The noise level . Be it at corridor or the birds or the car noise I cannot even sleep at night And worst the electricity cuts off for a good 5 mins

Central aircon fan level is too low even adjust to the highest level and take a long time to get cold. Pillow case is a bit dirty causing hand itchy. Toilet show screen door is making a lot of noise when closing, need adjustment.

Reviewed Feb 1, 2025Very convenient location. Walking distance to nearby shops if you do not have a car. Sufficient parking is also available and it is free. Rooms are of decent size and suitable for short trips there.
Some of the hotel rooms are facing the afternoon sun. So it may take some time for the room to cool down as the A/C is not that powerful anymore for some rooms.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2024Room is new, comfortable and clean. Reception is connected to a Starbucks so there is a place to chill and get coffee. Large Aeon supermarket and a lot of food within walking distance. Next to Nanyang Kopi for good breakfast. Lots of parking available.

They can't provide prayer mat although rqst was made in advice. Item is not expensive. The hotel can just buy a few to keep for moslem use when needed. But when they spontaneously reply email "we don't provide prayer mat", a request to easy to be fulfilled, more so when reqst was made in advance. It gives an impression, they lack customer sensitivity. I believe the hotel caters to all races.
