De locatie is perfect wanneer je moet vliegen. Het ontbijt was erg goed, veel verse producten van een goede kwaliteit. De koffieautomaten op de verdiepingen, samen met het gekoelde water. De kamers zijn erg goed geïsoleerd.

Er is geen zwembad.

The location was perfect once we got off the plane as our plane was delayed by three hours and we were exhausted. We wandered through the airport a little bit until we found signs for the Sheraton and we’re able to check right in and get right to bed.

We had booked a reservation through booking.com only to discover that you did not have that reservation online and so I had to rebook a room at double the cost. I believe booking.com already took my money for the first reservation that is very unsettling.

Lovely staff at check in who looked after us and our toddler really well. Nice cot for him provided with views over the planes and roads which toddler loved. Easy walk into airport. Good breakfast.

Da wir einen Zwischenstopp mit dem Flugzeug in Amsterdam hatten, ist das Hotel natürlich perfekt gelegen für eine Übernachtung mit Weiterflug am nächsten Tag. Direkt angebunden an die Terminals in das Sheraton gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal vor Ort. Schöne Zimmer und tolles Frühstück. Die Anbindung mit dem Zug direkt in die City nach Amsterdam ist perfekt. In 15 Min ist man vom Flughafen in der Stadt. Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt in Amsterdam.

The hotel understood the assignment, the rooms are ready when you arrive as they know it is likely a transit hotel and guests check in when they arrive and leave very early the next day so this is unbeatable for convenience.

Chambre silencieuse, proximité parfaite avec l’aéroport, aucun contre-temps tout est fluide dans l’organisation.

L’architecture date un peu. En dessous de ce qu’un hotel de standing peut proposer pour ce tarif. Les chambres sont bas de plafond et sombres, moquette au sol c’est depassé et pas tres hygienique. On a plus l’impression de payer la situation géographique.

Excellent location inside the airport. The reception staff was very professional and courteous. We arrived relatively early, before the check-in time, and were still given a room. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location for our overnight stay before our flight. The check in was very easy and the man dealing was us was fantastic and very very helpful.

The cleanliness the bathroom was a bit dirty with quite a few long hairs all our it so it actually made me wonder if the bathroom had been cleaned at all

The hotel is located about 200m from the exit of the airport, and reachable through indoor corridors - we landed late at night with two young children so it was super convenient. The room was clean, nice, facilitated and they gave us a baby crib for free. The food at the restaurant was expansive but tasted OK, the staff was nice and the hotel is impressive and very well kept.

When we checked in, they told us we should have booked two rooms, since we are 4 people. We are two parents, a 3 year old and a 1 year old baby - it took me a while to convince them that it doesn't make sense to ask us to split to two rooms, and that the child can sleep in our bed and it is OK. They were convinced in the end, but it was a very inconvenient conversation at 11pm with two tired toddlers wanting to sleep. However the staff was nice and understanding and let us get our room in the end. The hotel was expansive - twice the price of another hotel at a bit further location inside the airport. We preferred the short distance, but it's a large difference.

The hotel was extremely convenient for me as I was staying for one night before a long haul flight. The room was very clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly and I felt safe and secure overall. Just being able to walk straight into the airport was also a bonus and took some of the early morning flight stress away.

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled and so we were put up into this airport hotel. It is lovely, clean and quiet. It is a quick walk from the airport ground floor but you can also get to it from inside the airport which we didn’t realise until we saw the check in desk, which is on floor 1.

Sehr gutes Flughafen Hotel mit perfekter Anbindung and den Terminal. Wir können nie verstehen warum diese Hotels immer so schrecklich runter gekühlt werden.

After arriving in Amsterdam on a late flight from Qatar, the hotel’s location was ideal for an overnight stay. It is easy to reach from the airport, with clear signs throughout the terminal. Unfortunately, check-in took around 20 minutes, which was frustrating after a long day of travelling. However, the room was clean and spacious, and the same high standard of cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and conversational, showing a genuine interest in our visit to Amsterdam. The nearby train station also makes travelling into the city very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and well-located airport hotel, although the check-in process could have been quicker.

First I must say, It does not matter how you get to the airport either by car, bus, train or other means. The location of the hotel is very easy to find and the connection route from the airport/train station was easy. When it was time to depart for the airport they had free baggage carts/trolleys available for customers on site which made traveling even easier. Second thing, the staff went out of their way for my party and others that had a small issues with the reservation through booking.com. They corrected the issue and maintained my same reservation with no changes. Next time I will book through the hotels website. Third thing, the room was great and the shower was so enjoyable after a long day traveling and sightseeing and the bed and pillows were great. Finally, I would like to express my thanks to all the wonderful staff at this hotel. Your service was impeccable and sets the standard for all Sheraton's to strive to meet. We will be back! "Thank You".

The room did not have a mini refrigerator with freezer section. But the hotel had a refrigerator with a freezer unit available for my biomedical ice-pack to refreeze prior to departure.

This is an extremely convenient location at Schiphol airport with easy transfer to the trains and bus services. We frequently stay here when traveling in or out of Europe.

Room was very comfortable. It was nice being at the airport before our flight so we weren’t rushed. Best decision ever!

My wife needed a wheel chair to cross the airport, clear security and get to our gate. We were promised one on Saturday night when we checked in by hotel staff for 12:30 pm. The next day. We waited half an hour for the wheel chair to arrive but it never came. Just lame excuses from the front desk staff. This resulted in stress and anxiety for us as we scrambled to get to our flight.

Midden in de nacht ging het alarm af. Dat kostte ons onze nachtrust . We hadden een grote reis voor de boeg, en hadden daarom een duur hotel met een dure kamer geboekt, wij zijn geen business man, maar particulieren. Het verbaast ons dat er bij vertrek geen excuses in welke vorm aangeboden wordt. We zijn hier heel teleurgesteld over.
