Ist relativ modern und für den eingerichteten Punkt. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar einen Balkon. Mit schöner Sicht in Richtung Zentrum.

Das Personal beim Empfang war nicht gerade freundlich. Der Checkin Prozess, außergewöhnlich langwierig und umständlich. Man hört den Lärm aus der Umgebung, sogar im zehnten Stock.

Realmente es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel, me parece que esta limpio y ordenado siempre.

En el desayuno si me creó un poco de incomodidad, porque como se llena la zona casi no hay espacio donde sentarse porque las mesas son para grupos y en mi caso iba sola, los primero dias encontré a penas una mesa donde sentarme , y luego ya en mi ultimo dia me dijeron que me sentara en la barra porque solo ahi habia espacio, y yo soy una persona que se adapta a todo... deberian de poner mesas para dos personas y ya uno elige si sentarse ahi o en la barra.. lo otro es que no me gustó que los cubiertos los ponen en las mesas porque llega gente que ni conoces a agarrar los cubiertos y unos si son educados y saludos y otros no, mejor deberian de tener un espacio donde uno tome cubiertos que esten en su debida bolsita para andie toque los demas porque eso seria antihigiénico.

Alimentacion muy buena y sevicio en general excelente.

Ruido todas las noches por los bares ubicados abajo. Mi habitacion era en el piso 8 y todas las noches tuve que soportar la musica fuerte, conversaciones, cantos y gritos de personas. El ruido es muy alto y eso afecta el descanso de la personas, mis compañeros de trabajo hicieron el mismo comentario

Desayuno excelente, siempre quedas satisfecho. Es buffet y tienen buenas opciones. La habitación tenia aire acondicionado y se podia apagar si hacia mucho frío. En general todo muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, esta cerca de todo.

Durante mi estancia fue frecuente que la tarjeta (llave de la habitación) se desconfigurara y teniamos que bajar al lobby a que la restauraran. Otra cosa es que los televisores no tienen como una manera facil de ver netflix o projectarlo desde mi celular. Pero yo fui preparado y lleve un cable HDMI para conectarlo a mi laptop.

Siempre me quedo en este hotel y utilizo el gimnasio, que me gusto mucho como lo remodelaron: ahora es aun mejor!!!

Todo estuvo excelente

Mi pareja y yo salimos en la mañana, regresamos a las 12:00 y no habían limpiado la habitación, después volvimos a salir y regresamos a las 15:00, la habitación seguía sucia a pesar de poner el letrero para que limpiaran, al salir nuevamente por la tarde solicitamos en recepción que hicieran la limpieza correspondiente y al llegar por la noche solo habían tendido la cama. Supongo que la persona de limpieza se molestó por el requerimiento directamente de recepción, pero esas cosas se hacen temprano 😬

Por error hicimos 2 reservas, y el alojamiento no nos hizo la devolución de una de ellas, es decir pagamos el doble. Ya me había pasado en otro hotel y si nos hicieron la devolución, ellos no lo hicieron. Y se supone que es una “gran cadena” de hoteles, nunca más me volveré a hospedar acá

The staff, when available, were courteous and friendly. A meal at the restuarant was good.

I never got the heat to work. The staff finally brought a portable unit, but it did not work well – I literally sat with the unit cutched between my thighs, supposedly on its highest setting, and still felt chilly. Only one small bottle of potable water was supplied, and it was difficult to procure more -- in fact, it was difficult to get timely service on anything; I ended up having to go down to the front desk a couple of times. There was very little legible signage as to how to use the phone, order room service, etc. One sign directed me to use a QR code in order to see a menu; when I tried to use it, it seemed to require me to install an app on my phone (the last thing I need on my phone is more apps). The labels on the buttons on the phone in the room were so tiny that I had to take a photo and enlarge it in order to read them. Part of the difficulties was that most of the staff spoke no English – I realize I'm in their country and it's up to me to learn Spanish; but one might hope for a little more English in a large hotel near the center of the capital of Mexico.

Location is excellent - personally I love the area, it is super walkable and tons of great food/drink options and even a great (world renowned) cocktail bar right in the building. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

OVerall room was very dated and not to the level of standard I would expect for the Brand/Chain nor price point. Shower door in the bathroom didnt fully close so leaked water in to the rest of the bathroom a bit.

Nice location. Walkable neighborhood and central to reach most of the city by public transport. Big enough room for the three of us. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not five star standard by any means. Plaster was crumbling from walls in our room and the hallways. Our first room was to the north with very loud karaoke bars audible until early morning. They were kind enough to give us a new room on the south side where it was just the usual traffic noise. However, the new room had other issues, mainly a leak dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. Power outlets weren’t working in the bathroom nor next to the big mirror. Housekeeping made up the room while we were gone and the leak was still just dripping onto the countertop next to the sink. So they must have noticed but ignored it. There were other smaller issues such as dust or the mirror hanging crooked due to a missing screw. They gave us only two towels (for the three of us) and then removed one of them without replacing a new one, which all added up to feeling more like three stars at best. We have stayed in NH collection hotels in different countries and they always had a very high standard, so this was disappointing.

The location

There is not enough light in the rooms, the beds felt like air mattress. The staff has no sense of urgency. I get that they are busy but front desk is in a rush and hang up the phone immediately. The bathroom was basically like a no door. Not sound proof!

Excellent and diverse breakfast, with very service-minded and positive staff – the best possible start to the day! An extra bonus was that breakfast opened already at 06:00. We had a spacious and well-designed suite with a balcony. The location is also very good, in a lively neighbourhood with a multitude of restaurants and other dining options. Most major tourist attractions are within easy reach, while both the airport and the main bus station are around 30 minutes away by taxi.

The suites with balconies are located on several different floors, and those on the lower floors have rather limited views. A room higher up provides a significantly better experience. Sadly, the hotel has a highly inefficient check-in process. Staff seem to need close to 10 minutes per guest simply to enter information into the system and issue a room key. This creates unnecessary waiting times and frustration, especially when several guests arrive at the same time. Bad start of the stay. The interaction (first impression) would clearly benefit from being streamlined and given proper system support.

I loved this hotel. We had 2 rooms next to each other & both rooms very lovely & clean. The maids did a fantastic job every morning. Loved it. ♥️

Loved this hotel. The staff are so friendly & warm. Especially Eric who we chatted to daily about the football. Even thou we had come to see family (we moved onto another hotel 4 days later - 2 hrs drive away; for our son’s wedding); we wore our England shirts to watch the football…..sadly we lost lol. Our 2 rooms were spotlessly clean & the maids did a fantastic job every day. We ate here once for lunch…..lovely and the breakfast every morning had so much selection and was to die for. Shoutout to ERIC…we loved you.

I’ve been staying here for 8 years. The hotel staff is always friendly and welcoming, remember my name which is really nice. Rooms are nice, comfortable, good size. Great breakfast! Central location too. My only critique are the coffee makers. Same ones for 8 years! They sound like a plane taking off, and it takes sometimes pressing the button 6 times to get a full cup of coffee (cups are small to begin with) on more than 1 occasion I’ve had to have a machine switched out because it didn’t work. Please! It’s time to replace those antique machines!

Lacked thoughtful service. No one responded to the requests/inquiries via booking.com chat. (Was my husband’s birthday and asked for restaurant recommendations- twice) Every amenity in the room was only set up for 1 person so we had to ask for the 2nd set (over 3 times -via phone and in person at the desk) Room was spacious and modern but bit worn and tired on corners. Closet sliding door wouldn’t stay put kept closing on you. Bar on 1st floor was pricey - $35 for two lemonades! More expensive than in NY!!!

a pesar de estar localizado en la Zona Rosa el hotel se encuentra en una de las calles tranquilas y no hay mucho ruido. Lo mas maravilloso del hotel es su personal, eran todos muy amables, profesionales y atentos. El desayuno era excelente, variado y me gustò mucho. La habitacion todo muy bien, me hubiera gustado que el baño tuviera mejor iluminacion para poder arreglarme por la mañana, pero fuera de eso era super comodo.

Quise cenar un día en el restaurante del hotel, pero la carta era muy limitada, pedi unos tacos y parecia que les llegó la gentrificacion porque ni salsas me pasaron y las que pasaron no picaban. No deberian perder el sentido de nuestras tradiciones culinarias mexicanas. Me hubiera gustado quedarme mas tiempo para poder haber disfrutado de las instalaciones y alberca.

Location: 4.5 Check-in: 5 courteous and professional. Room: 4 (Suite with Terrace) it’s spacious but bit tired, you see the wear on the furniture. The living room area is spacious if rather sparsely furnished for the size of the space left something to be desired. Hospitality/service & Housekeeping (1): it was poor considering we booked for 2 ppl,there was only 1 set of toiletries (toothbrush, hairbrush, shower cap), 1 bathrobe, 1 pair of slippers, one courtesy drink voucher, 1complimentary bottle of water, 1 poncho (great idea since it showers often in this season but how are we supposed to share a poncho? ) we called right away and asked for a second set of robe/slippers. The front desk lady on 6/18 afternoon/evening was completely useless We had left the room and came back several hours later and nothing had been delivered. We called again and they just brought extra towels so we explained again. Finally a 2nd set of robe and slippers was delivered. this is NOT the level of service and lack of attention to detail at a 4 star hotel not to mention for one of the highest priced rooms in the hotel?? It was World Cup season and we wanted to watch the game on TV ( as the gentleman at check-in had told us which channel we can watch. But we forgot the channel he mentioned and after trying several channels we called the desk and the same unhelpful lady answered and said you can’t watch it in the room. It’s only available on the 1st floor(restaurant). We eventually figured out we could watch it on channel 5. So she was clueless if not lazy- she didn’t even try to find out. It was also my husband’s big 60 birthday and I had inquired in writing via booking.com’s portal a they completely ignored my question on recommendations for a restaurant in the area. We had a pleasant check-in experience but all the subsequent experiences with poor hospitality service was disappointing. We’ve stayed in a number of NH Collections hotels internationally. This was probably the worst in terms of service/attention by the staff.

I saw some women who are pretty obviously not hotel guests in the ground floor toilet. Hotel should take care on who enters the hotel. Pool was closed at the beginning of May which was unexpected.

The location is just perfect for us. It is accessible to any places you want to go especially to the Golden Angel which is only 3 blocks. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. It is pet friendly❤️our rooms are clean. The price is very reasonable since we stayed for 5days. The amenities is very good except for the pool😊 in the picture it looks big but its not thats why i have only 4 stars⭐️the breakfast buffet is amazing👍 we will definitely stay in this hotel again. Love Mexico city❤️

O hotel é excelente! Ótima localizacao, próximo de estacao de metrô, com vários restaurantes bons ao redor, perto do Anjo da Independência. E muito seguro também. Ao lado do hotel tem um Mercado de Artesanatos para comprar lembrancinhas do México. Adorei o café da manha, eles servem todos os dias opcoes de comidas típicas mexicanas e um bufê com bastante variedade de frutas, frios, sucos, paes e doces. Apenas os paes eu achei que deixaram um pouco a desejar. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e sempre pronta para ajudar. Reservei também alguns passeios com a agência de turismo do hotel, o que foi super prático. Adorei a minha estadia, com certeza volto a me hospedar aí numa próxima viagem à CDMX.

Os paes no café da manha nao eram assim tao bons, mas tinha outras opcoes disponíveis. Os quartos sao pouco iluminados, nao tinha uma luz boa para fazer uma maquiagem nem perto do espelho.

Our stay at the NH Mexico City Reforma Hotel was great! The room was lovely, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We had excellent guidance and support from all of the staff, especially from Jesus, Braulio and Erick, among others. Next time we visit Mexico City we will definitely stay at this hotel!

La ubicación, el desayuno y el personal

No sacan la basura a diario y el baño se moja todo porque la puerta no es taaan funcional

Habitación cómoda, espaciosa, buen closet y baño. Café y té incluidos. Camada King size cómoda, firme. El desayuno variado y completo y el restaurajte tiene una carta pequeña pero suficiente si un dia no quieres comer fuera del hotel. El gimnasio bastante completo y lo estaban ampliando. Y una piscina en el piso 3 junto al gimnasio. Todo el personal amable y colaborador. Si quieres estar en el corazón de la zona rosa, es el lugar.

Unas lamparas de lectura no estarán de mas. Cuesta regular la temperatura del aire acondicionado, si lo enciendes puede ser muy frío. Quizás deberían tener cepillos de dientes, pasta dental y otros productos de aseo disponibles en el baño.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the NH Collection Mexico City Reforma. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful, with Ilse at the front desk deserving special recognition for her warm and friendly hospitality, while Emmanuel, Edgar, and Ramon at the inhouse restaurant provided highly attentive and accommodating service. Additionally, the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and perfectly climate-controlled, complemented by an inviting and comfortable hotel lobby. The property’s ideal location places it just steps away from currency exchanges, grocery stores, and dining options. As a recommendation for future enhancement, providing a self-service laundry area would greatly benefit guests during their stay.

The hotel was well-located. Hotel staff were mainly pleasant. The room was nice. I stayed on the 9th floor and had no issue with noise from the street below. There were lots of surrounding restaurants to choose from and everywere is walkable.

The gym is under renovation; this is something that the property needs to let guests know beforehand. Also, the rooms need to be cleaned better, there was a ton of dust (not an exaggeration) under the red chair in the corner of the room. Cleaning staff clearly had not cleaned under there in their routine clean.

Room lighting is not enough

NH Reforma is much below the standard you are used to in other NH hotels across the world. It was average clean in bedrooms, it was not clean in shared bathroom, and it very seriously lacked maintenance. Beds are really soft. The staff is nice and helpful. The restaurant is good.

Great hotel. Everyone at the hotel… and especially Gabriela Islas in the restaurant… took such amazing care of our very large group. 1/2 of which were blind/visually impaired… incredible experience

Muy buena experiencia en NH Collection Mexico City Reforma. Mi estancia fue muy corta solo unas horas por un vuelo retrasado; llegué alrededor de la 1:30 am viajando sola por trabajo y, aunque no pude hacer el check-in online, en recepción todo fue súper rápido. Además, una persona me acompañó hasta mi habitación, lo cual agradecí mucho. El cuarto estaba muy limpio, amplio y cómodo. Muy buen servicio.

Me encanta el desayuno y la ubicación del hotel. También me parece que el gimnasio es conveniente.

Una de las señoritas de recepción fue poco receptiva a la hora de gestionar un early check-in, fue muy transaccional y con uy poco enfoque en las necesidades del huésped.

The hotel finds itself planted squarely in a flamboyant, pride-flag-waving neighbourhood of Reforma, a district positively fizzing with life, colour, and people-watching opportunities. Boutiques abound are abstract, intriguing, and often baffling. Yet, as the sun dips and Saturday evening stretches its limbs, the neighbouring clubs awaken with all the subtlety of a malfunctioning stereo. The bass does not merely hum; it installs itself in your room as an unsolicited feature, a kind of rhythmic lodger that refuses to be ignored. Sleep, one discovers, becomes less an activity and more a negotiation. Breakfast, meanwhile, is a grand and sprawling affair, lavish in quantity, almost heroic in its ambition. There is, quite literally, more food than one could reasonably contemplate. And yet, in a feat of culinary paradox, it remains oddly difficult to locate something one truly desires to eat. Service begins with all the polish and charm one might expect, attentive, warm, and reassuringly efficient. However, should misfortune strike (in this case, in the form of a persistent drip-drip-drip from the bathroom above), the experience takes on a more theatrical tone. Enter the engineers: arriving in clusters of three to five like a mildly disorganised troupe, conversing loudly, occasionally pausing to enjoy movie trailers on their phones. Regrettably, their enthusiasm for cinema outpaces their enthusiasm for plumbing. The leak, I was told, is due to “rain”- a meteorological phenomena given the rain arrived after the leak. After the third such performance, one is compelled to abandon patience in favour of decisive action, prompting a brisk and not entirely diplomatic exchange with the front desk, which at last results in a room change. In sum: a superb location, undeniably vibrant, yet paired with an experience that veers, at times, into the faintly absurd. A hotel of contrasts, pleasant and just a touch chaotic.

The hotel was a great choice. Easy walk to Historic center, hotel district restaurants, and park. Lots of restaurants and pubs near by. Modern features. Handshake Speakeasy was fantastic!

La ubicación es ideal para caminar y conocer la ciudad. La cercanía con transporte y el pasaje de los artesanos qué queda cerca lo hacen ideal.

La habitación muy buena, solo la ducha deja escapar mucha agua a los pisos, pero el personal de aseo lo atendía en las mañanas.
