Reviewed Sep 3, 2026朝食は期待はずれでした。8時30分頃いったところ混んでいて出直すことに、それは仕方ないとして9時すぎに行ったところ私たちを含めて2組の客がいましたがレストランスタッフは入り口付近で私語と食器を落としたりでコーヒーを取りに行くのに行きにくかったです。デザートもなくなっておりがっかりでした。

地下停車場通往飯店的門應該改成電動門而非拉門，對於拖行李的旅客不方便。飯店附近有便利商店，方便採買。飯店所在不是餐廳聚集處，有餐廳需求，需要走一下到另一區。癮君子注意，飯店無吸煙室

시설이 너무 낙후되서 90년대로 시간 여행한 듯한 느낌입니다. 호텔 상태에 비해서 성수기 요금이 너무 불합리합니다. 비수기와 비교하면 말도 안되는 가격입니다.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The location is great. It is right next to the Nusamai Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf Moo, some of the most famous attractions in the city. It is also close to a Lawson store and a decent robatayaki restaurant. It also claims to be 100% carbon-free.
The air conditioning in the room us very weak. It is still very hot even if the lowest 18 degrees setting is used.

①朝食は3300円だがもっと頑張って欲しい 花火大会ということもあるのか他の方が書いていた刺身なんかないし、ジュースは果汁100%ではなく水で薄めた感じ カップ入りのデザートは果物と野菜をミキサーに入れ浮いた食物繊維の部分でなにこれ？ 魚の切り身は冷えて固く骨がある マトンの肉は臭くて固く海老とインゲンの炒め物は味が薄い ②狭い部屋しか残っていなかったがキャリーケースを広げるのに一苦労

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Convenient. Near MOO where the airport shuttle can stop and for Akan bus tour pick up for lake Akan tour. Nice room friendly staff. Convenience store and good restaurant next door. A bit further off Kushiro station so I took taxi (800 yen).
I didn’t like the food (dinner) at the level 1 restaurant.

室内の家具の下に、前の宿泊客の落とし物と思われる食べ物のゴミが落ちていて、見えないところの清掃が少し不徹底なのかと思いました。

朝食は値段の割には満足は出来ませんでした。 （無くなった料理の追加が遅い） 簡易ベッドの寝心地が残念。せめてマットレスはもう少しなんとかできるのでは。 トイレのペーパースタンドの位置がおかしい。 アメニティも今時にしては不十分だと思います。 サウナやレストランもHotelのグレードに合っていないのでは。常に夕日が見れるなら別ですが、ほぼ見れなそうだし、曇り空で優雅にサウナとランチに5000円はちょっと無理があるかと。 それより大浴場があれば大満足に変わると思います。

Very nice breakfast buffet, and dinner options - both a cafe and a Japanese restaurant. Comfortable rooms, washing machines available. Rooms at the front have a great view over the harbour.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Pretty good location - from the airport, we just took the airport limousine bus to the Moo bus station and walked one block to the hotel. The hotel is also one of the pick-up points for various tours in Kushiro; there is a Lawson down the corner and shops/restos at Moo Station and there is a nice walking area/park nearby. We were kindly upgraded to a suite room so we enjoyed the nice amenities and the great view. Breakfast was pretty good - especially loved their sashimi, very fresh!

По нашей рассеянности, мы забыли важные вещи в номере (заметили через несколько дней). Персонал отеля звонил и писал нам много раз. Потом выслал все на домашний адрес - очень благодарны за это!!!

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025Os quartos são confortáveis e o banheiro é adequado. A localização é excepcional: a 200 m da ponte Nusamai e junto ao porto pesqueiro. Há uma loja de conveniência próxima e restaurantes também. Se optar por um quarto com vista para o mar, poderá apreciar um belo pôr do sol.

В комнате очень душно (ночью).
