accogliente senza essere invadente. Esperienza da rifare

La colazione non era molto ricca ed i prodotti freschi erano pochi. Il frigobar in camera non funzionava e l’aria condizionata ha dato qualche problema. Nelle zone comuni, poi, non era quasi mai accesa, nonostante le temperature alte.

We spent 11 wonderful days at this hotel in July 2026. It was quiet and peaceful, with a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and service-minded, dedicated to ensuring a great stay. The hotel itself is beautiful—lovely rooms, comfortable beds, and stunning surroundings. It was very clean throughout. It’s a short distance to the beach, though walking up all the stairs in the heat was a bit of a struggle in the heat! 😅 They do offer transport assistance for those who need it. The restaurant is located down by the beach, offering fantastic views and amazing food. Both the lunch and dinner menus were excellent—highly recommended! There is a very peaceful bar area by the pool where you can buy cold drinks; it was a bit pricey, but that was to be expected. The hotel is just over a two-hour drive from Catania and about 20–30 minutes from the town of Agrigento. Renting a car is recommended—something we didn't do, so we ended up taking a lot of taxis. The hotel offers airport transfers, though FlixBus is a cheaper alternative. Shops are a fair distance away, so it’s wise to pick up water or drinks for the beach while you’re out and about. The hotel provides a quiet, well-kept, and enclosed beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a beach restaurant nearby offering light lunches and drinks at reasonable prices; you can also take the food down to the beach. The hotel offers various spa treatments, though the spa is only open three days a week (Friday–Sunday). The spa facilities were lovely, and the staff were skilled. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday in stunning surroundings! A big thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable.

Camere spaziose e confortevoli, con vista piscina, mare o giardino, letti comodi. Comodo il bagno e la doccia. Eleganti gli spazi comuni, presente anche ristorante vicino la spiaggia.

At the restaurant the service with Gaetano and Romina was excellent but the meat I had was a bit tough and half steak was cooked medium the other half was rear, this is the only fault about this property. I am coming back one again in July.

Rien. Les points positifs,sont dus à la periode un peu creuse en semaine. Vu le peu de monde nous aurions apprécié être surclassé. Car la chambre standard était moyenne avec vue sur les autres balcons. En payant 80 euros de plus pour 2 nuits nous avons eu la vue sur mer. Un surclassement aurait était la bienvenue..est ce dû à booking qui donne les chambres les moins belles?

Too many inconvenient rules: you can"t bring food or drinks from the outside to your room, you can't use hotel towels by the pool, you can't access the beach after 8 pm. Little details that spoil the overall experience.

Per ragiungere la spiaggia bisogna affrontare una discesa molto ripida, di conseguenza al ritorno una salita veramente pesante per chi come me ha un passeggino da spingere. Avevo chiesto se c'era la possibilità della navetta però ho avuto risposta negativa. La hall dell hotel è sprovvista di aria condizionata.

Hotel was right on the beach. Not in walking distance to any shops or restaurants. Food in restaurant was average. Seemed like this is a seasonal hotel and we arrived before the season started and they were starting to set up. Staff worked hard and seemed to be overwhelmed. Rooms clean and nice.

La piscine qui a l’air magnifique et n’est pas ouverte au mois de mai. C’est dommage. En plus il n’y a pas de service de nettoyage des vêtements au mois de mai, alors que c’est quand même 4 étoiles. Les petits déjeuners repas pas pris uniquement à l’intérieur alors qu’il fait beau et chaud au mois de mai encore il n’y a pas rien pour s’asseoir à l’extérieur, ce qui est bien dommage que l’endroit est joli.

I was here with an organised tour. Dining room was busy but waiters and obviously kitchen staff too were very efficient serving up delicious hot meals so that we all ate at same time. Hotel was beautiful and kept very clean Thank you

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous resort. The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially the waiters in the breakfast room Lea and Mohammed who couldn't have done enough to ensure we were well looked after at breakfast, from the incredible pastries and desserts (the cassata was a family favourite!) and always offering to make us fresh poached eggs and cappuccinos or espresso. The spa facilities were incredible, and we would encourage all the resort guests to make a booking and enjoy the extensive indoor spa facilities. We felt it was a shame that the gorgeous outdoor pool was closed, especially as the weather was warm when we were here and the cleaners were constantly keeping the area clean anyway and we experienced a very warm April - we hope the hotel staff might consider to open the pool a little earlier in the season. We hope to return soon! Thank you again.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den schön gestalteten Garten Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine schöne Auswahl. Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war aufmerksam und freundlich. das Angebot am Abend im Restaurant ansprechend. Das Personal insgesamt war sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist in den Sommermonaten sicherlich besonders attraktiv. Ende Februar war es eher ruhig, was aber auch angenehm sein kann. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region sind sehr gut erreichbar, wodurch die Lage des Hotels besonders für Kulturreisen ausgezeichnet geeignet ist. Das Hotel wird offenbar, wegen der Lage, auch gerne von Reisegruppen genutzt.

Que la piscine ne soit pas encore ouverte

L emplacement aura été la seule satisfaction ainsi que le petit déjeuner. En revanche nous avons été installés dans une chambre ...avec un joint installé dans la douche qui laissait échapper l eau. pas étanche sur le sol de la salle de bains. La cuvette des wc etait cassée donc elle glissait des wc.... Question propreté : la salle était salle, équipée uniquement d un lot de serviettes pour une personne au lieu de 2...des serviettes très vieilles voire déchirées. La cuvette des wc etait sale. J ai signalé ce problème à la réception mais les hôtesses d accueil n ont pas tenu compte de mes observations. Pour un soit disant Wellness, je suis très déçue. Je ne comprends comment booking peut continuer à le referencer. Je suis cliente de booking depuis bon nombre d année mais je viens d avoir 2 déceptions avec 2 Wellness réservés sur booking. J espère avoir un dédommagement ! Cordialement

Il luogo è incantevole

The hotel was in a very nice setting (relative to distance from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea, but the staff and the hotel itself was just ok. The thing that really annoyed us is that we paid a lot of money to stay there and they wouldn’t let you do things like take a coffee cup to your room or even sit out in the lobby with a coffee that wasn’t purchased there. We had a kettle in our room, but no cups (not paper, no cups whatsoever) and I asked for cups to make tea in the room and they said no. The staff didn’t seem happy to be working there at all. We only had breakfast there, we didn’t dine there for dinner etc. but if there are other options, I’d stay somewhere else next time. The pool was not open, nor was the hot tub.

What a wonderful experience staying here. It has the qualities of a top rates hotel; is incredibly clean and with wonderful staff. It gives the feeling of space throughout the hotel. The rooms are a good size and have good quality furnishings. The bed was too hard for my liking but coped with it during our short stay.There was a small balcony for the room. The food quality was excellent. the buffet breakfast was substantial and the checkin checkout very efficient. Overall an excellent stay.

Bel endroit

When you stay at a four-star hotel there are certain expectations like things will work. The biggest issues we had were the walls are paper thin. .....we could hear everything in the two rooms next to us, the Wi-Fi was down more than it was up, and the staff seem to be clueless when there were problems. Our air conditioning didn't work. They sent someone up. He literally just took a look at it, told me it was functioning normally and walked out even though we had no cooling and nothing happening. So I guess my suggestion is use with caution.

Me encantó todo el hotel en conjunto. Las habitaciones muy confortables. La zona de piscina preciosa. El acceso a la playa muy cómodo y agradable. El desayuno buffet muy bueno. Cenamos muy bien.

Lo único que podría decir era que estando en Italia, con tanto naranjo, el zumo natural de naranja en el desayuno estaría muy bien.

Das Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Die Kellner waren sehr bemüht. Wir haben jedoch nur einmal dort gegessen, denn die Speisekarte war klein und blieb während des gesamten Aufenthalts unverändert.

Der Wellness- und Spa- Bereich war geschlossen. Angeblich nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Wir fanden das äußerst enttäuschend, denn das Wetter war kalt und wir haben uns richtig auf die Möglichkeit gefreut, in die Sauna zu gehen. Die Rezeptionistin war ziemlich pampig. Im Zimmer gab es keine Kaffeemaschine und keinen Wasserkocher. Der zum Frühstück servierte Kaffee entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Hotel ist sehr entlegen. Man hat keine Möglichkeit, zu Fuß zu einem Café oder zu einem Restaurant hinzugehen.
