Bathrooms are rather small and tight fitting but are functional.

Svært dårlig renhold. Gulvtepper i trappa og korridoren blir ikke støvsuget på flere dager, ganske motbydelig det...Helt utrolig at det går an å være så dårlig på renhold. Rom ble heller ikke rengjort på 2 dager...kun tatt ut glass og søppel. Helt utrolig...

The room with the sofa bed open was CROWDED. I could barely walk to the side of the bed. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable. It had a grus of hard knobs that caused pain if you leaned or knelt on them.

Savnet ei søppel kasse inne på ute området. Ellers veldig hyggelig sted, vi kommer gjerne igjen. Dette gjelder Egon sin uteplass som hotell gjestene brukte. God mat og god frokost.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Many things, the lady at receprion very nice and helpful, the room very cozy with everything you need, the location excellent, you have the cruises and buses for tour in front of your room. I had two sides to the streets view, when I arrive in the afternoon there was no building facing my room. The morning after there was a 15 storey building? No! It was the MSC Preziosa! The restaurant was beautiful, I had breakfast and choices were unlimited, not only for food but space. You could find table for one or group and areas that are more private than others. Besides, you are allowed to keep your luggage at reception after checking out.

What truly stood out, however, was the incredible helpfulness of the staff. Every member of the team I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Thon Hotel Moldefjord to anyone visiting Molde!

Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber sehr durchdacht und die Ausstattung umfangreicher als in fast allen teureren Hotels. Das angeschlossene Egon-Restaurant war ideal zum Abendessen und auch beim inkludierten Frühstück.
Größere Zimmer wären natürlich nett.

Pas de climatisation afin de fermer les fenêtres pour être au calme. Dommage car le bâtiment est assez chique.
