Hampton inn is Hampton inn — always choose this hotel when it happens to travel to new places and never was disappointed. Good as usual!

Good location and clean room

Location was convenient. Bathroom inside our room was a good size and good shower pressure.

Bed was hard and not facing where two people could watch TV. No live tv guide and the HBO channels listed on the channel line up did not work. We could not connect to streaming services. Was offered online check in and to chose a room with keyless entry. The room was not ready at check in time. We were no longer on the first floor (I hate elevators), we did not have keyless entry, and there was a barking dog in the room next to us.

Hampton Inn’s are always consistent, enjoy our stay.

My husband brought his swim trunks to exercise in the pool, but unfortunately the pool did not look clean.

The staff was incredible and made my son’s bday weekend extra special by decorating the room before we arrived! They provide a good breakfast as well.

Perfect location for our stay, and location for needed services, shopping, eating, and entertainment. The staff were outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful. The included breakfast is always the best of anywhere we stay.

Nothing not to like!

It good manager is so friendly I recommend this manager should be promoted for future training. All the other managers and here's a role model. And you should be promoted for I had a management experience. I'm so humble.

Provides Breakfast and the place is clean

The bed mattress is too soft. The room sound proofing is not good enough as i can hear the voices of people talking from the room beside.

Everything was okay and clean, but you can tell the hotel isn't very new. I guess it could be bit cheaper. I liked Easter gifts.

The staff were very good. We had a problem with the bathroom light when we got in and they fixed it right away. They took care of all of our questions and they do little things like change bills into quarters for the laundry machines and put out cookies for the guests in the late afternoon or early evening. The rooms were well appointed -- all the plugs and room lights and frig and microwave worked fine. For us, the location was great for getting to friends we were visiting and if you want to go to Redmond, it's 5 minutes away. Breakfast was good -- they tried to switch up the kinds of eggs and protein and they had the Inn's signature waffle maker (literally, the top of the waffles has a sign saying "Hampton"). The dining area was nicer than other hotels.

The WiFi for us was a bit spotty. We kept having to reboot the computers to get it to work properly. Maybe it would have worked better with Microsoft and Android? It's an unsecured network anyway. The speed was fine, though.

Breakfast is absolutely insufficient, in 2026 you cannot have eggs wrapped in plastic and the choice in general is getting worst every year. They say cleaning is done every other day, but it took 4 days before the first cleaning was done to my room.

Location was good for what we were there for but we opted to sleep in so we didn't even try the breakfast, nor the coffee. The hotel, hallways, and our room were very clean with no off-putting odors which isn't our normal experience in this price range. The room was spotless, shower was great and the bed comfortable. Lighting good and the heater also was good.

The young man who checked us in could have been cheerful and welcoming, he wasn't.

Cable wasn’t working. WiFi was extra. Hot tub and pool in need of cleaning.

Excellent location for our trip. Staff very helpful, especially Saturday morning front desk worker Avi who helped us with directions [put directions on our cell phone.

Convenient location.

Loud people above our room. From 10:00 pm-1:00 am. Nothing they can do about people stomping around and moving things when they can’t hear it from the hall way. But for 3 hours I was unable to sleep due to purge echoing of people above.

Location was perfect! Close to Mercury coffee, and conveniently located within a quick walk to Kohl’s, Target, Ross. Close to the Redmond Town Center! Kevin, front desk, was so friendly, kind, and made checking in easy! Stellar service!

Found that the night manager, Terry, wasn’t as accommodating. When I asked for an extra key (for my son’s room bc he forgot his key in the room), he said he needed to see his ID . When I told him I paid for the 4 rooms, for our family -instead of being nice about asking the needed verification, his response was, “well I don’t know you, so I need your son’s ID, or the CC you used to book the rooms”. He wasn’t v pleasant about it… I feel his approach could’ve been better.

Better breakfast than many hotels. Pool and fitness center were well maintained and equipped.

I wish there had been fresh bananas at breakfast. Also, the dark roast coffee was too weak on 2 of the 4 mornings during our stay.

Staff were amazing and friendly.

Our door to the room was broken and cracked near the handle, as it was possibly broken into in the past. This left me with a very uneasy feeling. I received a text from the staff and I mentioned this and no one ever responded. Also the rooms are not as clean as they use to be.

Very helpful staff, coffee and tea in the lobby and in rooms (including microwave). The room and bathroom were spacious and clean

The HVAC unit was a bit loud. The pool area lighting is like in an operating room: very bright!

Pool was closed, hot tub was closed, fitness room was only open for 6 hours in the morning. No restaurant near by, no bar near by. No netflix, prime tv or any option besides 60 bad channels. We left and forfeited our money 30 mins after getting there.

Awesome hotel! Great location to Redmond, great breakfast, cookies every night at 6, fun free dinner nights on tuesdays with free beer. Great hotel and would def recommend to a friend.

The room was clean and updated. The breakfast was good and loved the no charge parking. It is not a walkable neighborhood. There are sidewalks but no neighborhoods. The hotel is in a business area with Home Depot, Target, etc close by.

Excellent choice

Breakfast was not as good or the wide variety we expected and hoped for.

Staff was very friendly. Room was mostly cleaned, but putting towels on a shelf 6-feet off the ground in an "accessible" room wasn't ideal. Room also had mold growing in spots on the shower and shower head. Shower water temperature never got above "warm". Lots of kids running around the halls yelling at 11pm. This place is not worth the Redmond price.

Due to structural problems, the distance from the elevator to the room was too long to move smoothly.

Terry at the front desk was friendly and professional. Room was clean, AC was okay, did not stay on. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was basic. There were no eggs at 8:30am. Made waffles and black coffee. I was hoping they would offer milk alternatives. Bananas were green.

Great hotel with accessibility-friendly rooms!

I really like this property. I've stayed here many times. I was very disappointed the last stay. My flight was cancelled and I was going to be a day late for my reservation, so I immediately called to cancel. Expedia tried to get me a refund, but the manager wouldn't allow it, so I was out $260. When I was on the property, the manager told me I was refunded for that night and Expedia was passing the buck. I asked for a print out of the refund, but he said he couldn't do it. They never refunded me. I'm in Redmond frequently and almost always use this hotel. I was disappointed that they couldn't refund me for a lost night that was lost beyond my control. Nice place though.

Loved the location of the property! The room was nice and clean!

We were visiting family in the area and this location was great for us, next to a Target and a Starbucks was an added bonus. The bus to Redmond was 2 mins from the hotel which was really handy. We were expecting a basic grab and go type breakfast, so were impressed with the choice. Having on tap coffee and tea was also great. Staff were welcoming and happy for you to sit in the lounge area with your own food. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The only downside was that there wasn't much of an area to sit outside, but it was so hot we didn't want to anyway.

This was the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed at. Guests were loud in the halls and other public areas, even "after hours." Otherwise, the rooms and services were nice and clean.

A place for professionals to sleep. Not quite for families, breakfast seems intentionally plain and repetitive, even for a continental breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights, and the cable TV had no signal in the entire hotel. You'll get nothing but a "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE".

We always stay here when we come to town. It has everything we need to feel comfortable. It’s dog friendly and they serve warm cookies. What more could you want?

Easy parking

Loved the hotel. It was new, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room we had very little natural light but otherwise we had no concerns. Also, they have EV chargers for your car which was super convenient.

Great location to stay for concerts at Marymoor!

The bed was uncomfortable and we kept being woken up by this loud whizzing sound. It was almost as if the elevator was going up and down. I texted the staff and they said it wasn't the elevator and would investigate the 3rd floor. I never heard back.

Amenities, close to the fields for the soccer tournament, walking distance to dt Redmond.

The pool is so loud with too many people. Need better pillows. Seriously!

Would have enjoyed daily room service.

The assistant manager was extremely kind and helpful!

I had to chase down getting more TP and tissue and ask for towels when even though we were told they would service the room every other day and we stayed for 5 days. The bed never got made up except by us. The shower temp dial was hard to get to stay put. It was a mobility accessible room and the overhead nozzle didn't put out enough water if wanted that over the handheld nozzle.

We had a peasant stay. Staff was very nice. Rooms were adequate and just what we needed.
