molto pulito, colazione fantastica- unico appunto potrebbe essere gia compresa nel prezzo visto che non abbiamo pagato poco e 18 EURO ci è sembrato eccessivo.... posizione a 2 passi dal mare e staff gentilissimo

la camera era un pò datata, arredamento minimal e abbiamo trovato anche muffa in alcuni quadri...andrebbero sistemati eventualmente questi dettagli ma nel complesso pulito e confortevole

The location was great 1 minute to the beach , 5 minutes to centre of town , nice range of fresh food for breakfast

I was in a newly decorated room with a great en-suite , there was nothing i disliked

Ruhige Lage, nur 3 min Fußweg zum Strand, in 15 min Fußweg zu den Vaporettos und ins Zentrum der Insel, schönes Zimmer auch für zwei Personen, entgegenkommendes Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück

Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus von der Vapretto Station gut zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Strand war super toll, so konnten wir zwei gemütliche Badetage genießen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig es gab alles und es wurde immer fleißig nach gefüllt.

Das einzige das uns fehlte waren Haken für die Handtücher im Badezimmer. Aber das kann ja noch gemacht werden.

Beautiful hotel on the Lido di Venezia. Approx 15 minute walk from the main water boat stop to Venice. I had a large comfortable room with a modern bathroom. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful garden. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. What a fantastic find, I can't wait to return!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottima accoglienza, staff molto cordiale e attento alle esigenze di grandi e piccini. Ottima pulizia, stanze confortevoli e ben arredate, letti comodi. Posizione perfetta, vicina alle spiaggia e ai principali servizi del centro. Grazie, torneremo presto!

rooms are nicely decorated. quite and nice location.

they took away our passports and locked them away. was quite scary. not every room is accessible by lift, only some rooms are.

Super accommodating staff made us feel welcome and were ready to help with all things. The beach is very near. Bike rental was fun and convenient!

Ein ganz besonderes Haus und eine wunderbare Atmosphäre - sehr tolles Personal die immer sehr bemüht sind um ihre Gäste - auch der Garten sehr gepflegt und unter den Arkaden kann man herrlich lesen - sehr zum empfehlen

Das Haus, die Gemütlichkeit, die Lage (nur wenige Minuten zum Strand!), das schöne Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Die Herzlichkeit! Es war immer super sauber und wir hatten eine schöne Terrasse.

Le camere andrebbero ristrutturate, la moquette non da una sensazione di pulito. La colazione completa aveva un costo aggiuntivo e per il costo non ne valeva la pena per l’assortimento.

Very good location for where I needed to be, 15 minute walk from the ferry. Few minutes walk to 2 x road side Cafes, serving food and drink all day. Small bakery across the road (in a side street). But the room was good, Double deluxe, which has a small table and 2 dining chairs, a large shower (no bath). Small fridge. Breakfast was really good, hot and cold options. Was a good short stay option for us (4 nights)! This is an old traditional style hotel, there is no pool, but is close to the beach. There are nice gardens to the front with covered areas to sit and eat.

Would have been great to have tea/coffee in the room. We went early July. The sound generated by the Cicadas mating calls in the trees was very loud, but okay when you close the windows! One of my friends was in a double room (I did not see inside) but she felt it was too small (no table/chairs). So request a larger room if required.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, zuvorkommenden Personal und schönen Räumlichkeiten. Alles sehr sauber. Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte leise und zuverlässig. Im Dreierzimmer schläft eine Person auf einem zum Bett umgebauten Sofa, das aber sehr bequem ist (auch für Erwachsene). Der große Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Stand. Wir waren am Lido 4 Fontane und er ist wirklich nur wenige Minuten entfernt, so dass man bei Bedarf schnell kurz ins Hotelzimmer gehen kann oder am Abend nochmal zum Strandspaziergang.

Das Frühstückbüffet ist sehr gut, aber mit 18 Euro doch recht teuer.

Zame, zelo ugodna lokacija. Blizu glavne postaje za vaporetto, blizu mojih izbranih cerkva za molitev in sveto mašo. Odlično izhodišče za moje kolesarjenje. Kdor bi se hotel kopati ima samo preko ulice kopališče 4 fontane. Odlična hrana, prijazno osebje in zame tudi odlična sobica na vrhu hotela, ki omogoča perfektno zasebnost in prelep pogled. Hvala še enkrat za prečudovit dopust! Naj Bog blagoslavlja take lastnike in osebje, ki tako čudovito vodijo hotel. Iskrena hvala!

Super ontvangst. Heel sfeervolle plek. Fijne tuin. Ligging op een hele rustige locatie. Goede verbinding met het centrum van Venetië. Maar 40 meter lopen en je bent op het strand. Een uitgebreid ontbijt. Wat wil je nog meer?

素敵な建物で静かなロケーションもよかった。 スタッフがとても親切だった。

エレベーターがない4階の部屋だったので1日に何往復かすると辛かった。荷物は運んでくれたのでよかった。

Très bel hôtel dans un bâtiment avec beaucoup de charme. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner copieux, varié et délicieux. Équipe très attentionnée et accueillante. Plage à 2 minutes à pied. Possibilité de louer des vélos pour explorer l'île.

Ruhige Lage, aber sehr nah zum Strand. Im gemütlichen zum Frühstücken.

Vom Wasserbus Station muss man mit einem Bus fahren oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen

zauberhaftes, familiäres gartenhotel am lido - perfekt für einen aufenthalt zwischen kultur von venedig und ruhiger urlaubsstimmung am strand! wir haben es sehr genossen und uns rundum wohl gefühlt!!!

We really liked the proximity to the ferry, the short walk to the private beach for a swim ( beach towels provided), the beautiful garden area, the lovely helpful staff, clean cool rooms with comfy beds. This hotel has lots of character and we were made feel very welcome.

Villa surrounded by lush gardens on a quiet canal side street a few minutes walk to the Lido's lively center. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Room was great (in my case surprisingly) with a balcony overlooking the gardens. The perfect refuge from the crowds scurrying around Venice.

I love the beautiful park like setting in a quiet neighborhood beyond the hustle of Venice.

Das Zimmer und der Balkon sind klein, aber es fehlt an nichts. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Es ist ruhig, es gibt Fahrräder zum Ausleihen, einen schönen Innenhof zum Frühstücken im Freien und der Strand ist auch ganz nahe.

Zamawiałam podwójne łóżko, dostaliśmy złączone dwa pojedyncze, jedno z nich było wyższe i łóżka ciągle się rozjeżdżały.

Przemiła obsługa, bardzo pomocna. Śniadanka pyszne i duży wybór produktów. Możliwość jedzenia na dworze - najlepsze co mogło nas spotkać. Codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników.

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff and catered to gluten free breakfasts. Really good value and lovely location.

Shower head could do with replacing, but that's only a minor niggle.

The location of property was excellent. The facility was excellent. I did not taken breakfast there as it was costly for me.

The Room Service, the easy explanation by staff. Quick help. Excellent and polite staff.

Lovely staff. We liked the 30's style of the hotel and the outside was beautiful. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice and clean hotel. Beautiful garden where you could enjoy your coffee or a glas of wine from the bar.

I got an upgrate to a bigger room which was beautiful, but the windows were very low so hardly any view.

Lovely staff who were very accomodating and kind. The hotel was easy to find and easy travel on the water ferries to get to from the train station. Lido was quieter which we preferred, a nice break from the busy main area. Room spacious and clean

Das optionale Frühstück (18€) war hervorragend mit einer großen Vielfalt an frischen Produkten. Die ruhige Lage auf dem Lido mit dem schönen Garten tut nach dem trubbeligen Venedig sehr gut. Die Nähe zum Strand ist fantastisch.

Ein Barservice am Abend wäre schön.

je hebt krantvriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid, de overtreffende trap vind je bij La Meridiana. Uiterst behulpzaam personeel, supernette ietwat gedateerde kamers, maar mede daardoor ook charmante kamers. Mooie rustige ligging op Lido, met heerlijke tuin.

Gepflegte Zimmereinrichtung in individuellem Stil (eventuell wäre ein Spiegel im Zimmer noch ganz gut), top Badezimmer. Das Frühstück sehr schön arrangiert, vielseitiges Angebot und aufmerksamer Service, Tische auch im wunderschönen Garten für das Frühstück gedeckt. Die Lager am Lido ist großartig, ruhiges Viertel, ein sichtgeschützter Garten rund ums Haus. Zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten zum Vaporetto.

Da fällt mir eigentlich nichts dazu ein.
