Walls and doors were paper thin. We could hear the person in the room next door on the phone and snoring. Heard the ice machine being used at 5:30 in the morning. Air conditioner was loud and turned on and off every 5 minutes. Bathroom was small. No vanity space

It was clean and comfortable

Paid for river view and could not see river at all because of huge trees blocking view this was totally false advertising Breakfast at hotel the eggs bacon were powered eggs and basically terrible

C'était tout équipé, confortable et tranquille. Beaucoup mieux que ce que je m'attendais pour le prix. Il y avait même le petit déjeuner inclus et il était tout à fait convenable. Le restaurant attenant est un plus puisque nous étions en moto et qu'il a commencé à pleuvoir. Lui aussi était très bien avec un service plus qu'agréable. LE plus du plus a été qu'ils nous ont dit de laisser nos motos devant pour garder un oeil dessus car ils étaient de garde 24 heures.

Frühstück war lieblos und Geschirr/Besteck aus Karton. Es gab kein Wasser zum Frühstück.

I love the property I called and reported that the tv in our room was broke as soon As I noticed and got accused of breaking it and they want 350$ I stay there often with my husband who had a stoke and our 15 year old with autism we have never had an issue until I reported a broken tv that you couldn’t see was broke too you tried to Turn it on

The bed was comfortable and allowed pets

The TV didnt work well, only cable was news and couldn't even access that properly. No instructions on how to use it. Your website says room service there is absolutely no room service. There is a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. The bar patrons took the parking spots reserved for hotel guests and people drinking cases of beer and BBQ ingredients in the parking lot. The first night we were there was quite noisy. Not sure if I would stay there again but didnt have much choice as it was the only one that accepted pets

The beds were comfortable and the room was big enough for two with 2 double beds

The breakfast was fair. I did not like the powdered scrambled eggs. You need to use real eggs. The bathroom was too small and the toilet was almost kiddie size. You need a larger toilet and more counter space. The shower needs a grab bar in the middle of the back wall. The floor was slippery and I almost fell, but lucky that I was able to grab the outside bar through the curtain.

The property was clean and it’s in a great location beautiful view of the river

Room wasn’t very clean. Mirrors look like they were cleaned with dirty towels. Rooms could definitely have a update.

Great location, didn't try the breakfast. Friendly staff as well. Love the attached restaurant. It made it super easy to get food late at night.

The floors were dirty and the toilet wasn't attached properly. Very small bathrooms with the toilets and counters basically touching.

Noise from fellow guests very early in morning. Crew workers inconsiderately noisy at 5am. Adjoining room occupied by loud guests and rooms not well insulated. The property did not seem to be fully occupied so adjacent rooms could have been prevented.

The manager was rude and not at all helpful.

It’s quiet

beds were Goldie Locks, not too soft or too firm. Side doors had properly working locks by card access. Great restaurant adjacent to the hotel for a nice hot meal on a cold Canadian winter night!

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Quiet which was nice.

The room obviously had not been cleaned after the last guest. Dust balls all over floor, urine on the toilet, used contact lenses on the bathroom floor.

Room clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable.

Room was small. Decor could be in better repair. Any repairs done look a bit rough. Doors to and between rooms should be upgraded to maximize privacy and sound proofing.

I asked for an electric kettle to make to but they could not provide it. As a result, I scolded myself trying to make tea with the stupid coffee maker that was there. Needless to say this did not make me happy. When I wiped up the floor with the water that I had spilled, I discovered that the floor under the desk and in most places was very dirty. This leaves me wondering how well the rooms were cleaned.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable with sheets that needed constant fixing to stay on the bed. Coffee at breakfast was cold

was too late for breakfast. noone told us it was only til 9. the jacuzzi tub was nice. the bed was very comfortable. lots of towels and shower essentials. liked having acctss to gym.

the fireplace in room did not work

It was cozy and the room didn't stink.

Bed was a little squeaky when you moved in it. Unfortunately, the first thing we noticed when we entered the room, was a little centipede running across the floor. Shower tap had hard water stain on it. And light fixture had spiderweb on it.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly helpful and eager to help out

The rooms were definitely outdated and in need updating and repairs but overall the experience was pleasant and this stuff we're very friendly and accommodating

Handy

The room was cold. 10 degrees. Turned the thermostat to 25. By morning the room was 20 degrees. The bed, floor and furniture were cold. Renting an unused cold room reflects a “it’s not my job” staff attitude. We booked the room several days in advance. There is no reason other than negligence for such to occur.

Easy to find. Restaurant on site although we could not attend as it was so busy. Lucky another restaurant was not far.

It needs to be renovated. Smelled like an old smoking hotel.

Location is good. Close to town centre and gas station.

My room smelled very strongly of mould or dampness. Almost unbearable. Felt sick and headache by morning. No soundproofing. A baby across the hall cried and screamed very loudly all night long. Sounded like it was in my room it was so loud. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Bathroom very worn and cramped. Couldn’t find anywhere to park on site. Apparently due to a baseball game in the bar/restaurant. So had to park across the road. Not handy for carrying suitcase to room.

It's an old hotel and needs alot if loving

Convenient location and comfortable beds.

No elevator, had to take stairs up to go down with locked doors. Breakfast was below other Best Western locations we have stayed (Only coffee and muffin). Noisy bathroom fans, room next door left it on all night which affected our sleep.

Told upgrades being done outdoors on periphery of parking lot…dirty Hazards left around parking lot as new restaurant being installed

No sound proofing between rooms. I could hear my neighbor talking on the phone. I had to unplug the fridge because it was squealing. It was not clean. The room smelt bad. The building was under construction.

The staff was friendly, the dining was under construction. The construction crew cleaned up quickly any mess they made. Two rooms across the hall from us left their doors cracked open and their voices carried throughout the halls. This went on for two days. The room and the beds seemed cleaned, but the bathroom needed attention. Left my phone behind and was able to return shortly after my departure and the room had been cleaned and the phone turned in.

Needs renovation, it’s a good area but hotel is in decline. Old and dated

Over priced for a maybe 2 star room that is need of renovations. Had a connecting door to another room that wasn’t soundproof and felt like the people were in my room. Also they had picnic tables directly outside our bedroom window and heard their conversation..no privacy at all.

The location was nice, and there was a lot of space for our dogs to walk around outside. The bathroom floor was sticky, which I thought was residual cleaner, but there was also a large clump of hair on the shower wall. Overall condition of the hotel was looking in need of repair.
