Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Das dass Familien Suite schön groß und geräumig war. Die Betten war sehr bequem, wir als Familie mit 2 Kindern war es optimal für uns.
Nur die Dusche war nicht so sauber, sah ziemlich runtergekommen aus. Sollte man man vielleicht die Dusche mal erneuern. Man konnte die Fenster nicht aufmachen, als wir das Personal rum gebeten haben. War es ziemlich dreckig und voller Spinnen & Spinnenweben. Sie hätten es ruhig kurz sauber machen können. Und die eine Nachtlampe zwischen den beiden Betten. War auch ziemlich überflüssig und nervig.

Badkamer was iets gedateerd. De douchebak was een hoge opstap. Voor jonge kinderen niet ideaal.

we booked a family room (couches + bigger bathroom), we got a room with 4 beds instead, enough for everyone to sleep on, not the end of the world, but i didnt bother complaining as it was late in the evening. bath could use a deep clean to remove the yellow stains (i understand a replacement bath costs money and its still functional, we used it without issue)

In the entire room there’s not one single USB in the sockets for charging. As phones come with cable and no longer with the connector as it did in the past, you end up an issue and the socket with USB integrated are very easy to install and don’t cost much.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026I stayed in Radisson from 1st July to 4th July and then from 4th July till 16th. I received per day basis from 1st July to 4th July but even after multiple reminders, I haven't received per day basis invoice for my stay from 4th July till 16th. Still waiting for that invoice

Everything overpriced, as said before on the company card fair enough, but for us it wont be our designation again.

Die Bookingbeschreibung lockt mit einem kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen, tatsächlich kostet dieser jedoch 5,50€ pro Person. Diese Unstimmigkeit sollte dringen behoben werden und hat zu einem schlechten Gefühl in Bezug auf das Hotel geführt. Grundsätzlich hätte sich dieser Punkt aber in einem zugewandten Gespräch erklären lassen. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich und wir haben uns von ihr außerordentlich schlecht betreut gefühlt. Unsere Nachfragen wurden nicht beantwortet bzw. die Reaktion darauf haben wir als sehr unangenehm empfunden. Wir wurden aufgefordert einen Zettel zu unterschreiben, der uns auf Nachfrage wieder weggenommen wurde. Eine Person mit einer solch schlechten Laune sollte nicht am Empfang mit Kundenkontakt arbeiten und ist ein sehr schlechtes Aushängeschild für ein Hotel. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Amsterdam fahren und ein Hotel am Flughafen buchen, wird es definitiv ein anderes sein und das liegt fast ausschließlich an dem unfreundlichen Empfang. Schade eigentlich, denn der Fitnessbereich war toll.
