Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Excellent hotel with lovely staff. Close to the main sights but just out of range of the endless big tour groups. The valet parking took the stress out of our arrival, just pull off the street into the car park entrance, grab your bag and the lovely staff do the rest. The room was really well equipped both in the bathroom and in the minibar. There was a hot water kettle with tea and coffee. We booked a basic room and it was huge. The large walk in shower was heaven. Seeing lots of people dragging suitcases from distant car parks along cobbled pavements to hotels with no parking made us realise quickly we had made a good choice. Highly recommend this hotel 😀👏🏼

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Entre un día más tarde del que tenía reservado y no me pusieron ninguna pega,me facilitaron todo. El personal es extremadamente amable y es un Hotel sumamente limpio. Cuando llegas dejas el coche en la entrada y ellos lo aparcan. Cuando necesitas el coche el personal de recepción también te lo saca del parking. Todo muy cómodo. Cuando vuelva a Ronda seguro que me volverá a alojar allí.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026La posizione di questo albergo è invidiabile, a 30 secondi da Plaza del toro, a 3 minuti per vedere il tramonto sul ponte, e a 2 minuti dal viale principale. Personale cordiale e gentile. Camera nella media, ma aveva tutto il necessario. Punto a favore il parcheggio privato , la struttura si trova in zona a traffico limitato, ma poi i proprietari segnano la targa in modo che non arrivino multe.
Da migliorare la colazione, un po' troppo standard per questo tipo di albergo. Si potrebbe fare un po' di più, tipo inserire una macchina che faccia anche i cappuccini.

We will surely recommend this hotel. The the staff from reception to breakfast are so accomodating and welcoming and always ready to chat with us when we needed help. And the parking is on the basement of the hotel. This hotel is the best we've ever been.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The staff was great. The location was fantastic and it is a great value. However, our room was very oddly located, more on this below. It was a comfortable room, very well equipped (you could cook a meal in there, and all three beds were very large and comfortable. There is also a nice dining area. The bathroom was huge as well.
So, we had to take an elevator up, walk all around the hotel (we literally passed almost all the rooms on the first floor), than take an elevator down! This would not be that big of a deal if the hotel had a luggage cart, but I asked at the reception and they did not have one. My family was out during our check out time, and I had to make three trips back and forth, which is a bit ridiculous. I would give a 9 if the hotel invested on a luggage cart.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026De tudo muito agradável mesmo, desde o pessoal muito simpático e prestável, ao conforto e tamanho do quarto, a limpeza. O atendimento no pequeno almoço que pra mim tinha tudo o que era necessário. E também a localização, perto de tudo, e fácil acesso. Também o serviço de parking, se houver lugar para o carro (que pelo que percebi, quase sempre há) eles estacionam o carro por nós e quando o queremos vão buscá-lo, tem o preço de 18€ por noite, mas vale a pena, pois os outros sítios onde se pode estacionar em segurança também são pagos e alguns deles bem mais caros! Obrigada pela estadia maravilhosa que nos proporcionaram.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Abbiamo dormito nella struttura nuova una notte, la Camera era grande e moderna, pulizia impeccabile, i letti molto grandi (avevamo 3 letti da UNA PIAZZA E MEZZO). Bagno enorme, un soggiorno gradevole!
La camera forse mancava un po' di luce naturale, affacciandosi su un cortiletto interno (cmq privato e comodo!) Lo Stile business, rende la camera pero' un po' anonima.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Location very central just by the bull ring. Parking in hotel basement, you just pull up outside and they will park it for you if there is availability. Nice hotel bar.
The road where the hotel is situated is very busy and Ronda doesnt have many pedestrianised areas so you have to be careful when crossing roads. Good selection of bars and restaurants nearby.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Location was perfect. A walking distance to the park which was awesome with little kids, 5 mins walk to the Puente Nuevo, and there is a short cut for the main shopping street. The room and bed was huge! Breakfast was good, not a lot of hot options (but bacon and omelet there was bomb), mainly for sandwiches, good options for drinks, tons of fruit. What stood out was the staff. They did above and beyond for us! Especially the young male front desk staff who worked both shifts. He recommended us all the places and made sure our family was comfortable despite minor inconveniences. Everyone was friendly and played with my toddler.
The airconditioning in our room was not cold enough, though they have already raised it with maintenance. The staff provided us with electric fans which made our night a whole lot better.
