I booked a room that was shown in the photos as having a window, but when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that the room actually had no window. This was very frustrating, especially since I had already booked and paid for a two-night stay. Please update the room photos to accurately reflect what guests will receive. Otherwise, other travelers may experience the same disappointment. The water heater also didn't seem to be functioning properly. Lastly, I didn't like the smell of the air freshener, as it was quite unpleasant.

Reviewed May 22, 2026It's located at the business area, there's a restaurant opposite the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The parking also convenient. In the evening, there's a few food truck and stalls around. Cendol, goreng pisang and etc.
There's no floor towel. So when you came out from the bathroom, there's no mat that you can wipe your wet feet.

However, it was a bit disappointing because the room was quite dirty. There was a lot of dust, especially on the air conditioner and the ceiling. The bathroom was also dirty, and the sink and faucet were stained and rusty 😌 I malas nak minta tukar bilik, sebab last minit book, hotel lain mostly penuh, and i cuma stay for 1 night only.
