Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Buena ubicacion.

Our room was on the ground floor at the back of the property. We had a view of a wall and nothing more. Also the towels in the room are far too small to be a shower towel. They were barely bigger than a hand towel. No good when you’re dripping wet out the shower.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Comfortable and clean room with good bed. Buffet style breakfast was tasty and all staff friendly and helpful. Car parking at such a central location was very useful, albeit quite expensive. Hotel is in a good location and very close to the Saint Catherine district with a great choice of bars and restaurants. Whilst not far, the Grand Place is a little walk away (about 10 mins), despite the name of the hotel.
Car park had a very tight entrance and would not be suitable for some vehicles. The means of gaining access to the car park was also a trifle complicated, although reception staff were very helpful to us in order to overcome this.
