The room was spacious, and the staff were helpful.

Not the hotels fault but major roadworks made it a nightmare to walk with bags to the railway station. Also the toilet area of the bathroom was tiny. It took careful manoeuvering not to catch myself on the handbasin.

Very close proximity to the train station. Excellent breakfast.

Excelente localizacao, bem proximo da main central station e das principais localizacoes do centro da cidade com facil acesso a restaurantes, pontos turisticos e shopping. Muito bom atendimento, staff cordial, educada e pronta para ajudar a qualquer momento 24/7.

Nosso chuveiro estava com algum problema que nao era possivel fazer funcionar a ducha prinpical do top apenas a de mao, como foi apenas uma diaria nao teve problema, mas se fosse mais dias seria um problema e por termos voo na manha seguinte nao tivemos tempo de reportar para a gerencia.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccezionale, trovandosi a soli 200 metri dalla stazione di Bruxelles Central e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Grand Place. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti diversi supermercati, comodissimi per fare acquisti quotidiani a prezzi standard. La camera ha dimensioni adeguate ma soprattutto ci è risultato molto pulito. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza della macchinetta del caffè e del bollitore, con capsule e bustine di tè che venivano regolarmente reintegrate ogni giorno durante il riordino. Il bagno è ben fornito di dispenser per shampoo e doccia gel ed il cambio asciugamani avviene quotidianamente su richiesta. Tra i grandi plus della struttura ci sono l'angolo con bevande calde gratuito e accessibile h24 nella hall e il comodissimo orario di check-out fissato alle 12:00. La colazione continentale è ottima, con orari comodi dalle 7:30 alle 10:30 durante la settimana e prolungata fino alle 11:00 nel weekend. Pur non essendo vastissima, offre prodotti di prima qualità costantemente riassortiti da un personale sempre attento a mantenere puliti il banco e i tavoli.

Il limite principale della camera riguarda la presenza della moquette sul pavimento e il ridotto isolamento acustico delle finestre: gli infissi non fermano il rumore del traffico notturno e le frequenti sirene dei mezzi di soccorso, il che può disturbare chi ha il sonno leggero. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, la sala è un po' piccola e negli orari di punta tende a sovraffollarsi, anche se con un pizzico di pazienza si trova da sedersi; la disposizione prevede unicamente lunghi tavoli in condivisione, senza la presenza di tavolini singoli da due o quattro posti.

The shower is very slippery and dangerous. There are no handles in the shower. It was also quite noisy, but it can be expected in the city centre

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer im 5. Stock mit einem sehr netten Balkon. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und groß und wir haben in den bequemen Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Zum Frühstück gab es alles was wir brauchten. Das Hotel ist direkt bei der Innenstadt - 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und 10 Minuten zum großen Platz. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Herr beim CheckIn war sehr freundlich.

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Diesmal hatten wir leider ein kleineres Zimmer im 4. Stock. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und es hat uns gut gefallen. Das kleine Hotel ist sehr schön renoviert und die Zimmer sind neu ausgestattet. Frühstück war auch wieder sehr gut.

Really good location, right next to Brussels central station and only a short walk to all the other main tourist spots in the city centre. We had room 701 which is right at the top of the building and the views are spectacular.

The hotel doesn't have a proper bar but does have small fridges stocked with beers and other drinks to purchase.

Decoración moderna. Ubicación inmejorable, a 5-10 minutos andando de la Grand Place, y al lado de la estación central del tren (ideal para ir a Brujas, Gante…). Habitaciones amplias y tranquilas. Personal amable.

La zona de desayuno es pequeña y estrecha. Te sientas en mesas continuas, y muy pegado al de al lado. Es incómodo. Es incómodo.

Me gustó la ubicación, muy cerca de la estación del metro y del centro

El restaurante es un poco más pequeño, por lo que en la hora del desayuno se llena muy rápido

Emplacement central, hôtel agréable, très propre, demande de deux lits séparés acceptée, double (ou triple ?) vitrage isolant du bruit extérieur, bonne literie, bon petit déjeuner et personnel adorable, je conseille vivement. Et cerise sur la gâteau, petit balcon accueillant une table et deux chaises pour des moment "en terrasse privée" !

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon im 5. OG. Es war sauber und die Betten waren bequem.

Es gab nur belgische Sender im Fernsehen.

Hotel assez propre. Personnel agréable et petit déjeuner complet.

Une seule personne dans l'hotel quand on est arrivés, qui était occupée ailleurs. On a patienté 20 bonnes minutes pour faire le check-in. Embauchez! Entrée de la chambre un peu étroite, on a demandé un grand lit, on a donc eu des lits jumeaux... Travaux dans la rue rendant l'accès à l'hôtel compliqué mais ils n'y sont pour rien. Ca reste un rapport qualité prix un peu trop juste.

Location and the cleanness

I don't like the booking policy. They froze the amount I had to pay and then once at the hotel I had to pay. The amount of money frozen was then available again on my balance after 7 days. I was expecting a bigger desk in the room as my was a business trip and I provided this information during the booking.

Desayuno no tan bueno ni variado.

Bella struttura in posizione comodissima sia per il centro che per la stazione centrale. Camera pulita e spaziosa con infissi che ben attutiscono i rumori esterni. Materasso molto comodo Colazione buona e con tanta scelta. Personale gentile, sorridente e disponibile.

Uniche cose che migliorerei: l'aerazione dei pianerottoli (tanto caldi) e i cuscini (cuscini quadrati non sono comodissimi)

Au petit déjeuner ; l'appareil vinted à Gaufres de Bruxelles à utilisé soi-même est vraiment génial.

Lokalita blízko hlavního nádraží. Pěkné vybavení pokoje. Výborná káva (Nespresso) na pokoji v ceně.

Perfect location, close to the main tourist attractions, right next to the subway and bus stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful; I went with my dog and it was amazing—we didn't have any problems.

Muy buena experiencia. La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y cómoda para visitar Bruselas y desplazarse por la ciudad. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y atención del personal. En particular, Mahado, en recepción, fue muy atenta y amable con nosotras durante nuestra estancia, haciendo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable por su ubicación y, sobre todo, por el trato recibido. ——————————————————————————- We had a very good experience. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring Brussels and getting around the city. I would especially like to highlight how friendly and attentive the staff were. In particular, Mahado at reception was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, making our experience even better. Definitely a highly recommended hotel for its great location and, above all, the wonderful service we received.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et fonctionnelles, la propreté de l’établissement, le personnel très sympathique et le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. L’emplacement est exceptionnel en plein centre et près de toutes les commodités.

It is not about liking. The main light/lamp in the room was not working. The technician ordered a new one but it probably arrived after our stay.

I have been to Brussels several times and, having stayed in hotels in almost 100 countries, I can honestly say that this is one of my first five favourite city hotels ever. We slept exceptionally well here — the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the coffee was really good, which matters a lot to us! 😊 The location is simply perfect: right next to Brussels-Central station, just 4 minutes by train from Bruxelles-Midi, and only a couple of steps from the Grand-Place and the Magritte Museum. And for the brave — the legendary Delirium Café! 😉 There are plenty of great restaurants, cafés and, of course, chocolate shops all around. There really is something for everyone. I used to like Brussels. Thanks to 9Hotel Central, I now LOVE it. We will definitely be back! A huge thank you to the wonderful girls at reception — you were fantastic! ❤️

El elevador necesita mantenimiento, el piso esta deteriorado y la pantalla no se ve bien. La alformbra en la sala de espera frente a la recepcion esta suelta y es un peligro para caminar. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle no filtran muy bien el ruido, afecta al dormir.

Belle hôtel bien situé à côté de la gare, du métro et du centre ville. Personnel agréable à l'accueil. La chambre est de belle dimension et dispose d'une machine à café. Super !

Grootte van de kamers, gang wat nauw, ontbijtruimte wat krap.

Alles klopte aan deze kamer. Veel ruimte, Grote badkamer met een fijne douche. Schoon. Een groot bed met een goed matras. Goede, geluidloze airco. Een koelkastje, grote passpiegel en voldoende opbergruimte. De locatie was vlak bij het centraal station. De highlights in het centrum zijn lopend goed bereikbaar. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een prima ontbijt.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed lately. The location is very good, very close to the central train station, which was very convenient for us since we made three day trips. Also, maximum 7-8 minutes walk to the Grand Place and many restaurants. But the best thing about this hotel is the people who work there. Extremely polite , really hands on ams actually wanting to make your stay enjoyable. My birthday trip felt extra special thanks to them.
