Hotellet virker "slitt". Rommet trenger oppgradering til dagens nivå. F.eks.: Der er ikke kontakter til lading ved nattbordene. Nærmeste kontkakt til nattbord var ved vinduet. For at den skulle være strømførende måtte flere taklys stå på hele natten!

Malheureusement, la douche ne fonctionnait pas dans la première chambre que nous avons eu et nous avons dû changer de chambre un peu tard. Nous avons été surclassé dans une suite, mais pour allumer les lampes (liseuses) de notre chambre, il fallait allumer la lumière dans le salon dans lequel dormait notre fils. Pas très pratique...

We were disappointed breakfast was not included, but it was OK to have an option to go into town. We found a nice café that was reasonably priced. The shower has a tendency to flood because there is no way to close the shower door.

Kl 16 var uvanlig sein innsjekkingstid. Første gang vi har opplevd å må betale kr200 for å få rommet tidligare, sjølv om rommet var klart. Burde vært gratis parkering. Rommet hadde for høg varme om natta. Savna at det ikkje var middagsservering.

Parkeringen. Fikk beskjed om at vi kunne parkere utenfor Aker stadion og satte i gang Easypark-appen. Stor var overraskelsen da vi fikk parkeringsbot på kr 660. Det var kun for fylkeskommunen😡 Feilinformasjon fra deres side. Vi tenkte ikke over underteksten på skiltet.

For a four star hotel, there is no fridge, coffee maker or a box of tissues in the room! I had a cold with a runny nose and had to use the rough toilet paper to blow my nose as they do not provide a box of tissues anymore. There also is a huge risk of fall with the way you get in and out of the tub. Plus, there is no coffee maker or drinking water even in the lobby area for the guests. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel in the future.

Così pure i servizi e la disponibilità del personale in sala ristorante. La colazione merita una menzione particolare per la varietà di proposte dolci salate e di bevande, Da questo punto di vista "chapeau". Il prezzo è sicuramente interessante per una struttura di quel tipo.
Migliorerei sicuramente lo spirito con cui i receptionist accolgono i Clienti, aggiungendo un pizzico di cordialità. Siamo stati ricevuti da una ragazzina che pur capendo che l'inglese non era la nostra lingua madre, ci ha trattato con sufficienza al punto di farci quasi irritare. Perplessa perché 2 camere erano state prenotate a mio nome, perplessa perché abbiamo chiesto di pagare le due stanze con un'unica transazione con carta di credito prepagata. A volte l'inesperienza fa strani scherzi .

I felt the restaurant hostess was racist towards us. We were the first ones for dinner, she gave us a corner table with wide balcony outside which was blocking the fjord view and I requested for a better table with views. She said others are reserved. Later a white couple came in and I heard her saying.. you can sit anywhere. If you can't treat us equal, should not accept our booking. - The junior suite was not like it was shown in the pictures. But I understand thats possible.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026This hotel is amazing, the views from the rooms are incredible, it's really comfortable, and there is a really nice atmosphere in the hotel too, they even have a nice kids play room for the kids to hang out if they want. The atmosphere around the foyer area is really great, there's a little bar there, a lounge, the restaurant just upstairs, the kids play room right there, even a little mini shop area beside reception with some snacks and things.
I can't think of anything bad here! I mean hey, maybe the room could be a little bit bigger, that's all!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Tutto l’hotel è organizzato per farvi godere al massimo il panorama sul fiordo di mode. È evidente che una tappa la merita assolutamente. La stanza è ben organizzata anche se gli arredi sono un po’ usurati. Il buffet della colazione è ricco e di buona qualità. La ragazza della reception è stata accogliente e gentile. Per i motociclisti c’è un parcheggio gratuito mentre per le auto il parcheggio è pubblico a pagamento. Il ristorante chiude piuttosto presto, ma intorno ci sono diverse possibilità incluso un supermercato a 300 m.
La vasca da bagno è un po’ anacronistica oltre che scomoda e poco di sicura
