Check in went well. Check out went well. Location was great. It's what we were looking for to be away from main area. Cabana was nice as well. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The staff was very good at mentioning a lot of items and drawing on a map for you for areas and restaurants they recommend.

Hotel lobby and breakfast area could be cooler indoors. Room could have been cooler as well so was not that comfortable at times. breakfast was not great. Bacon is barely cooked and the breakfast was just not very appealing compared to our other stays. Options are limited and the area it's in is not that pleasant. Coffee was not hot. Room was very clean. This place would make a lot more money if they catered to the cabana areas for convenience for drinks and food options instead of making you walk to another location to get drinks and food.

家族３人と子犬３匹での旅でしたが犬の追加料金は無く、非常に広く動物フレンドリーホテルですがまつたく動物のにおいがなく非常に良く清掃されているとかじた。ホテルスタップもホスピタリティーを知る素晴らし人たち、部屋もリビング兼簡易キツチン、ベツトルーム、バスルームとわかれ広々とした部屋でした。ホテルはアデーシェ川のそばで、旧市街アリーナまで徒歩５分程度で行けるホテルでしたが静かな場所にあります。この地を再訪問する際はまたこのホテルを選びます。

Местоположение прямо рядом с пляжем. Недалеко остановка автобуса, есть пара приятных небольших ресторанчиков. Очень хорошие завтраки, включающие просто восхитительные фрукты (таких вкусных слив я никогда не пробовал). Очень дружелюбный и готовый помочь персонал. Хороший выбор телеканалов. Спасибо отелю за наш прекрасный маленький отпуск на Лидо!

Всё понравилось. Может быть, стоит добавить небольшой стул или табурет на балкон. Балкон узкий, но его вполне можно было бы там разместить.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is right on the beachfront, with a beautiful, very clean and well-maintained beach just steps away. We arrived early and were kindly given our room before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. We were also welcomed with a cocktail on arrival. The room was exceptionally clean, the towels were high quality, and we loved the Rituals toiletries. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and spoke English very well. Excellent comfort, service and attention to detail!

Nothing – everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Camera piccolissima per due persona. Una colonna in mezzo alla camera, difficile spostarsi. Armadio di plastica piccolissimo. Niente aria condizionata nei corridoi. Tappeti in entrata e nell’ascensore. Mi aspettavo piu attenzione in un albergo 4 stelle.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was super clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our trip. The location couldn't be better—it's just a short walk to the beach and has super convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. We’ll definitely be back!

No AC it was getting hot, and if we open the windows mosquitoes came inside the room, one of the hot nights was horrible

Sehr warme Begrüßung mit zusätzlicher Beschreibung zur Umgebung. Begleitung bis ins Zimmer und Begrüßungsgetränk. War super. Komme gerne wieder.

Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend und immer bei allen Belangen sehr bemüht!! Selten so nette Menschen im Service gehabt! Danke vielmals für die schöne Zeit dort!

Frühstück war hervorragend, ebenso die Lage

Trevlig hjälpsam personal. Utmärkt läge på stranden. Fräscha, rena nyrenoverade rum. God och bra frukost.

Hårda sängar

Die Unterkunft liegt am Lido draußen und es ist sehr schön am Meer gelegen. Man ist aber mit dem Bus und den Booten sehr schnell beim Markusplatz. Das Personal ist seeehr freundlich und unterstützte uns bei allen Fragen. Die Zimmer sind seit 1 Jahr renoviert und wunderschön. Die Strandkabinen sind groß, aber teuer. Alternativ gibt es nebenan aber billigere Sonnenliegen mit Sonnenschirm.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for you (e.g help with luggage, room upgrade, welcome drink, restaurant advice, service with a smile). The hotel itself was lovely, the location was excellent for a few days beach relaxation mixed with an island bicycle trip.

Nothing to complain about at all!

Personnel extrêmement sympathique et accommodant. Emplacement parfait avec vue sur la mer adriatique, piste cyclable qui longe la mer accessible de l’hôtel et possibilite de louer un vélo. Chambre moderne et confortable. Déjeuner avec choix de nourriture varié.

Spędziliśmy tutaj naprawdę udany tydzień. Lokalizacja hotelu jest wspaniała – tuż przy plaży i blisko przystanku, więc wszędzie było blisko, co ogromnie ułatwiało zwiedzanie i odpoczynek. Sam pokój był czysty, komfortowy i widać, że świeżo po remoncie. Obsługa zasługuje na złoty medal – wszyscy byli niezwykle pomocni, przyjaźni i od progu dbali o nas z uśmiechem. Śniadania były smaczne i choć z czasem robiły się nieco monotonne, to wybór był na tyle spory, że każdy bez problemu znalazł coś dla siebie. Ogromny plus za pyszną, prawdziwą kawę, która była serwowana do stolika! Jedna mała wskazówka dla osób z wrażliwym snem: jeśli przeszkadzają Wam hałasy, lepiej zarezerwować pokój od strony morza Pokoje od ulicy bywają nocą głośne ze względu na ruch samochodowy. Mimo to, z czystym sumieniem gorąco polecam ten hotel!

Es war super schön in dieser Unterkunft. Unser Zimmer hatte einen perfekten Ausblick auf das Meer, es war überall sehr sauber, auch das Frühstück war super lecker und das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich, auch unser Hund war herzlich Willkommen, wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Hotel. Unser Zimmer war mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht auf das Meer, das Frühstück super lecker, alles da was man sich wünscht, und ein ausgesprochen liebenswertes Personal von Anfang unseres Besuches bis zum Ende. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Великолепный отель, на 1 линии, прекрасный персонал, особенно рецепшн, были максимально дружелюбны, пытались оказать помощь в всех вопросах. Завтрак удовлетворит любого и даже придирчивого постояльца. Отдохнули на 5*.

Чудовий готель, дуже привітний персонал, зручне ліжко, засоби для догляду, в номері були чай і кава, Дуже приємне і позитивне враження. При нагоді обов'язково приїдемо ще.

Взагалі як побажання, дві ковдри, а не одну велику.

Die Lage am Strand ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich ausgestattet, das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zum Strand muss man sagen, dass die Saison noch nicht begonnen hat, die Strandbäder werden gerade hergerichtet.

We dealt with a young man on the front desk named Marco. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to help.

Upon our arrival at the ACTV station, there were no taxis. My phone was dead. We contacted the hotel to arrange a taxi, and were to wait, one would be along eventually. We were able to arrange transportation on the bus. Upon arrival at the hotel, we had an ongoing issue with inadequate A/C in our room, which is ultimately controlled by the front desk. However, when we would leave the room, the hallways and public spaces were considerably cooler. Lastly, as we prepared to leave, we asked the front desk to arrange for a taxi. He appeared to call 3 times. He said no one was answering. We walked outside, I looked up the number myself, called, and had a taxi in approximately 10 minutes. I do not like to assume things, but based on the issues with our stay, I would have to assume that American tourists are not quite welcome. You may want to consider your stay here very hard before making reservations.

Spacious, luminous rooms. Excellent breakfast with good coffee. Friendly / helpful staff. Excellent value. Just steps from the beach and easy to reach by bus from Lido SME ACTV station. Possibility to rent bikes for the 1/2 day or full day right on site was a big plus.

Can not think of anything. Ours was an ideal stay.

Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt

Direkt am Strand. Der war aber noch nicht geöffnet. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Hotel mit den Bussen A, B und C von der Anlegestelle Lido gut zu erreichen. Sehr schönes Bad. Sehr freundliches Personal, schon vor der Anreise nette Kommunikation per Mail. Vom Lido gute Bootsverbindungen nach Venedig. Empfehlung: 7-Tage-Karte lösen à ca. 65 Euro für alle Busse und Boote.

Zimmer eher klein. Es gibt kein Restaurant oder Bar, wo man sich am Abend noch ein Bier gönnen kann.

Die Lage direkt am Strand ohne Straße davor. Sehr ruhige zentrale gute Lage. Gegenüber ist ein fantastisches Restaurant. Ausgangspunkt für viele Radtouren oder einfach nur am Strand genießen. Sehr nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Dabei ist das ein sehr kleines Hotel und gerade das punktet.

-Vennlig og serviceminded personell. -Store, rene, pene nyoppussede rom. -God kollektivtransport til Flyplass, Venezia, Murano og Burano, både natt og dag. -God frokost.

-Det er et lite stykke fra Venezia, men ikke stort problem.

Ottima posizione e servizio, personale davvero preparato, ottima la colazione, camere e letti ottimi.

Nella mia stanza, in angolo, un poco rumorosa e assenza di tapparelle per oscurare.

Such a nice place with such a friendly stuff. We really enjoyed our stay here. We got a welcome drink at arrival and fresh cappuccino every morning. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely come here again.

Fabulous customer service. I have a hospitality business and would love to have those staff working for me as they are super.

Everything was fabulous but the large pillar in the bedroom was not great as I kicked it many times during the night.

The Receptionists were very helpful and kind. The room was Classic room, it was OK besides the big coloumn in the middle of the room. Always clean and the tidy! Continental breakfast was OK. 2 mins from Shelly beach!!!

La colazione è stata una gradevole sorpresa, ricca di prodotti sia dolci che salati. La posizione non poteva essere migliore, davanti alla spiaggia con una vista mozzafiato e una pace incredibili. Siccome era il compleanno di mio marito, al nostro arrivo il personale ci ha comunicato di averci assegnato una camera Deluxe, con vista mare. E c'erano due biscottini con un biglietto di auguri. Il letto e i cuscini davvero comodi. I prodotti da bagno erano della linea RITUALS OF KARMA, super qualità. Insomma, tutto bellissimo!!!
