La posizione è buona, a due passi dalle strade principali e comoda per festival Venezia.

Le porte hanno quella moderna chiusura che fa sì che, purtroppo, le porte sbattano continuamente, col risultato di venire svegliati ogni volta che una porta viene lasciata andare (considerando l’educazione media della gente: a tutte le ore). Quindi purtroppo non la definirei una struttura silenziosa per quanto mi riguarda ed avendo io il sonno leggero. Alcuni membri dello staff, inoltre, erano piuttosto freddi e distaccati, cosa che non ho apprezzato particolarmente.

Angenehmes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Wenige Gehminuten zu Restaurants,Vaporettostation und Strand. Hotel bietet Leihfahrräder an. Das Frühstück ist gut sortiert und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Die Lage war gut und die Zimmer sauber, nur die Duschen war etwas schmutzig

Frühstücksraum zu klein und zuwenige Tische Frühstück mittelmäßig, kein Balkon beim Zimmer und keine Bar inkl Terrasse mit Betrieb für den Abend

Tout, presque tout ! La douche est tellement petite que seul un playmobil peut l’utiliser. La chasse d’eau fonctionne à moitié, le lavabo est fendu, quelques moustiques sont écrasés au plafond, la ventilation fait un bruit de diesel. Le lit pour adultes est inconfortable, trop dur, le lit d’appoint pour enfants est indigne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles et n’aurait même pas sa place dans une caserne militaire, la climatisation est à bout de souffle, le bas des fenêtres est plus haut que le visage, on n’arrive pas à voir l’extérieur, la télévision ne fonctionne pas, aucune chaîne. Pour finir, le pain du petit-déjeuner est réellement dégoûtant. Un hôtel 4 étoiles hors de prix, il y a mieux au Lido. Un 2 étoiles pas loin où j’ai déjà séjourné était bien mieux. Un autre hôtel 4 étoiles donnant sur la Mer Adriatique et la plage du Lido était très confortable et largement au-dessus. En conclusion, l’hôtel villa Pannonia est un mauvais 2 étoiles et non un 4 étoiles. Nous ne nous attendions pas à ça après avoir séjourné dans un vrai 4 étoiles à Rome. Même le 3 étoiles que nous quittons aujourd’hui à Milan, était sans reproche et d’une classe et confort supérieurs. Seul le prix est celui d'un hôtel 4 étoiles, pas les prestations. Il est étonnant de lire autant de commentaires dithyrambiques sur cet hôtel. Nous n’y retournerons surtout pas !

Stanza triste con un brutto odore di non ricambio d’aria. Moquette vecchia e visibilmente macchiata.

Zimmer sind sauber und schön. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, nur der Kaffee ist für Italien nicht das was man erwartet.

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns besonders gefallen, es war sauber, ruhig und angenehm.

Tutto perfetto

Гарна локація. Близько до станції вапорето, центральної вулиці з усіма магазинами, ресторанами, та недалеко йти до пляжу. Номер досить просторий, прибирають добре, в номері є чай, кава, та пляшка води. Сніданки- Ок, окрім скрамблу з беконом , є овочі, фрукти, сири, прошуто та різна випічка.

Готель заявлений на букінгу як чотиризірковий. Це сильне перебільшення… в номері не було халатів та одноразових капців. В туалеті була зламана, вибачте, кнопка змива унітазу. Повідомила про це рецепцію, але за три доби ніхто не намагався щось полагодити. Готель на узбережжі моря , але після відпочинку на пляжі вам немає де сушити рушники та купальники. Звісно, це все залишаєте у ванній кімнаті, де воно не сохне, а пріє. І одразу в номері зʼявляються комарі. Ще один ньюанс: якщо ви бронюєте трьомісний , або двомісний номер, вам видадуть лише одну картку - ключ , і то з вимогою, коли виходите, залишати її на рецепції. Але « прикол» в тому, що, якщо хтось залишився в номері, то він повинен залишатися з карткою, бо без неї неможливо ввімкнути ані світло, ані кондиціонер. І ось повертаєтесь ви вночі, наприклад, з Венеції, і потрібно або розбудити тих, хто вже спить в номері, щоб потрапити, або йти на рецепшин і просити портьє відімкнути ваш номер мастер - ключем і запустити вас поспати.

Lage ideal zwischen Fähre und Strand, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zimmer ok, sehr geräumig. Reichliches Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet. Personal in der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strandliegen (für Bluemoon) direkt an der Rezeption ohne Aufpreis buchbar. Schöner Garten. Klimaanlage einstellbar.

Wenig Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten (u.a. für Badetücher, Bikini, Badehose u.dgl.) im Badezimmer. Der Eiskasten hat wenig gekühlt.

C'était assez près de la mer, connaissant un peu le Lido, le lieu était stratégique

Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'on me vole mon téléphone sur la terrasse et que aucun personnel m'aide.

Clean room, great location, good working Air Conditioning, friendly staff, well working elevator, nice sitting area outside

Couldn't leave the AC working while out of the room. The key was starting the electricity in the room and we had to leave it at receprion everytime went out.

De faciliteiten, de ligging en het personeel!

De airconditioning kon enkel aangepast worden tot op een bepaalde temperatuur. Voor ons mocht de temperatuur nog iets lager zijn om volledig te kunnen bekomen van zo’n warme dagen!

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt- zu Fuß zum Strand und zu Fuß zur vaporetto Station. Herrliches Frühstück und wirklich besonders nettes mitarbeiterinnrnteam. Einfach perfekte 3tage 🌸🌺🩷

My kids and I loved pur stay at Villa Pannonia. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful when I needed any information or help. Breakfast was great! The hotel is in a perfect location near the vaporetto stop, near the beach and restaurants.

Ottima la pulizia della camera e la colazione

Molto rumoroso il condizionatore in camera e faceva troppo freddo. Non sono riuscito a regolarlo. Alla fine l'ho spento. Alla reception abbiamo trovato una signora molto gentile ed accogliente. In altre due circostanze il personale Alla reception non è stato all'altezza (compitino da semplici impiegati... poco collaborativi)

Comodo al vaporetto, e c vicino al mare, Ambiente tranquillo con personale molto disponibile. Colazione abbondante con dolce e salato con disponibilità del personale

Personalmente non amo l'aria condizionata e per questo, durante la colazione ho dovuto indossare una camicia..per il troppo freddo

Das Frühstücksbuffet war miserabel/schlecht: Keinen/fast nie Platz Keine frischen Früchte Keine grosse Auswahl Günstige/schlechte Produkte (Brot, Käse, Früchte, Gebäck etc.)

Hyvä aamiainen, ystävällinen henkilökunta, sijainti rauhallisella sivukadulla.

Breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh fruit and pastries. Even our somewhat fussy eaters (aged 8 and 6) did very well! The welcome gift was lovely although we weren’t drinking alcohol. The hotel is within good walking distance of the wharf/parade of shops and restaurants, and the beach.

The shower was dangerously swinging from cool to scalding hot (when the dial is in the middle and without adjusting it, it would change temperature). My nephews were shrieking in discomfort and upset when we had to shower them carefully. It was impossible to anticipate when it would become scalding. On mentioning this, we were told an engineer would fix it or that we could use another room’s shower. The engineer did not fix it (in the same breath we were told “there is a piece missing” and that “it has been fixed” - it categorically was not fixed) and then they told us they couldn’t provide another room to shower in after all. Or offer a partial refund. They offered is a free drink at the bar or discount on a return trip… which wasn’t really good enough, to be honest.

La posizione è ottima e centrale, inoltre si trova in una zona silenziosa, quindi di notte non ci sono rumori

Ho prenotato una camera standard con letto matrimoniale e ci è stata assegnata una camera con un letto ad una piazza e mezza, preparata infatti per un solo ospite. Quando ho fatto notare la cosa al portiere presente nel pomeriggio, chiedendo di integrare anche la biancheria mancante per il secondo ospite, ha ammesso che era un letto ad una piazza e mezza prevista per un solo ospite e che in ogni caso non c'erano alternative perchè l'hotel era pieno. Il tutto senza alcuna gentilezza ma scocciato per la domanda che avevo fatto in merito ad un possibile cambio camera con un letto matrimoniale. L'hotel inoltre è datato e di 4 stelle non c'è nulla. Diciamo che è un 3 stelle. Resta in ogni caso una buona soluzione per una breve vacanza se non si hanno particolari esigenze.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was better than average (it had fruit, vegetables, bread, cheese, yogurt, and not only pastry)

I think my experience in this hotel would have been better in another room. I stayed in a room in the attic, the room was not large, and I could only stand in part of it because of the low ceiling. There is a roof window, but it doesn't have a mosquito net, so I couldn't open it at night. The room was clean, but the carpet smelled

Tolle Lage fast direkt an der Hauptstraße des Lido, nur knappe 5 Gehminuten zum Blue Moon BeachClub, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Möglichkeit zur Gepäckaufbewahrung vor Check In und nach Check Out, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sauber, passt alles.

Sono solo minimi dettagli : Nel bagno serve una luce più forte e il doccino della doccia va regolato in modo che possa svolgere la sua funzione.

Molto vicino al vaporetto che arriva da Venezia (6/7 minuti a piedi), colazione abbondante e varia, stanza pulita

Niente in particolare. La stanza non era molto grande ma era comunque confortevole

Camera da letto in mansarda con un climatizzatore vecchio e rumoroso. Impossibile dormire. Alle mie rimostranze hanno proposto di spegnerlo. Mi hanno dato due possibilità: non dormire per il caldo o non dormire per il rumore.

Klima war im Zimmer kaputt - Frühstück im Freien war möglich, ist aber unerwünscht. Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen, Lage TOP

Nur wenige 100m zum Lidostrand

Sehr komfortables und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer am Lido mit Blick ins Grüne. Alles was man braucht, um sich bei einer Stadtreise im Hotel wieder zu erholen. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, das kompetente und freundliche Personal lässt den Aufenthalt besonders werden. Auch der Garten und die Umgebung tragen dazu bei. Das Angebot an Restaurants und Geschäften im Umfeld ist ausgezeichnet.

Per un 4 stelle è decisamente migliorabile la colazione (a mio parere meglio tagliare frutta fresca piuttosto che carote e peperoni; brioche e pane non buoni; marmellate e Nutella con dispenser poco funzionale; mancanza di uova; troppi prodotti confezionati).

Disappointing sleep. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room lacked a window shade. Because of the early summer sunrise, I woke up much earlier than planned.

Die Villa liegt zentral, ruhig und hat einen schönen Garten

Nachts blinkt der Feuermelder über dem Bett! Das hat meinen Schlaf leider sehr gestört!

hotel tres confortable, tres propre, petit déj tres bon avec bcp de choix, fruits frais, jambon, copieux, l hotel n'est pas loin du vaporetto, a 5 mn a pied , c'est tres pratique, nous avons bcp aimé cet hotel. c'est une jolie découverte cette partie de Venise. a 2 pas des restos pour le soir, super.

L’hôtel est situé proche du ferry et donc la possibilité de se rendre à Venise en 10 minutes. Le prix est abordable pour la prestation proposée. Très bon petit déjeuner continentale proposé.Je recommande.

Zentrale Lage, Zimmer und Bad ausreichend groß, gutes Frühstück, schöner Garten, den wir leider nicht nutzen konnten, weil es das Wetter nicht zugelassen hat. Restaurants, Bars, Strand fussläufig erreichbar.
