Le personnel souriant et serviable, l'emplacement idyllique sur la plage, la nature environnante, le petit-déjeuner excellent. L'isolement : idéal pour le calme et le repos.

Suite à une tempête, des travaux de réfection étaient en cours mais cela nous a peu gêné. L'isolement : pour des activités annexes, il faut s'adresser directement à l'hôtel qui organise pour vous.

We stay in the beach front private pool. The AC is small so the room is not cold. The bathroom is outside so you need to use the toilet in the hot and humid weather. The wifi signal didn’t get through the whole time we stayed. The food is too over priced and small portions (like you pay for the US price but not a quality food). The location is seclusive. Transport is too expensive $10 on way to Longset beach and around.

Absolutely recommended. Not too crowded, great and polite stuff in a beautiful location. The beach and the water is excellent even compared to the Mediterranean. The beach is almost private with seabed reserved for the hotel guests under the shade of palm trees with a small hotel beach bar for ordering refreshments. The restaurant is very nice and you are even allowed to visit the adjucent hotel restaurants ( the two hotels by the beach are in the same group ) to try different menus and charge your hotel room as you wouldnormally do. The hotel offers many activities for a small surcharge like hiking in the jungle, hiring scooters to see the island and other beaches, a night boat trip to swim with fluorescent plancton. The swimming pool offers an alternative if the sea condition would not permit swimming ( all three days of our stay the sea was calm and pleasant ). Finally the bungallows are roomy and the included but with open roof bathrooms are a nice touch.

Hotellet har en sindsygt smuk placering. Nok den bedste på øen. Det ligger ud til en fantastisk strand, omringet af skov. Faciliteterne var gode, god morgenmads buffet. Hotellet hjælper med alt, og tilbyder også en masse aktiviteter. Men det bedste ved Anaya er klart personalet. Super venlige, imødekommende, hjælpende og hjertevarme personer. Der er ikke en eneste personale der ikke gør sit ypperste for at du skal få det bedste ophold som overhovedet muligt.

The staff was so nice and generous, I booked for two nights and extended for another 5 nights. We had our own private beach at the hotel, outdoor shower, spacious room. I think this is the best value for money hotel that i ever stayed at. Definitely recommend.

Health Issues: I fell ill due to the welcome drink, which unfortunately ruined my entire three-day stay on Koh Rong. Lack of Assistance: I was forced to seek medical attention at a local clinic. Despite my obvious distress, the hotel staff did not even offer to assist with transportation, showing a complete lack of empathy. Hygiene Standards: The complimentary water is provided in glass bottles that were visibly dirty around the rim. Shockingly, if you request sealed bottled water, you are charged extra. Room Quality: The room was in poor condition; this is by no means a 4-star establishment. The air conditioning was extremely weak, effectively turning the room into a sauna. Facilities & Construction: The hotel appears unfinished. There is a glaring discrepancy between the professional photos on Booking.com and the actual reality of the property. Disturbances: Maintenance work was carried out on the building at 9:00 AM without prior notice, showing a total disregard for guests' rest. Services: While the Wi-Fi is advertised as free, the reception is consistently poor. Attention to Detail: The overall standards are lacking—cleanliness is non-existent, the food is of poor quality, and the breakfast selection is very limited. Safety Concerns: The small balcony in front of the room is dangerously slippery, and there is no handrail for the steps. Management: I eventually received a discount as compensation, but only after I explicitly demanded it. Having to ask for an apology in this manner was shameful. Verdict: The price-to-quality ratio is unacceptable.

The beach is beautiful and the staff are kind but the hotel is unready at this moment to justify the price. The owners however seem very kind and committed to do the necessary improvements.

The food, rooms and service can be improved but the family that owns the resort seems sincere in wanting to do everything so that once the construction of the building next door is finished in the summer of 2026, it could be a place of calm and some pleasure.

The beach is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The staff are kind and friendly and we felt very welcome. The restaurant food was excellent and we tried many things from the menu. The room was large and comfortable and well equipped and had a beautiful beach view.

We live in Cambodia and have visited the islands many times and Anaya is not worth the price paid, so we are unlikely to return. The property is lacking in maintenance. We had a beachfront room with a private plunge pool and we were not able to use the private pool because the water was stagnant, smelly and covered in bugs. The chairs at the restaurant, and the beach loungers are falling apart. The restaurant staff are kind and doing their best, but at times seemed understaffed - each time we wanted to order a drink or food we had to go looking for a staff member. The Manager greeted us on arrival and was welcoming, but after that we did not see her on the property, even at the times when her team were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. Overall the impression was of a beautiful hotel being poorly managed and cutting costs wherever possible. The price was comparable to some of the best hotels on the island, and the service and offerings fell far short of expectations.

L'emplacement est parfait, pour moi Pagoda beach est la meilleur plage de Koh Rong, avec l'accès aux installations du BAOLI et du TAMU c'est top !

Nous avions commandé une navette retour vers Phnom Penh à 79 USD, malheureusement la voiture étais dans un état un lamentable, la voiture est tombé en panne sur le retour, nous avons perdu du temps pour notre visite de 2 jours de Phnom Penh. Je ne blâme pas l'hôtel mais son prestataire.

La plage est magnifique et le cadre est vraiment très beau, idéal pour se détendre. L’hôtel propose également des activités à des prix corrects, ce qui est appréciable. La chambre était belle, confortable et agréable.

Au vu du prix, nous avons été un peu déçus par le niveau de service. Dans d’autres hôtels où nous avons payé moins cher durant notre voyage, le service était nettement meilleur. Point d’attention important : nous avons confié des vêtements à la laverie de l’hôtel (plus chère que partout ailleurs en ville ou dans d’autres hôtels), et certaines de nos affaires ont été abîmées. Nous avons dû insister et négocier pour obtenir un geste commercial, la laverie ne souhaitant initialement rien faire. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, cela nous semble limite. Autre point : l’hôtel voisin était en construction, ce qui entraînait du bruit de travaux toute la journée. Si vous comptez passer du temps à l’hôtel, cela peut être un léger inconfort. Nous n’avions pas été informés à l’avance.

Wir waren zuvor 2 Wochen schon in Vietnam und 1 Woche auf dem Festland in Kambodscha. Im Anaya Resort haben wir uns dann extrem wohl gefühlt und sind mit Wehmut nach einer Woche abgereist. Das einheimische Personal war zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und hat sich nie in den Vordergrund gestellt. Die Küche ist sehr gut und die Speisen werden mit viel Liebe und frischen Zutaten gekocht. Das Frühstücksbuffet und die verschiedenen frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen sind optimal für einen guten Start in den Tag. Die Ruhe und die schöne Landschaft sind Palsam für die Seele. Einen Tag haben wir mit einem Roller die Insel erkundet und an einem Abend sind wir mit dem Boot zu einer einstündigen Plankton Tour aufgebrochen. Beides war ein Highlight und sollte nach Möglichkeit gemacht werden.

Petit déjeuner très peu varié. Piscine très mal entretenue et pas praticable (eau verte durant tous le séjour). Seulement 2 transats et 2 parasols autour de la piscine. Pas de parasol sur la plage.

Wunderschön! Das Hotel ist recht neu, daher fehlte noch etwas an Ausstattung, aber die Inhaber arbeiten daran. Der Strand war - wie wir fanden - der schönste der Insel. Das Personal sooo freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Wspaniały obiekt w przepięknej scenerii. Pyszne śniadania, piękne, klimatyczne domki na samej plaży z widokiem na morze. Bardzo miła obsługa ( pozdrowienia dla Chana) i cudownego managera. Ciężko się nam opuszczało to miejsce ❤️

Everything and everyone was just perfect - the accommodation was very comfortable and clean, the staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant serves delicious dishes - the position which is beachfront is superb for swimming and relaxing and if you want a change of scenery the pool is lovely - we certainly will come back - we loved it

The location on the beach is good, but the sea is really rough so you need to go to the other side of the island to sit without being sand blasted and to go into the sea The cocktails on the beach were good We didn't know until near the end, but you can use facilities at associated hotels on the same beach, which would have been useful to have been told on arrival.

This side of the island tends to be windy - we were here for 4 nights and the sea was really rough on 3 of the days. You can get a tuk tuk to the other side which had lovely calm tropical sea. While doable, it was not really what we had hoped to experience staying on the beach

Comme déjà évoqué dans de nombreux commentaires, les matériaux de la salle de bain ne sont clairement pas au niveau de qualité de l’hôtel - par ailleurs une lotion pour le corps serait la bienvenue. Très peu d’eau chaude durant notre séjour de 5 jours. Insonorisation très faible et peut être problématique pour les gens au sommeil léger Malgré la quantité de fruits proposés par l’hôtel - et les jus de fruit proposés à la carte - il n’y a pas de jus de fruit au petit déjeuner Le petit déjeuner est complet mais identique tous les jours Dommage que les massages s’arrêtent à 18h quand c’est possible jusqu’à 9pm un peu plus loin sur la plage. Le restaurant est bon mais sans plus - plusieurs autres resto dispo sur la plage Ces remarques ont uniquement pour but l’amélioration et n’entravent en rien le super séjour passé sur place

As of Jan 2026 there is a construction next door. Its noisy and trucks going back and forth as well as construction noice. Owners cant do much about it. Water in the bungalo is actually brown. Its that dirty. We were told there are 4 filters but the water is still brown. I never ever thought about drinking tap water ofc even if it wasnt brown but this one is actually bad to even take a shower with. The beach is amazingly beautiful but its an open see and you cant enjoy it. Windy with massive waives. Its actually dangerous. We were going to Longset beach each day where it was super calm, no wind, no waves, etc. Restaurant food is actually not up to the standard. Its not bad but the quality doesnt reflect the pricing and the resort vibe. You can eat the same quality from pretty much any restaurant on the island, even the street food. Overall, its nice but for that pricing you expect a bit more

Das Bungalow ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Outdoor Badezimmer ist ein aussergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielen lieben Dank an alle, wir hatten einen grossartigen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

El desayuno es mediocre para lo que se paga, creo que el alojamiento en general es excesivamente caro en compracion con lo que se ofrece. Nosotros tuvimos la mala suerte que en esa zona coincidió mucho viento y era imposible estar, sin embargo al otro lado el mar estaba en calma .

Idyllic, so calm and peaceful! The staff were so friendly and were willing to go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Also the staff are amazing at remembering names so it was made to feel very personal. Great cocktails!

All the staff at Anaya are incredible, they made our honeymoon stay so personal and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time, special shoutout to Frankie (the 🐐), Sopha and Mark, they are all amazing people and we’d love to return. the ANAYA Le Baoli Tamu space are wonderful - spacious and peaceful, with excellent  gaps between modern bungalows and sunbeds. You not feel like you are in a crowded resort. We liked everything. The people, the layout of the grounds, the bar and restaurant, the design and amenities inside the bungalows, the bed linen and pillows, the bathroom, the sea view from the bungalows. These hotels truly deserve the highest praise from those who value comfort and the purity of the natural surroundings. Having three hotels in one management is good.

Wi-Fi setup is obsolete. Card payments don't always go through. WiFi infrastructure and performance is disappointing. In 2026, you shouldn't be dealing with separate SSIDs for different access points. Resort management needs to configure MESH network immediately to ensure a single, seamless connection throughout the ALL beach territory and each bungalow (please locate MESH AP to EACH bungalow ceiling and make if visible for the visitor). and another thing that puts a damper on the experience is the situation with banks and payment cards. We know that some international banks are cautious about Cambodian banks (including the top ones such ABA). However, a Chip-and-PIN transaction with the cardholder present really should go through. It wasn't accepted until the third bank MasterCard. VISA 1 and 2 failed. Banks need to get their act, otherwise the luxury segment is going to suffer. Anaya isn't the first hotel where card used, and I know exactly which card I used at each Koh Rong hotel. Three days ago, I paid with a VISA at another hotel in Koh Rong, and the payment went through the same ABA terminal, but this morning it didn't. And yes, I'm sure of the card by mobile banking, limits and balance.

Beautiful stay! Love the location…we wanted calm and privacy and this resort delivered. Breakfast was great. And the staff were wonderful and very helpful…especially Sopha!

There was an odor smell near our private pool area. It bothered me than my kids.

The staff were amazing, it is about 10 mins from the centre of the island with a few hotels close by. We were traveling with children and the pool and location to the beach was great for them! The views are amazing too!

Hôtel situé en bord de mer, calme, une immense plage . Les chambres sont bien aménagées et spacieuses. Une qualité de restauration. Le personnel est accueillant, très gentil et au petit soin.

Great hotel. Clean, nicely located, with friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and nice beach.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, au calme avec une belle vue sur la mer. L'ensemble du personnel est très accueillant, toujours disponible et très attentionné. Une mention particulière à l'équipe du bar et restaurant du soir, Sopha le manager, Cima et Chan. Ils nous ont fait passer des soirées joyeuses et pleines d'attentions à notre égard. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant, petit déjeuner et dîner. Notre chambre était spacieuse, bien placée face à la piscine et à la plage, bien équipée et décorée.

Quel dommage que la jolie plage ne soit que partiellement nettoyée! De gros sacs plastique sur le sable sont restés pendant tout notre séjour d'une semaine...alors que le personnel ramasse chaque jour les bouteilles et autres détritus qui arrivent du large. La salle de bain en extérieur est sympa mais mériterait d'être rénovée; la robinetterie totalement entartrée devrait être changée. Le balai WC aussi.. Nous avons trouvé que le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas réaliste au vu de ces remarques.

Tout ! La gentillesse de tout le personnel, le cadre, le calme, un véritable petit coin de paradis. J’ai eu droit à toutes les attentions car c’était mon anniversaire. Petit hôtel décoré avec goût, avec des hôtes aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement Je recommande vivement.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et décoré avec goût. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel : accueillant, souriant, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise et pris en charge du début à la fin. Les services proposés sont de grande qualité, tout est pensé pour que l’on passe un moment agréable et relaxant. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés ! Si vous cherchez un endroit où profiter pleinement de votre séjour, c’est ici qu’il faut venir. Un vrai coup de cœur ❤️
