The pool and the breakfast was pretty good

Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest also I reserved a king bed but when we got there, we had to get to Queens not a big deal Deal just usually like sleeping in a king

I booked a reservation here for a single night in early September 2026. The first hotel room I was in had two spiders and what appeared to be a baby praying mantis. I then asked help from reception to be put in a second room, which was quickly provided. Unfortunately the bedsheets of the second room were stained. I then left without staying the night, and slept in a hotel elsewhere. Reaching out to the manager multiple times led me to voicemail, even during the hours that staff said the manager would be in office. This hotel is not fit for guests. The environment was thoroughly cleaned, with all surfaces disinfected and debris completely removed.

Stains on carpet, room smelled, hair was found in sheets. Poor attitude from staff. Booking had this hotel rated at 4 star its more like a 2 star.

Breakfast meals had a good selection & variety in a very quaint environment. Bedrooms were large, comfortable and very clean; Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Great location just off the freeway.

It was dirty. My friends checked into their room before me and they found hair on the sheets like if the sheets had never been changed..

The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh foods. The location is easily accessible from freeways and major streets in Cupertino.

Have stayed at Cupertino Hotel over 16 times, so obviously have no complaints.

First room had AC and phone broken. There was hair in the bathtub. But the worse part is that I’m trying to get an invoice from them for 7 days now and they didn’t reply emails, messages, or the phone. Now the first contact I was able to get they’re telling me they don’t issue the invoice. That needs to be done by Booking.com. Booking says it’s the hotel. Now I can’t get reimbursed by my company as I don’t have a simple invoice. Will never get back there.

Room was clean and comfortable enough. The location was excellent, less than a mile from the event we were attending. (Why we chose the place.) Having a large grocery nearby was nice, too.

The breakfast choices were somewhat less than other places we've stayed. I also wished you'd had USB charging for our devices on the nightstands like other places we've stayed.

They hotel was a little outdated. The phones in the hotel did not work.. also they need to up date the picture on booking the hotel does not looks nothing like the picture.

The room was very nice, but there was only one chair--a desk chair. No where for two people to sit except on the bed. The room was certainly large enough for a comfy chair.

What I liked was that they served breakfast in the Monroe. Access to the pool was amazing. The room itself was amazing. It had a mini living room, mini fridge, in the other room you had your two queen beds and a big mirror. Loved that they give you a password for wifi as well.

The only thing I did not like was the elevator was out of service ao I had to use the stairs to get to my floor.

The most upsetting part of my stay was the rude and dismissive attitude of the front desk clerk. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was made to feel as though I was an inconvenience. That is not how paying guests should be treated. Because of this experience, I will never stay at your hotel again. My Google review will reflect both the poor customer service I received and the condition of my room so that others know what they may encounter before booking.

The breakfast was halfway decent, bacon and scrambled eggs were hot items, tasted good, they had some breads, muffins and cereal, and I did like that they had hole milk.

It would have cost $40 to check in about 2 hours early, we went to the boardwalk in Santa Cruz and when we got back it was late maybe 12a, I asked for extra blankets and they said housekeeping was closed. When we got to the room, we all noticed small ants or termites on almost every surface, floor, counter by the sink in living room, in bathroom, bedroom and even on tv area. The noise from upstairs was kinda loud, heavy walking or maybe normal walking and thin floors or ceiling. If you can get past no room service, ants around it's a halfway good place or if they could fix those parts. I had also reserved next weekend but changed to different hotel.

​Upon checking in, we found full stains and unhygienic conditions on the couch. I requested a room change or cleaning at the front desk, and the receptionist assured us it would be handled. However, nothing was done. For two full days, the issue went completely unaddressed—and worst of all, my child got sick during our stay. Very disappointed with the lack of service and cleanliness.

​I am posting this review in the hope that management actually addresses the poor conditions and lack of service at this Cupertino location. ​As a family traveling with young children, cleanliness and health are our top priorities, but this property fell far below basic standards: ​Stained & Unsanitary Upholstery: The couch inside our room was visibly stained and dirty. ​Outdated & Musty Carpet: The hallway carpet outside our room was extremely old and worn, raising serious concerns for us about potential mold and air quality for our kids. ​Empty Promises from Staff: We reported the couch issue to the front desk immediately. Despite asking multiple times and being assured by staff that they would replace the couch, no one ever came or resolved it. ​AC / Ventilation Issues: The room controls give you no option to leave the AC fan running continuously to maintain airflow. ​The combination of aging facilities, unfulfilled promises from the staff, and health concerns for our children made for a very uncomfortable stay.

The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Not all the towels were provided. The location of the room was noisy and not what we requested when the reservation was made two weeks earlier. The hot tub was DISGUSTING - FILTHY, SMELLY AND NOT CLEANED.

The hotel management and staff made a good effort to keep the room looking and smelling clean and comfortable. I will definitely return to stay whenever I need a room in Sunnyvale. Hopefully I have the time to use the gym and pool when I next stay with you. (This hotel is right next to a supermarket and is super convenient!)

Comfortable bed, clean room with nice pool & landscaping in the courtyard. We had an issue and staff was very accommodating. We requested a quiet room and got that.

Property is next to 280 freeway. This may be an issue for some people. We assume that our room was quiet bc it was away from the street and freeway.

A este momento no me han devuelto el deposito y ya pasó 1 mes! La habitación no tenia luz en el techo solo de las lámparas, era demasiado dificil ver sobretodo para descargar maletas porque llegamos en la noche. No me gustó el ruido en las mañanas por unos niños que corrían por todos los pasillos y lanzaban comida a la piscina y al jacuzzi.

El Jaccusi no funcionaban las burbujas, el refrigerators no funcionaba, la chimenea no es electrica y no esta bien que uno tenga que llevar leña y fuego para que trabaje. Las piscinas no se veian limpias.

Clean rooms with comfy beds and soft sheets. Little old, could use some updating but staff is friendly & very accomodating. Great location convenient to Cupertino & Apple. Lots of good Asian restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was pretty good & coffee was great. Heated pool & jacuzzi.

The last FIVE times we've stayed here our room keys stop working after Sunday breakfast at 10 am. PLEASE LET FIX THIS BUG IN YOUR SYSTEM SOFTWARE!

The room was large and nicely furnished.

There was human hair in the bathroom in 2 different places so it didn’t appear clean. I don’t clean my house well but when I am paying hard earned money, I expect the room to be cleaned to near perfection. Also, the shower faucet was leaking.

My wife and I liked the space, location, cleanliness, and quality of the hotel. We would definitely book again if we ever visit San Jose.

A bit noisy due to many children. I believe there was a cricket tournament. Key cards did not work on Back gate entrances. Had to keep walking to front though my room was in the back.

Pool not kept up and kids from other rooms disruptive. Happy hour not happy hour when no wine available only beer and soda. Breakfast was only apples oranges and banana disappointed in false advertisement.

The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, although on the day there was sausage there, I liked how it was cooked with no grease left on it. When you let the outside door to the room go, it makes a very loud noise when it slams shut. There should be something to either slow how fast it closes or some cushioning so that it doesn't sound so loud and potentially disturb guests in other rooms.

Location was okay, given the region's specifics. The room was big enough (though I had to book the Executive Two Queens Suite - the only one available at that moment). The parking space was good to have.

Staff members were all different - some friendly, others not. The choice of food for breakfast was quite poor. The blinds in the room were weird (and some of them were broken). Lightning was dim. You can't open the windows if you want to. And the main disappointment is about the deposit: during the checkout, I asked the staff member (who was also very slow with the company invoice, which eventually had some issues in it) when it would be released, and he said that it would take 5 to 7 days. Now it's the 18th day since I left, but I still haven't received my deposit back. They are not responding to my messages at all.

Everything was just kind of run down. Tiles had stains, accessories in bathroom were beat up, the shutters in room were broken, could not close all the way, bright lights from outside lights came through making it difficult to sleep. Just seems like a struggling property.

No toilet paper in the room, had to track down house keeping because my wife was stuck on the toilet. House keeper didn't speak english and wouldn't give me toilet paper at first. She came off rude. The room ceiling had stains, pillows were small, the room had cobwebs, had to run around the building to find out there were only 2 ice machines, found out they were on the 1st and 3rd floor, I was staying on the 2nd floor. Front desk employees seems like they don't want to be there. Atmosphere is pretty depressing. Definitely not worth the money is cost to stay here.

Terrible experience. First room offered - Shower head was clogged and barely water came out Breakfast was the same all week Second room offered - bedsheet were dirty (weird black and red stains all over the while bedsheet), reported it they were only able to offer me a duvet to sleep over that night while they had another room available. Third room offered - bedsheets dirty, requested to change the bedsheet and i had to stay in the room to just make sure they were actually new and clean. It has a good location, but hotel look not taken care of

The hotel's management has listened to guests input and improved several areas of the property. All the water areas are working and clean, the breakfast was very nice with good options and a few of the amenities in the rooms have been updated. The front desk staff was very friendly as well.

Rude front desk staff, dirty carpet, dirty sheets, no lotion in dispenser, no bottled water, no gym. 1 positive happy hour attendant was nice.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good. Window shutters made the room dark.

Carpet had tons of stains, and just looked weird. Windows do not block loud noise from the freeway. Bathroom was not clean, with black hair that was not ours. Wallpaper is peeling in room and bathroom. Breakfast is terrible. Cream cheese available, but no bagels except on first of three days. Sometimes coffee carafe is empty. One day had eggs and potatoes, but no sausage or bacon. Every day at 6 am, elevator opens with someone pushing a very loud cart. On the weekend, people want to sleep later and not be disturbed by loud noises that early.

I reserved 3 nights for my son and I in January through Hotel Planner, and the agent gave in-accurate information. We drove 8 hours to get there and the hot tub did not work; the pool was supposed to be heated, and we were told there was a fitness center. I also requested an early check-in, 2pm, and was told it would be a $40 charge, and the hotel was empty! After going to a dark and outdated room with the bedding not fitting the beds and a noisy radiator to heat the room, I began my search for a nicer hotel, and let the staff know that we are checking out after only 1 night. There was absolutely no customer service here; what a waste! It took me 2 months to get a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay! Never, ever stay here!

Overall good experience upon checking in. But for check out I had asked the staff when I checked in the day before if it was okay to do a late check out at 12pm and he said that would be fine. The day of checkout I got a call around 11am staff was not friendly not a hi how was your stay just a “so when are you checking out?” Felt rude and not good customer service.

The experience was very good. The coffee maker in the room did not work and I did notify the front desk. Not a big deal. The overall experience was great. Enjoyed the breakfast as well. We were in town for my father-in-law's funeral. Our experience with this hotel was one less thing to worry about. Thank you and God bless.

The pools bottom had some debris but it seems that they tried to clean it everyday. I could tell the hotel was getting some wear and tear but I could tell it used to be really nice when it was new. I would suggest repainting walls and doors and keeping it throughly maintained and cleaned. Like the fountain near the swimming pool seemed a little dirty.

Outside walkway that was dark at night. Breakfast was barely mediocre. Staff wasn’t friendly.

The hotel is clean and in a great location, and the breakfast is simple but reasonable for the price.

There was noticeable noise from the floor above at night . Customer service could be improved, the staff didn’t smile or greet customers during check-in, which felt unwelcoming and strange.

The layout of the room was nice. A private room and then the bedroom allowed for being together in a tight space without being constricted.

The breakfast was skimpy with basic items. Bananas were gone by the time we got there at 8:00 a,m, and there was no one around to ask questions and there was no place to bus your dishes so they were left on the tables. We expected eggs and perhaps breakfast sausage as we wanted to have a decent breakfast before we got on the road.

The dining room furniture was out dated . Could be updated with a softer more modern furniture and tables . I was very disappointed the pool and spa were not heated . I probably would not have stayed had I know that in advance. The room 304 was ok . Dutch the old school desk chairs and put in a nice chase and comfy arm chair . Prune and trim and shape the beautiful overgrown landscape in the courtyard . Maybe think about remodeling and updating the bathrooms with walk in showers and only have a few bath tubs for families . Make happy hour 2 hours , not 1 . Staff was nice and professional. Good location. My room had buzzing mechanical noise all night. Needs new window treatments. Sheres and blackout drapes. Ditch the big wood levelores . Maybe upgrade to lager hd tvs tv programs were good. Overall I was comfortable and felt safe . Good location . New complete Paint to get a fresh and updated look both exterior and in the rooms and floors on the hallways.
