Pulizia non adeguata. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni non c’era neppure una scopa ed un prodotto per disinfettare il bagno. Cucina poco fornita. Considerato il prezzo pagato vale dire €930 veramente non adeguato ai servi offerti.

The room is good and has some of the basic facilities needed (plats, stove, fridge, cutlery etc.) You have access to water and coffee all day long in the dining room.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Das muss man zugeben, die Lage ist perfekt. Das Frühstück war überraschend gut.
Das Bett bzw. die Matratze hatte Beulen. Wir haben es komplett gedreht, um überhaupt einigermaßen darin schlafen zu können. Die Küchenausstattung war rudimentär. Es gab nicht mal eine Schere. Wir haben noch nie ein so lautes Hotel wie dieses erlebt. Die Kneipen hatten Alarm bis 4 Uhr Nachts, dann kam die Müllabfuhr und danach die Anlieferdienste. Man konnte wählen zwischen Pest und Kolera: Fenster auf für Frischluft und nicht schlafen oder ersticken bei geschlossenem Fenster. Und dann kam noch das Bierfestival mit Techno bis mitten in der Nacht. Da halfen auch geschlossene Fenster nicht. Kein säubern der Zimmer, keine neuen Handtücher, kein neues Klopapier und das für 140,- Euro die Nacht, bei aller Liebe ...! Achso, die Garage für 20,- euro pro Nacht sollte man nur mit einem Auto aus den 80ern befahren. Sonst kann es sein, dass man nicht mehr aussteigen kann, wenn man eingeparkt hat.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Location is amazing of citadines saint catherines, walking distance to grand place and lots of other neighbourhoods. the aparthotel (like a studio flat) was spacious and perfect to stay with our baby. Dishwasher in the kitchen and they included tablets and washing liquid. Washing machine and dryer facilities were available on site for an extra 9 euro in total for one wash and dry- necessary with a baby!
It was a little annoying that the toilet room and shower room was seperate but that's more of a personal preference. The place and stay was otherwise great but there was lots of noise for some reason during out stay, sounded like construction work so not sure if that's a regular occurrence or not

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026La ubicación. Andado al centro muy fácil y sino metro a las salida. Una zona muy tranquila con mucha oferta de restauración y también supermercado. El café y agua gratis es un puntazo. El personal muy amable.
La limpieza. Estuvimos 3 noches, ni pasaron por la habitación ningún día, ni a cambiar toallas tampoco, tuve que pedirlas en recepción… creo que al menos un día podían haber dado una pasada al suelo y cambio de toallas..

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026La ubicación es fantástica, las instalaciones muy bien, lo único que les hace falta una revisión y mejora en las habitaciones ya que nos encontramos con cosas con desperfectos, pero aún así todo muy bien, la cama muy cómoda y el sofá cama que es doble, sacas las camas por separado también muy cómodo. Abajo en el salón que se utiliza de comedor hay una máquina de café y otra para rellenar agua gratis que van genial. Las toallas las pides tu en recepción cuando quieres cambiarlas. Nosotros estuvimos muy agusto
Algunos desperfectos de las habitaciones, bombillas fundidas, tostadora rota... creo que le hace más falta de mantenimiento.

Because there are bars and restaurants nearby where people hang out late into the night, it’s impossible to sleep with the window open—it’s very noisy. But with the window closed, it was a bit too hot.

Premesso che ho soggiornato in una stanza al primo piano con affaccio sulla piazza, la camera era piccola e necessitava di una seria ristrutturazione. Quando la temperatura sale molto (era una settimana di "canicule") era abbastanza invivibile. Fortunatamente c'era un ventilatore in dotazione. Le stanze che affacciano sulla piazza al primo piano sono proprio sopra un ristorante con conseguente aumento di odori e di rumore.

Small size bedroom, you can’t go around the bed, as well as the toilet is really very very tiny, you must jump above the toilet to be able to close the door, otherwise is to leave the door open.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026We had a lovely stay. What stood out the most was the reception staff, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and available 24/7. They were always happy to help whenever we needed anything, which made our stay very easy and comfortable. The location is excellent, in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and things to do, even late into the evening. Despite the area being quite lively, our room was quiet and we had no problems with noise at all. We also felt very safe in the area. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here, would definitely recommend it, and would happily come back on our next visit to Brussels! 🩵

Our apartment was functional, the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to prepare a meal, but is starting to show its age and honestly is ready for some refurbishment. The separate toilet is handy but no sink!
Room looking its age, kitchen and bathroom requires renewing.

I had paid for 24 hrs parking, only to realize that this hotel is following the same logic with the parking as with the room, that you must evacuate the premises together with the room at 12:00, so all your next pay plans for the city tour is down the drain. So, if this is your plans, then you should re-think this hotel.
The hotel deserves more than the rating 1, probably at the rating 7 or 8, but because of the totally misleading information regarding the parking, I present my rating as 1.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Ubicación excelente. Rodeado de una gran plaza de espacios abiertos con gran ambiente. A pesar de ello nada de ruidos molestos para descansar. Ademas se encuentra a una distancia de 14 min. de la zona centro. A 1 min. tienes boca de metro si lo precisas, y varios supermercados cerca. Infinidad de restaurantes por toda la zona y de camino al centro. El alojamiento está bien para pasar unos días en los que visitar la ciudad y las colindantes. El personal de recepción atento a nuestras necesidades. En caso de repetir destino probablemente repitiese alojamiento.
A mejorar el espacio de toilette, pequeño.

Caffè e thé gratuiti disponibili nella zona colazione. Sicurezza elevata grazie all'utilizzo della card di apertura della camera per accesso dall'esterno, uso dell'ascensore e accesso al garage. Disponibilità di parcheggio privato sotto l'hotel.

The room was dated and shabby the toilet roll holder was broken, the skirting board at the edge of the bath tub was broken and the based was falling apart. The clothes hanger on the back of the bathroom door was damage.
