Nice lobby

Rooms extremely dark and dated, bathrooms need refurbishment

It was vey nice to have free parking and they have very confortable beds and it is clean and good size rooms

The breakfast was not great

It felt like The Shining, but not creepy. Old timey brass luggage trolleys, fun working rotary telephones in the elevator lobby, soft cotton pillows, HBO, and the staff is really nice (helps if you are too). Pet friendly, with tree lined alleyways, green grass, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Efficient air conditioning, Excellent water pressure and shower head for long curly hair and a coffee machine in the lobby that makes delicious chai. A multilevel parking garage that keeps vehicles decently cool. And an excellently priced for accepting pets and all the rest. Absolutely recommend.

The hotel looks and smells old. I've been to some other curio hotels, this one doesn't feel like one.

The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The vibe/ambience of the room was really nice and chill. Comfy bed, so we slept well.

We arrived at almost midnight. I could not find a parking spot at the closed garage and looked for a space for about 15 minutes. I got lucky someone drove away while I was searching a parking spot. I don't know where I would have parked if that person did not leave. After you park at the garage the elevators don't work without the room key card, which is very inconvenient if you have stuff in your car and you need to carry them to your room. Your only option is the stairs with your hands full. The gentleman who checked us in was very unfriendly and was at the border of being rude, and I did not like the check-in experience a bit!

Nice lobby, restaurant and the rooms are nice. It is centrally located.

This hotel looks like a nice hotel, but they oddly miss the mark a bit. It felt like they are pinching pennies - one must ask to have the room made up, no robes, and no amenities supplied in the bathroom. The restaurant was closed during some normal business hours. So maybe, I being picky, but the hotel looks upmarket, but acted like a standard mid-range hotel.

I bought the room with breakfast included because it was my son's birthday, but at the Hotel, I WAS TOLD, the breakfast didn't included the Kids...how sad is that!?????? I bought the room for two kids and two adults, very miss leading!!! I did not tell my kids, because they like the Hotel, it matter for me. The refrigerator was too small, we could not put anything, our food in it.

A janitor tried to enter my colleague's room to clean, even though they hung the do-not-disturb sign.

Have stayed many times. It is one of my favorites! It is always clean, beds are very comfortable, staff is always helpful! I also like the proximity of the garage to the hotel. Easy to come and go! Also, there is a Philz coffee across the street!

The room is pretty spacious

It had everything you could need, including both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Nice enough rooms, no views.

Room was outdated, not very clean and had a strange odor. Staff said housekeeping upon request. I said I want it daily and was told to tell them each day….the second day they said it wasn’t available. Staff was average and disinterested at best.

The place felt too congested, small, lacking vibe, boring especially the elevator and corridors. The guy who checked me in was curt and not friendly. would not repeat.

We thought it was great for the price and what it offered. It was exactly what we were looking for, and while the building is older and definitely had some issues (like tv not working, fridge wasn’t cold enough, walls were thin so could hear everything outside in the hall and in the rooms around us), we were there for only two nights and it worked out great. I’m not sure if we would come back, but the staff was very friendly and again, it was exactly what we were looking for after a long road trip and short stay. I do want to say the area around is great! And they are incredibly dog friendly… made our lives with our dog very easy.

Parking when I came back to the hotel later was difficult. All handicap were taken.

Quiet, spacious room. Free covered parking. Convenient location. Just wish the hotel offered free coffee to guests in the lobby.

It wasn't too clear where the front entrance was located, but overall a very good stay.

Nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms and nice amenities including free parking. Only disappointment was that the restaurant and bar were closed by 9pm on a Thursday evening and there isn't anywhere else nearby that is open if you want a nightcap except some beer/wine in a cooler by the front desk.

Hotel accommodated early check-in…thank you. The staff we did encounter was friendly and professional. The ppty is cashless, quiet, but no room service. The immediate area is walkable and as safe as can be expected these days.

Really old building with limited service, gym is outdated, way better Hilton properties around the area. Rooms need an improvement and the area is ok, if you are looking a Hilton property, you should pick the Hilton in Downtown San Jose, way better.
