L'emplacement et la grandeur de la chambre.

L'accueil à l'arrivée, le 12.9.26 à 17h, par une personne pas très sympathique. Certainement lié à cette personne, car les autres personnes nous semblaient plus sympathiques. La propreté en général, mais particulièrement à la salle du petit déjeuner. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit.

L'extrême amabilité du personnel se conjugait parfaitement avec le confort de l'hôtel. Cela a été un réel immense plaisir que de séjourner dans cet établissement luxueux.

Malgré un petit-déjeuner copieux avec de nombreux aliments chauds et froids variés, nous n'avons pas pu obtenir d'oeufs au plat! Dommage, car le séjour aurait été plus que parfait!

We received an upgrade from a standard to a superior room, which is twice as large, with a view of the park. Excellent facilities, clean room, parking garage under the hotel, very friendly staff and excellent varied breakfast

The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to the Palace of Versailles. Plenty of places to eat.

Au plus près du château de Versailles et des différents lieux à visiter. Super déjeuner et personnels gentils et à l'écoute.

En rentrant dans la chambre, directement vue sur un côté de matelas fortement taché. La planche du wc ne tenait pas. Grosse difficulté à prendre sa douche à cause des robineteries très dures et difficiles à régler. Sanitaires avec propreté à revoir.

Had two rooms: one standard, one premium. Both rooms well-appointed, coffee pods, still & sparking water. All very clean: bathrooms, linen, etc. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. An area to sit outside. An ideal base to explore Versailles, to visit the palace and only a short walk to local restaurants and the train station into central Paris. Ideal location for what we wanted to do. On-site, underground parking.

Some fittings (carpet) might benefit from a refresh. Parking €20 per day = not cheap! (but very secure)

Absolument pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Saleté, petit-déjeuner ridicule, personnel débordé, hôtel vieillissant et mal entretenu, chambre médiocre, douche fonctionnant mal… Sans oublier le parking payant. Enfin bref, une expérience très décevante et clairement pas à la hauteur du standing annoncé.

La atencion de recepcion.

Locatie was top een paar honderd meter van château de Versailles vandaan, het bed en het beddengoed was heel goed.

Vergane glorie. Tapijt was oud en niet echt fris meer, ontbijt was niet 4 sterren hotel waardig, het rook niet erg fris in de lift en bij de receptie erg jong personeel die je niet eens aankeken tijdens het inchecken of als je ze om informatie vroeg.

Staff al check-in di basso livello. Camere insufficienti per essere un hotel di 4 stelle. Aria condizionata che non si sentiva all'interno della camera anche se messo alla più bassa temperatura (20 gradi). Colazione da 20€ a persona che non ne vale la pena. Chi prenota qui deve essere consapevole che sta pagando le camere per la posizione e non per la qualità

ヴェルサイユ宮殿から近く、スタッフの対応が良かったです。ベット、シャワー、朝食も良かったです。

施設がやや古いため匂いが気になる部屋があるかもしれません。今回、大家族で利用したため4部屋でしたが、1部屋、匂いが気になったため部屋をかえてもらいました。

Kurz über die Strasse und schon waren wir vor dem Schloss Versaille. Für einen Besuch im Schloss ist die Lage kaum zu übertreffen. Es hat rund um das Hotel viele gute Essensmöglichkeiten.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht aus meiner Sicht eher einem 3* Hotel. Aber auch hier, für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung.

Service. Room although large and comfortable bed the "wardrobe" was in the entrance to the room behind a curtain and so poorly lit that we needed a torch to see our clothes. The carpet in the room was threadbare. We needed our torch to safely put the kettle on. We asked for some fresh milk for tea making and it was refused - "could not supply as we have capsules of UHT milk in our room". Asked to see the manager but not available - possibly in the next day and not contactable!

Service impeccable, personnel aux petits soins. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

The breakfast was exceptional, the choices were vast. I left everyday fully satisfied and ready for my day, the staff worked tirelessly to ensure the buffet was fully stocked. We had the choice of hot food, yogurts. Pastries, fruit and cereals. Fresh coffee of all types from the machine which tasted amazing combined with an assortment of teas and fresh fruit juices. This was by far the best breakfast I have had made available to date on all of my trips.

Das Hotel war perfekt um das Schloss Versailles zu besichtigen. Die Betten sind der Hammer. Habe so gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bad mit Dusche einfach der Knaller. Seife und Duschspender von Rituals. Es zeigen sich kleine Abnutzungsspuren, was dem Charme des Hotels nicht mindert sondern eher zeigt, wie pompös es einmal war. Daher die Gesamtbewertung mit 9 Punkten. Sonst wäre es eine 10 mit Sternchen. Das Personal dazu war auch noch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Restaurants waren gleich in der Nähe. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall bei einem nächsten Besuch wieder buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Right next to the palace and a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are big. Staff are very lovely and helpful at all times. Hotel is a bit run down, most likely due to the age of the hotel but all in all a very good place and the beds were very comfortable.

日本語が堪能なフロントスタッフの方にとても助けられました！彼は日本が好きで3回ほど日本に来たことがあると言っていました。私が観光から帰ってきた時、暑そうにしていたら、冷たい水をペットボトルに汲んできていただきました。あの時の嬉しさは忘れられません。

あまり親切でないスタッフの方もいました。

We had one night here and it was a comfortable stay. We chose this hotel for its location close to The Palace of Versailles. It was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was large. But the Hotel is looking a bit tired.

Aire acondicionado y tele no funcionaban en nuestra habitación. Nos propusieron cambiar de habitación pero en la única otra habitación disponible había un olor muy fuerte y muy desagradable. El ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y estábamos en la cuarta planta...

We liked the location, and the parking option. And the staff were helpful and nice!

First, the size of the room..the lack of a coffee maker, the fact that the dust was not cleaned in a while…the windows have not been washed in a while…ah and let’s not forget the first finding when we got the room- a 💩 in the toilet, the sink was jammed and the water running, no where to hang the towels. And I really suspect the bed was not changed from the previous stay - i found hair all over the pillows. Overall the price for this experience was definitely too high😅

Our room was lovely but extremely small. Fortunately we had a small case as I don’t know where we would have stored a large one.

Alors par où commencer ? Déjà ne vous fiez pas aux photos présentés elle sont faite par l’IA . 900€ pour 3 nuitées !! Rien ne va dans cet hôtel , et j’ai honte vis à vis des étrangers qui y séjournent : la propriété des parties communes , wifi qui saute donc la télévision aussi , le mur de la salle de bain avait subi une fuite , les plaintes se décollent . Le petit déjeuner est honteux ! Tout est industriel : salade fruit , tarte pomme , œufs brouillées , pancake , jus de fruit . En fruits que des pommes .. 20€ pour ça . La personne à l’accueil le dimanche 12 juillet nous a fait attendre 20 minutes à la porte du parking . On avait beau sonner et téléphoner pour qu’il nous ouvre , il était dans une autre pièce . Et ensuite il mettait en doute le fait que l’on est sonné !! INCROYABLE . La terrasse extérieur n’a rien avoir avec l’image proposée , elle est triste au possible . Ah oui , les poussettes et les gens à mobilité réduite ne pourront pas accéder à cet hôtel ( ils ont tellement chance .. )

Excellent location, clean and very comfortable, with wonderfully helpful staff - there was a power cut on our arrival (contractors nearby had cut a cable - not the hotel's fault). This made the arrival tricky - but after that everything was excellent. Many places nearby to eat in the evening - make sure you visit the Jeu de Paume museum - bars around there were great.

Breakfast was very plain, compared to the rest of the facilities. The breakfast was however perfectly adequate. The bar was reasonably priced with excellent wines - much more important

Amazing location right next to Versailles with many restaurants and bars nearby. Parking available for a fee with direct elevator access to rooms. Our room was much bigger than I would have expected and had air conditioning that adequately cooled the room during the July 2026 heat wave.

Un jour de canicule. Coupure de courant. Alors, bien sûr, pas d'ascenseur, pas de clim, pas de lumière. Personnel aux petits soins. Et à la fin, que retient-on? L'excellence du personnel !

The location was great. The room was large and well furnished and spotlessly clean. The air on was really powerful but quiet which was great as the temperature peaked at 34C. The staff on reception were great and brought us a large bottle of water as we were so hot having spent the day in the grounds of the Chateau de Versailles

La posizione e’ eccellente . Si trova a lato della reggia per cui ottimale per la visita del castello. La struttura e’ dotata di aria condizionata che sembra essere un plus rispetto a molte strutture del posto. Le camere sono spaziose . Il personale gentile.

I locali comuni ( reception e sala colazione) purtroppo non sono molto puliti. Anche da una giornata all’altra i pavimenti sono molto sporchi e non vengono aspirati. La camera , anche se spaziosa, e’ buia la sera in quanto manca un’adeguata illuminazione e l’armadio degli abiti e’ uno spazio discutibile e non molto pulito nascosto da una tenda. A terra vi e’ la moquette piuttosto consumata . In bagno manca un vanity set . Considerando che viene presentato come 4 stelle ( anche per il prezzo) l’aspettativa non deve essere oltre le 3. Colazione non molto ricca.

We upgraded to a superior room. On arrival we reported the fridge not working. It was 37* outside and we were travelling in next day to self catering accommodation and needed to keep some gluten free ingredients preserved in a fridge. Toilet seat broken which we notified of on departure. Beds comfy, air con helpful.

The room was so pretty, the neighbourhood was calm although it was almost directly next to the palace. The staff was really friendly.
