La habitación amplia, las camas cómodas, almohadas suficientes. Agua y café de cortesía en la habitación. El room service rápido y con varias opciones. La cercanía al Ángel de la Independencia, al transporte público.

Los precios del room service son demasiado altos.

La ubicación y el hotel en general es muy cómodo.

Por la noche el fin de semana se escuchaba muy fuerte la música, fue difícil dormir en una ocasión.

I liked the location, it was near the turibus for tourist stuff. Restaurants and shopping eas near. My most expensive Uber was 15 usd roughly and it was easy to get around. The metro is also near. Staff was great, they let us keep luggage at the hotel so we could explore before check in. Wifi was great, no issues. The noise level was good inside the rooms. You could hear stuff from time to time but it was quiet overall. Room size was great for two people. The gym is small but has all the basics. The pool area is nice. I didnt have expectations going in, the hotel is ideal for tourism or a business trip.

The water pressure in the shower isnt super strong. But the water gets hot or cold fast. I couldn't check in super early (hotel has lots of guest, it speaks to the hotels popularity).

Personally I'd stay in a better neighborhood next time. It wasn't dangerous at all. Just a little run down. I went to some other neighborhoods in Roma and Condessa and they were really beautiful with trees and parks. That's where I'd stay.

some of the security acted hostile for a moment. I had gone out in the morning, and came back around 1pm to catch a break, i sat in the lounge area. Some of the security people kept looking at me, and started circling me. I was wearing shorts and a tee shirt, and yes I did look a little worn out from being out all morning. One of the guards kept staring at me, so I decided to go to the lobby bathroom, when i came out. He was there staring at me, i finally got angry, and said i'm staying here, and showed him my hotel card. he knew he was in the wrong, and said i'm looking for someone else that walk in the bathroom. I said i was the only one, and I didn't appreciate it! I walked out to get a snack and came back about 10 mins later, and i didn't see the guard. Maybe ask or don't assume some isn't staying there, because i paid alot and didn't expect to be treated so badly. also i asked if i could stay an extra hour when i was leaving, the front desk person said no, sorry, you've stayed your stay. i couldn't believe how rude she was. truly was disappointed by a few of your workers. not sure i'll come back to sta

Que la puerta deja entrar la luz del pasillo! Los del check in son muy groseros, en la noche pasa equipo del hotel hablando por radio gritando!! Eran las 2 am y pasaban gritando como si fueran las 2 de la tarde, no dejan descansar y se equivocaron al llamarnos!! No paraban de llamar y eran las 3:50 am!! Hasta que conteste y se habian equivocado de habitación!!! No dejan descansar realmente me senti decepcionado.

Zeer vriendelijk en snel personeel. We kwamen aan met de taxi, en kregen direct hulp met onze tassen, konden direct inchecken. Heel fijn en voelde erg luxe na een lange vlucht! Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk, heel veel keus. Erg vriendelijke obers die ons zeer goed voorzagen van koffie of thee. De locatie is ook goed. Sowieso beviel Mexico City ons erg goed!

Het enige is dat het zwembad wat dieper had mogen zijn. Toch hebben de kids zich er goed vermaakt. Er was nu alleen koffie op de kamer, een waterkoker en thee had voor mij als theedrinker erg prettig geweest!

The cleanliness was a little bit hit or miss. We walked into our room on the first day and the pillow right in the middle of the bed had a huge stain on it. The housekeepers also don’t knock - they just try and enter. This happened multiple times, thank god we had the deadlock on

The breakfast standard could definitely use an upgrade, as the spread felt a bit underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber. Adding more variety—especially expanded vegetarian options—would make a world of difference for guests starting their morning here.

The treatment by the employees was questionable, my worst experience with staff in mexico. Plus i didn't get my refund for the 2nd room i booked that i didn't occupy like they told me. I try to contact the proprety they answered once then ditched me and now when i call i only here their "on hold" song for minutes.

There is not much good about this hotel other than location.

The hotel is extremely worn and in serious need of renovation. The carpet is filthy and heavily worn, and the furniture and bed are uncomfortable. The coffee maker in my room did not work, and there were no wine glasses provided. When I asked to borrow some from the restaurant, my request was refused. For the high price, the quality and service are simply not acceptable. The hotel is not worth what it charges. I do not recommend staying here and will not return. There are much better options in the area that offer far better value for your money.

The rooms were big, the pool area was perfect, and the executive floor benefits were exactly what we were looking for.

The elevators had some issues - cars scan wouldn’t work all the time, and there were only 3 so they were slow at peak hours.

I have traveled extensively, and I can honestly say that Ronniel Hernández, Concierge at Galería Plaza Reforma, provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. I accidentally left my passports at another hotel in a different city. That hotel wouldn’t even package them so a courier service could pick them up. I felt completely helpless. Ronniel immediately took ownership of the situation. He went far above and beyond his responsibilities to make sure my passports reached me in time for my international flight just a day and a half later. He is, without question, the most resourceful, proactive, kind, understanding, responsive, efficient, professional, and service-oriented person I have ever encountered in hospitality. His attitude was exceptional from beginning to end, and he transformed an incredibly stressful situation into one of immense relief, gratitude, and joy. Congratulations, Ronniel, and congratulations to Hotel Galería Plaza Reforma for having such an outstanding professional on your team. The location was great, close to the Angel monument and Chapultepec park, but off a quiet side street. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The water in Mexico City can be a bit harsh. It would have been nice to have at least some filtered water on a faucet so we didn't have to rely on bottled water as much, but also maybe treated water for the shower? Our hair just didn't feel quite the same as at home :)

Everything was excellent: the room, the food, the staff, the cleanliness, the safety, the location . . . except . . . The hotel is within a block or two of a discoteca and we could not sleep well the first night with all of the thumping until the discoteca closed at 5 a.m. Then the birds were chirping loudly outside our window as the sun came up. The sound insulation is not good. Same thing happened the next two nights, but the ear plugs we bought at the pharmacy one block down the street helped.

If you’re looking for a hotel that’s conveniently located near Mexico City’s nightlife, Galería Plaza Reforma checks that box. Unfortunately, it fails at many of the things a hotel is actually supposed to do. The biggest issue? Our room literally lost power every single night of our stay. Not one isolated incident. Every. Single. Night. Some nights the power didn’t just fail once…it went out two or three separate times before it finally stayed on. Each outage required maintenance to come to the room, turning what should have been the end of a fun evening into a nightly ritual of sitting in the dark waiting for someone to reset whatever was wrong. The truly baffling part is that management didn’t offer to move us to another room until our final night. After we’d already spent almost our entire stay dealing with the problem. Then there’s the bathroom, which feels like it was designed by someone who had never actually used a shower before. The floor isn’t properly sloped, so every shower sends water pouring underneath the glass door and across the bathroom floor. Instead of stepping out onto a bath mat, you’re stepping into a puddle. We spent the week using towels to dam the flood. The mini fridge was completely useless because it didn’t work. A basic hotel amenity couldn’t even keep water cold. And then there was housekeeping. Nearly every morning they were knocking on our door around 8:00-8:30 a.m. On vacation. We repeatedly had to tell them to come back later because we were still asleep or getting ready. And despite arriving that early, they somehow still missed an obvious detail: we found another guest’s dirty clothes left inside one of the dresser drawers. If no one bothered to check the drawers before assigning the room to a new guest, it makes you wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. The most frustrating part is that none of these were one-off inconveniences. They were repeated, ongoing problems that management had multiple opportunities to fix and didn’t. A hotel isn’t judged by how perfect it is; it’s judged by how it responds when things go wrong. Galería Plaza Reforma consistently chose to patch over problems instead of solving them. In a city with no shortage of excellent hotels, there’s simply no reason to gamble your vacation on one that can’t reliably keep the lights on, keep the water in the shower, or clean a room properly. We won’t be back, and we certainly can’t recommend it.

This was the perfect place for our family of three to stay. Everyone, from the concierge to the check-in desk to the cleaning staff, went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They even did things like tucking in my daughter's stuffed animal when they changed the beds, or helping us put in a call for a doctor when my daughter got sick to her stomach. The hotel was clean, new, and well maintained. The rooftop pool was nice. Also, if you're reading this you already know, but the location is fantastic, right in the middle of Little Seoul, a great walkable neighborhood with a number of unique, high-quality cafes and dinner options within a couple blocks' radius.

Nice room, Starbucks on the first floor, quite close to some attractions.

There was no cattle in the room to drink tea or make a coffee, there was a capsule coffee machine, but only 2 capsules, one of them was decaf, and we stayed with my friend, so it was not enough. And there was no option for earlier check in, we came around 9 and had to walk around the city till 15. Also was very noisy because of the very thin entrance door. Don’t even think to sleep without an earplugs.

Very friendly and welcoming on check-in and throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with some good facilities. The bed was super comfy. And we just loved the breakfast food provided - it was delicious and very varied! The location is also excellent.

The pool isn’t really for swimming, as it is too shallow. But still nice to bathe in!

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, las habitaciones son cómodas y en general el hotel tiene buen mantenimiento. Me pareció limpio y el personal es muy amable. Me pareció un excelente detalle que nos dieran una galleta de cortesía por la marcha del orgullo que estaba ocurriendo en el momento de mi estancia.

La tina de la habitación parecía estar tapada, el agua no se iba.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to a lot of restaurants/bars. The staff were very nice and cordial. The hotel is clean but does need to be renovated. It’s a little run down. The pool water was a little green. I would not stay here again.
