Redmond Inn

Location was the reason for our stay, since we were visiting family without a car. The closeness to LRT is fantastic. And to the walking trail and as it turned out to an Urgent Care clinic I needed.

The runaround I got about leaving early (because I was diagnosed as having an infectious medical condition).

Breakfast closed at 8.30am on weekdays and 9.00am on weekends, it will be good that it can be extended for 30 mins.

Room service was not as per planned. Counter said it has been assigned however no housekeeping service was done.

I loved the whirlpool jaccuzi! used it everyday! and the coffee machine in the lobby was fantastic!

Handy location close to Transit. good sized room, comfy bed and all the b air facilities, included breakfast was a bonus. Only real -ve was that the room wasn't serviced during our 4 days stay so no change of towels or emptying of bin. Room was a little dark due to lack of overhead lighting and the colour scheme.

Great location next to train station. The rooms are spacious and well laid out with everything you might need. The breakfast is standard, but for the price you pay having any breakfast is a bonus.

This motel is way overpriced.. for $136 this is a 80 bucks motel.. It looks much worse than on the pictures. Total rundown. I don’t know where they did the pictures… or so there is no hot breakfast only dry bagels. Very old furniture in the room and the bathroom is from the 80s. There is almost no gym. The gym is like very small. The only good thing I can say is the Front Desk Agent. But this motel definitely needs a facelift. I’m going to pass on this next time.

This hotel is simply fantastic. We stayed for 7 nights—we stayed here last year, too. But the staff deserves special mention. Fabiola (Fabi) made our check-in and recognized us from our stay last year. She did her best, to accommodate us in the best way possible. Jessica at the front desk also recognized us and made sure everything was in order. Mary, at the front desk, always greeted us with a smile and a "good morning or hello" Rita, managed the breakfast service, was always attentive to every detail. Mr. Paulino, managed maintenance and more, was always helpful and polite. And the entire housekeeping team works hard every day to keep the hotel spotless. The rooms: Are spacious, and the bathroom was very clean. Everything worked perfectly. Great bed and pillows. Wet bar is a plus. The coffee machine in the lobby is amazing. The location is safe and quiet. Everything is within walking distance. Congratulations to everyone again, and thank you for the wonderful stay.

Bed was comfortable and the location was great. Right near 520. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Despite being there 4 nights, no came to clean or take the dirty towels even after we asked about it.

Great location for a not-too-expensive getaway! Staff gracious, friendly and professional. Room was *beautifully* clean, with thoughtful details like an extra garbage/recycling can, a tissue box on the nightstand, and best of all, both an outlet and a USB charger on *both* sides of the bed accessible on the lamp base! Though "hot chocolate" was listed in the lobby amenities (we aren't coffee drinker) we didn't see that. But overall a great experience, and lunch at the pancake House with the offered coupon was delicious! Would definitely recommend and also will come back!

It was very conveniently located. I love the coffee machine in the lobby. Very convenient too many restaurants. Always smelled clean and fresh. also, the pancake house in the same parking lot was very convenient. Free parking is always a bonus.!

Light maid service for towel and toiletry replacement and trash removal would be appreciated. Also extending breakfast by another 30 minutes to an hour would be great. Had to get up earlier than needed some mornings just to get breakfast.

The breakfast was fairly ordinary. A lot of bread, but the substance was a bit weak; I passed on the breakfast.

This is a nice little hotel. Clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. There are Keurig coffee makers in the rooms, but no pods. However, there is free coffee in the lobby and breakfast room. It’s right next door to the light rail that will take you to Bellevue and Seattle.

Location for our event was good. Next door to a restaurant with great breakfasts.

We stayed for 4 nights and did not see any housekeeping staff. We had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and let them know the housekeeping staff had not been to our room. They apologized each time and just asked if we needed more towels. They said housekeeping would come every other day, but they did not come to our room.

Stayed here 4nights we had a dresser in our room which the drawers opened all the time we also had a bedlight without a bulb we reported it to the desk they said the maintenance guy started at 4pm he would take care of it? nobody came also we had ants in the bathroom and ACvent? I left a small electrical extension for my C-PAC unit after we left I wrote to the Hotel but have had no response whatsoever to date. Too bad as the locationand price was excellent but there was no HOT breakfast just toast and waffles etc the lady on graveyard shift at the lobby desk was very very friendly.The room and beds were good except for the aboveand the only reason I am writig this is I got no response back from the Hotel.

It was the perfect place to stay to see a concert at Marymoor. Super close to a grocery store and the staff was super friendly! I would def stay here again. The rooms weren’t super fancy but they were clean and we had a pleasant stay.

Great hotel with easy access to downtown Redmond and surrounding areas through trails and the nearby train station. Staff was helpful and friendly, making it easy to split the cost of the room with the friend I was traveling with, which was already at a reasonable rate.

I stayed 2 nights on my way back from Spokane heading home to Alaska. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was quiet and restful

they could not find my reservation, so I had book another hotel room elsewhere. I fully paid back in January but when I tried to find out where I made my reservation, the Redmond Inn said I was not booked with them for that night. I had to buy another room elsewhere.

Location was great, tons of parking, great value, and decent room size. There are a ton of stores and restaurants nearby.

The bathtub was a bit dirty but not a huge deal. Visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. Gap underneath the door made hallway noise easy to hear.

I liked that there was a lot of parking just for the guests and that it was a great spot to get to marymoor and to shops. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable

I wish there was an extra blanket in the room. It was helpful that I could change the temperature in the room, but a blanket would be a good addition

Very friendly and helpful staff! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. There is plenty of free parking. Walking distance to stores including Whole Foods, Chipotle, and Peet’s Coffee & Tea.

The location is ideal (easy access to train into the city and walkable to restaurants). Free on-site parking is a blessing. Staff was very cordial and welcoming. Hot beverage machine in the lobby for all-day cocoa and coffee drinks was a nice touch. Free breakfast. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Noon check-out time!

Breakfast ends at 9:00 which seems too early. Room is a bit dated. Could hear the footsteps of the person staying in room above me (but such is life).

Clean, easy to find, less than 10 minutes from MaryMoore park! The free breakfast was yummy! The counter staff & housekeeping was super nice & helpful. It was nice to have a full restaurant in the parking lot (the discount for staying here helped too 😉) Also, 1 of the first places we've stayed with a full vending machine with food in it, not just snacks. They also have a coffee/espresso machine in the lobby that you can use any time of the day. We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Redmond.

Near Marymoor Village train station. One stop from Downtown Redmond. Also near to trails which I enjoyed the walk. Very simple breakfast. Can make your own waffles. There is a microware machine in the room to warm up food. Also a coffee machine but no coffee provided.

Thin wall which you can hear the talking from next room. House keeping may not be everyday if you leave your room in the late morning. Swimming pool and indoor pool are not opened. No kettle in the room to boil water.

This hotel offers tremendous value. There are very few chain hotels around Redmond, and the closest ones are more than twice as expensive. The Redmond Inn is a bit old, but everything is in almost perfect shape, and extremely well kept. Check-in was efficient, with friendly front desk staff. They gave me a free room upgrade. The room has all the amenities one would expect, including a microwave, refrigerator, safe, couch, cold A/C, flatscreen TV, desk, and bathtub. The king sized bed was comfortable, and the six pillows were some of the best I've experienced at a hotel. Breakfast was okay, with yogurt, breads, waffles, oranges and bananas, packaged kids cereals, instant oatmeal packets, hard boiled eggs, and juice. There's a complete lobby coffee and tea service in addition to a Keurig machine in the room. Check out time is noon, an hour after most chain hotels. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't notice any problems with noisy neighbors. I do have a few complaints: the tiny pool looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days, filled with debris. The indoor spa was down for maintenance. And the Wi-Fi was extremely slow at less than 10 Mb per second up and down.

Pillows are odd sizes. The grey-green color of the curtains and bedspread make for a gloomy look. Mattress was not as firm as I would have liked.

It could have been a lot cleaner. I actually had to wipe the back of the toilet seat and behind it. I would have called but I needed to use it. Other surfaces clearly had not been cleaned. Otherwise, this would have been a great place to stay.

From the moment we arrived, we received good customer service. The room was clean and all the amenities was there. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We went over to spend the day in Seattle and then finished off with some fun activities in Redmond - this hotel was in a great location, very welcoming, clean, and comfy. Had simple breakfast choices, but they also included a coupon for the pancake house that was right next door, we didn't use it since we were up early and hit the road, but definitely want to try it our next trip. It felt very safe and secure, staff were friendly, our room was by the road and the parking lot looked very full, but we didn't hear any noise which was fantastic. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful, clean, modern, and wonderfully appointed for a short or long stay. I’ll never stay anywhere else when visiting Redmond. 5 ⭐️!

PROS: This was a perfect location for me to visit the Microsoft campus in Redmond. The room was nice and clean. The staff and service was nice. Great value for the location! Real close to shopping amenities and restaurants. CON: The noise level in my room (327) was a little high due to the proximity to the elevator and stairs.
