The staff is great, polite and helpful. We loved the room: spacious, big window, large and comfortable bed. The hotel is beautiful and it has a great outdoor area. The place is super clean and you can have a good night sleep. Great dry cleaning service and quick. Wi-Fi is reliable. The hotel is close to the beach, just a short walk of 5 minutes.

Breakfast needs improvements in quality.

Posizione e gentilezza del personale anche in sala Colazioni oltre alla reception. Esterni molto belli e caratteristici, la vicinanza alla spiaggia e’ un plus.

E’ una struttura che va rinnovata. Pagare cifre spropositate durante il Festival del Cinema ci sta però ne deve valere anche la pena e purtroppo la stanza era molto angusta con un bidet che non era neanche stabile. La colazione non so come possa essere valutato un punto di forza visto che sono tutti prodotti di bassa categoria con scarsità di frutta e succhi ACE che venivano serviti negli anni ‘90. Consiglio di puntare su una colazione con materie prime locali e di qualità con spremute, centrifughe e frutta (non sciroppata).

Colazione molto buona, struttura eccellente - salone interno e terrazza esterna perfetta per fare smart working. Nota particolare per lo staff, gentilissimo, per il modo in cui ha saputo gestire un problema dovuto ad una causa assolutamente non prevedibile (violenta grandinata ad Agosto): cambio camera immediato con upgrade ad una categoria superiore. Bravissimi.

Hoewel ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid is met ruime keuze hartig en zoet, viel kwaliteit en versheid producten een beetje tegen Vooral de (instant?) koffie uit automaat; en dat in Italië. Toen dit automaat de derde dag defect was, bleek er ook een professioneel espresso apparaat te zijn met echte lekkere koffie. Geluk bij ongeluk:)

I loved everything about this slightly old-fashioned hotel : the intimate atmosphere, very polite and professional staff, the comfy bed, huge bathroom withtub, shower and bidet, the well kept and luscious garden and terrace, the barista made coffee and rich breakfast. Very convenient , yet calm location close to veach, restaurants et vaporetto. Would like to return on my next visit.

Lovely hotel with plenty of charm and lots of green around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in between water busses and beach and close to plenty of restaurants. Bicycles available for rent (free for 1 hour).

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße gelegen, dennoch zentral. Der Villencharakter spiegelte sich auch in den Zimmern wieder. Vom dazugehörigen kleinen Balkon hatte man einen schönen Blick über die Dächer von Lido.Das Personal war herzlich und freundlich.

Das Frühstück war ok, aber noch ausbaufähig. Das Gemüseangebot war sehr einseitig. Die Plastikstuhle auf der Terrasse und den Balkons passen nicht zum Gesamtkonzept.

Comfortable hotel. Good location.

Hôtel classique très bien situé entre le terminal des vaporettos et la plage. Chambre spacieuse et calme, climatisation silencieuse.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié quand on séjourne une semaine. Il n'y a pas de fruits frais, peu de légumes et beaucoup trop de gâteaux très sucrés. Pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Kein Insektengitter an den Fenstern

Отель расположен в очень удачном месте - всё рядом: транспортный узел (вапаретто, автобус, лодки), главная улица с ресторанами, набережная с пляжами. Окружён зеленью, есть территории. В номере кровать достаточного размера, матрац удобный, бельё свежее, кондиционер справляется. Завтрак весьма разнообразный.

В моём номере дверь в санузел открывалась не до конца, так как упиралась в биде. А ещё на ней расположено большое зеркало. Так как дверь рядом с кроватью, то либо надо её держать открытой, а это прямо в санузел. Либо закрытой и тогда смотреть в зеркало всю ночь ))). Не удалось «договориться» с сейфом - что-то там не позволяло его закрыть. На люстре давно не протирали пыль - это видно, когда смотришь в потолок лёжа на кровати.

Positiv: Gute Lage, gemütliches Zimmer und große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Klimaanlage bei +32C ist sehr nützlich.

Nach Möglichkeit ist verbesserungsbedürftig: Das Bad ist schon abgenutzt und hat viele schwarze Flecken wegen Feuchtigkeit.

Colazione TOP, posizione TOP - comoda alle spiagge, ai locali, e agli imbarchi.

War alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffe lässt keine Wünsche offen. Habe sogar ein Upgrade für ein größeres Zimmer gekommen.

Das Gebäude des Hotels erinnert an eine große Villa und liegt in einem tropischen Garten. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, das unter einer großen überdachten Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten eingenommen werden kann. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Fähranleger. Ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal und Zimmer mit Klimaanlage!

Cela fait plusieurs années qu'on y vient et on y retournera. L'accueil, le personnel souriant, la chambre assez grande et bien meublée à l'ancienne, le petit-déjeuner, l'emplacement proche des petits restaurants et des vaporetti, la tranquilité loin des foules, et la proximité des plages et de Venise, c'est un lieu de villégiature extrat. En outre tout près de la biennale pour ceux qui s'y intéressent. Cher mais dans les prix vénitiens..

Ein wunderbares Hotel, ruhig, großartige Lage, sehr sauber und engagiertes Personal.

Ottima posizione in quanto a due passi dalla via centrale, dal vaporetto, dal supermercato e dalla spiaggia sia attrezzata che no. Staff gentile. Pulizia.Silenzio. Letto comodo.Cambio asciugamani apprezzato. Set bollitore ben fornito. Tv grande.Climatizzazione perfetta.

Peccato che non ci fosse la doccia ma la vasca idromassaggio. Letto, applique, sedie e scrivania stile antico gradevoli , fortemente inadatto armadio a due ante in finto legno.

Bel hôtel au calme de la fureur du tourisme de masse de Venise à proximité des plages du Lido. la chambre était grande, les lits confortables, le personnel disponible et souriant et pour beaucoup parlant français et anglais ce qui améliore la communication. Le petit déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité. le débarcadère du vaporetto (direct de l aéroport ou du centre de Venise) est à 5 mn et fonctionne même la nuit.

Posizione ottima, praticamente a metà tra l'approdo dei vaporetti da una parte e la spiaggia dall'altra, in una stradina tranquilla ma a due passi da bar, ristoranti, supermercati, fermata dell'autobus e tutti i servizi. Arredi eleganti ma non eccessivi. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Molto piacevole la zona colazione con vetrate sul verde. Buffet con torte dolci e salate, brioche, salumi e formaggi, cereali, yogurt, uova, ... Unico piccolo appunto: forse aggiungerei altra frutta fresca oltre alle mele. Camera pulita e spaziosa.

Die zentrale, ruhige Lage, abseits der grossen Touristenströme und doch nahe bei der Lido Anlegestelle und dem Strand. Das grosse Badezimmer und die dem Dachstock angepasste Schrank Nische/Ablage.

Da fällt mir gerade nichts ein... Es hat eigentlich alles gepasst, so wie es sollte.

Es ist eine sehr hübsche , elegante Villa mit schönem Garten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und äußerst kompetent, sowohl im Vorfeld als auch vorort. Zimmer und Bad war/ ist geräumig und im venezianischen Stil eingerichtet. Alles ist picobello, sauber und durchdacht. Besser geht's nicht.Das Hotel liegt in einer angenehm ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem sehr zentral.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really like the old style of the room. We also like the location, the area is very quiet, but at the same time it is close to bars and the beach. The rooms are large with everything you need. The breakfast is also good.

Velmi jsme ocenili hotelový servis. Paní uklízečky každý den měnili, jak ložní prádlo tak ručníky, což se při velkém horku hodí. Personal byl vždy milý a ochotný.

Ich war schon zum dritten Mal im Biasutti. Also es gefällt mir jedesmal sehr gut, obwohl die Zimmer immer äußerst unterschiedlich waren. Vom Zimmer mit Vorraum und hoher Decke bis zu einem etwas größeren Abstellraum mit Dachschräge!

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Rustiek hotelletje. Geen royaal ontbijt, maar wel voldoende keuze. Gratis parking nabij hotel. Vlakbij station.

Zeer harde matrassen. Ontbijt: spek en broodjes zouden welkom zijn 😉

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es ist sehr toll, dass der Stil der Villa auch bei der Einrichtung beibehalten wird. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, sehr nahe am Zentrum, aber auch zur Vaporetto-Haltestelle und zum Strand.

Das Hotel hat zwar einen Privatstrand. Schade, dass es nicht Liegen für die Gäste des Hotels gibt.

Sijainti loistava ( Lidon uimaranta, kaupat ja ravintolat lähellä), hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala ja rauhallinen hotelli. Great location ( Lido beach, shops/markets and restaurants nearby), lovely breakfast and peaceful place to stay.

Respan työntekijä otti paperisen kopion passistani ( normi käytäntö monessa paikassa) mutta hän otti kopion myös pankkikortistani, jossa oli debit/ credit numerot turvakoodeineen, vaikka olin maksanut koko varauksen etukäteen debitillä booking.comille koodilla "maksua ei palauteta". Receptionist took a paper copy of my passport ( usual thing to do) but also my debit/credit card whit secure code despite that I had paid already the whole reservation by booking.com in advance.

Posizione ottima, staff molto cordiale e disponibile, locali datati ma piacevoli. La location è defilata rispetto al corso centrale ma molto vicina il che consente di essere comodi ma di avere comunque un po' di tranquillità.

Non abbiamo riscontrato nulla come problematico, è un albergo che soddisfa chi cerca questo genere di alloggio.

What a fabulous hotel! It was everything we love about staying in Italian hotels. Location was excellent, near to the vaparetto stop, bars and restaurants but really quiet. Room was a good size (we got a complimentary upgrade), bed and pillows were excellent and the aircon kept it cool. We slept so well! Bikes to see the lido were a bonus. Really good breakfast, and coffee. What more do you need?! What made our 2 nights really great though were the staff. Every single one of them was friendly and professional, right down to bringing us a second coffee on our second morning without us asking (we’d had 2 on the first day). We loved the lido so will definitely be back to the hotel, hopefully soon!

Super room. Ultra clean. Nice staff. Can't wait to come back again.

Top Lage für Nächtigungen am Lido genau zwischen Vaopretto-Station und Strand. Wunderschönes und gut gepflegtes altmodisch-pittoreskes Hotel

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber die Zimmer selbst sind etwas hellhörig. Badebnützung vom Nachbarzimmer und Gespräch am Gang waren gut zu hören.

The hotel was well located on the Lido. Easy access to the pier, beach and the center of town. The bedroom was a very good size with large bathroom.

Unfortunately the aircon was not so great especially during the heatwave and the balcony was a little on the small side

Location is actually quite good with many cafe's and restaurants nearby, likewise the boat station

Clumsy room key which is difficult to operate in the darkness of the corridor. Breakfast is quite modest.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and is not far from the bus station and the vaporetto station. The breakfast is fantastic, something quite rare in Venice.

The coffee at breakfast could be improved. The air conditioning blades cannot be adjusted and the air blows directly over the bed, so I had to turn it off overnight.

Very nice garden and delicious breakfast.

Chambre confortable, bon emplacement près du débarcadère du vaporetto et près de la plage. Beaucoup de commerces autour. Coin très tranquille, nous avons très bien dormi.

Manque de produits comme shampooing et revitalisant, lotion pour le corps. Beau coin à l’extérieur, mais drôle de choix musical qui ne donne pas trop envie de s’installer pour relaxer.

What I loved the most was the very friendly welcome! The team in all aspects have been probably the most accommodating and caring in any hotel I ver stayed in! Beautiful setting and quiet location yet accessible in short walking distance everywhere! Im happy to return as soon as I can!

Прекрасный завтрак со свежими круассанами, свежим соком из красных апельсинов, хороший выбор блюд, прекрасный кофе. Отличный бар и террасой. Обязательно вернемся!

Lovely old hotel 10 minutes walk from the ferry stop at Lido, and the same distance from the main public pool/ beach on Lido. Cool terrace to sit on in the evening and to have breakfast. Quiet road. Air conditioned.

Lots of greenery in the garden (which is a good thing), unfortunately it meant I got lots of bug bites when sitting on the terrace one evening. Minor inconvenience. Bring your bug spray.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Lage sehr zentral und in direkter Nähe zu einem wunderschönen Strand.

Das Frühstück war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel wirklich sehr dürftig. Dies wurde bereits vorher von sehr vielen anderen Gästen bemängelt, aber offensichtlich verändert sich diesbezüglich nichts. Auch hinsichtlich der Ausstattung der Zimmer ist das Hotel eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel und weniger ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Dennoch sind die Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Avevo prenotato una camera standard ma poiché al check-in non era ancora disponibile mi hanno dato una Superior senza costo aggiuntivo. Molto gradita.

Posizione, gentilezza del personale, camera spaziosa e colazione varia ed abbondante.

Se posso dare un consiglio presterei maggiore attenzione alla pulizia del box doccia con parecchia muffa e di alcuni dettagli della camera.

Ein Traum ist die Terrasse, auf der man auch frühstücken darf. Dieses Hotel hat Charm und ist eine Oase der Ruhe im überfüllten Venedig. Ich durfte mir mit meiner Gehbehinderung ein Zimmer aussuchen. In wenigen Minuten ist man beim Vaporetto und von dort in den Giardini oder am Markusplatz. Es gibt viele nette Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Die Dusche war ein wenig eng (ich bin gehbehindert). Wenn es zum Frühstück ein wenig mehr frisches Obst gäbe ( es gab Äpfel), wäre es für uns perfekt gewesen.
