Our room (100's) didn't have a view of the bridge but still had a balcony view over the cliffs to the plains and mountains in the distance... great for the sunsets. The rooms were good, nothing to note, and check-in service helpful especially with car parking tips for a big car. No need to drive through the Old Town... access is on decent sized streets.
It would have been "nothing to see here" but on our second night we chose to eat in with local jamon, cheese etc... rang the service line for plates and cheese knife... after some phone tag between front desk, bar, and room service I walked down to the front desk and they explained it was hotel policy NOT to support eating in the rooms. After decades of travel... that's a first. Still doesn't distract from a great stay and apologies to the cleaning staff for some extra crumbs in the room !

Schade, dass diese Netzhüllle vermutlich als Schutz vor Vögeln nötig ist. Das stört auf den Balkonen.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es, nach Aktivitäten mal kurz ins Hotel zurückzukehren. Der Hotelparkplatz in der Tiefgarage wurde geschätzt.
Unser Superiorzimmer war im Erdgeschoss direkt neben dem Pool. Somit mussten wir den ganzen Tag die Vorhänge geschlossen halten, weil sich direkt vorm Fenster Poolliegen befanden. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen.

Las habitaciones están súper bien. Y las instalaciones del hotel perfectas, tiene parking (pago) de fácil acceso y salida. Recomiendo completamente!

El control en la zona de piscina. Algunos usuarios tras su baño dejaban las toallas sucias en las tumbonas y no en el lugar dispuesto para ello, lo que provocaba confusión ya que al tener toallas encima se interpretaba que estaban ocupadas y no podías hacer uso de ellas.

Para empezar el Checking a las 14:00 de la tarde. (Quien llega a un lugar de viaje a esa Hora); llegamos a las 11:30 para empezar a visitar Ronda y no nos dejaron la habitación hasta las 14:00! (todo en el coche: maletas, etc.) y sin poder ni ir al baño de la habitación; Luego pagamos por una sola noche 140€ de habitación y a las 07:00 de la mañana en la habitación contigua comenzaron a ducharse… se escuchaban: el agua de la ducha, grifos y los sonidos de hacer necesidades fisiológicas como si estuviesen en nuestra propia habitación. (NO OS IMAGINÁIS); Estábamos tumbados en la cama de nuestra habitación se escuchaba absolutamente TODOOO! Es por eso que sin quererlo nos obligaran los sonidos a tener que levantarnos a esa hora porque no había quien pudiese dormir allí. (Lamentable por el precio que pagamos y en un hotel que se presupone “Parador” y que en teoría debería ser el mejor de Ronda).

No se cabía en la ducha, muy pequeña y con puertas incomodisimas y rotas. El jacuzzi del cuaternario y caia un hilo de agua, más de horas horas para llenarlo. Y me ofrecieron buscar un rinconcito para la moto en el garaje la noche anterior y al día siguiente me cobran 22 euros de parking, sin haber avisado antes de que era de pago además y el mismo precio que un día completo para una plaza de coche. Gran decepción de del trato de Paradores.

Barulhos de casa de banho de quarto ao lado. Pequeno almoço fraco para preço hotel, com obrigação de marcação de janela horária (?!) e necessidade de pedido expresso individual para pratos quentes de pequeno almoço...

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Excellent location, magnificent and stylish room with a view directly on the Puente Novo. An overnight stay is ideal as the day-trip tourists havce all left the city and you are able to enjoy it much better.
Service at reception could be better, mostly only 1 staff member attending, and longer waiting times (I abandonned after 10 minutes with 2 people before me, I was lucky as I overheard the answer to my question from another guest.
