建物の古さを補おうと、さまざまな工夫が凝らされていた点。ラウンジではソフトドリンクやワインが飲み放題(部屋への持ち込みは禁止)、鹿肉のカレーも提供されており、大変賑わっていた。大浴場がないが、自分で調合できるバスソルトのサービスや、シャンプーバーもあり、一人旅などには十分。部屋も古いなりのニオイはしたが、最近のビジホに比べるとスペーシャスで、リネンのクオリティもよかった。

建物の古さは感じる。ややラブホのようなテイストで、入る時には少し戸惑った。

掃除の担当者、夜のワインカレー担当者も含め、スタッフの対応はとても良かった。

一階のトイレがものすごく臭かった。多分いくら掃除してもだめだと思う。設備の取り換えが必要と思う。それと、部屋の窓ガラスの外部分が汚れていたので頻繁に掃除して欲しい。

חדר מסריח מחניק שטיח ישן מאובק, אין אויר, אי אפשר לפתוח חלון ולאוורר, מזגן ישן מרעיש בלי אפשרות לשלוט בטמפ או בעוצמה. לא נעים להיות בחדר

何と言っても朝食が、素晴らしい。 ラウンジも、落ち着いた雰囲気で 良かった。 フロントの対応も素晴らしく とても嬉しかったです。 ありがとうございました。

Visited East Hokkaido in March 2026, and stayed in 5 hotels altogether. Century Castle Hotel is located at the edge of town, so it was a bit of a walk to the center. Chose this because parking was free of charge. The room was ok, there was free dinner (bit size) in the dining room. I probably would try a different hotel if I ever visit Kushiro in future.

建物自体は新しくありませんがお掃除が行き届いており、気持ちよく滞在できました。アメニティやフリードリンクも種類豊富で満足できました。

One of the best stays we had during our vacation in Japan! Location was ideal. The room was very spacious and very nicely designed with eye for detail. Breakfast was excellent!

The hotel was in a great location very close to the river. The bathroom was a lot bigger than most hotel rooms I've been to in Japan. They also gave complimentary drinks and food for guests. The staff could also speak English which made checkin easy. Parking was convenient just next to the hotel

建築が素晴らしい(釧路出身の1960年代の著名な設計者) 立地が幣舞橋の横で最高 価格もまずまず リラックスできるコーナーが品よく設けられている。

フロントの韓国人男子スタッフは日本語が良く分からない。人柄は良いが。21時00分くらいに部屋から電話したが「23時00分に日本人スタッフ来るので23時00分過ぎにして下さい」と。

朝食はついていたはずなのに、なかった。 フロントの女の子は、booking ですか？ 海外のサイトなのでわかりづらいんですよ。 素泊まりのプランを予約したんですね、、と、 他人事なので、正直に感想を述べていた。

這時代12點退房就值得給滿分。雙人房空間充足。迎賓紅白酒飲料和湯，超有誠意。還可玩浴鹽DIY。早餐有特色，主餐四選一，搭配沙拉吧，很喜歡。在幣舞橋邊地點佳，風景美，moo就在斜對面。停車場大又方便。散步20分鐘可到和商市場。

有的房間地毯味較重，開空氣清淨機有好一點。

Super Lage in der Stadt. Wir waren für 1 Nacht da als Stop-Over. Der kleine Park oben am Hügel war super für die Kids und das Barbeque auf der anderen Flussseite ein Erlebnis als Abendessen. Das Frühstück ist ein volles japanisches Frühstück - super viel.

Etwas mehr continental frühstück für die Kids wäre gut gewesen (Brot).

Das ist wirklich ein außergewöhnliches Hotel für einen sehr guten Preis. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, nachmittags und abends diverse kostenlose Getränke inkl Wein und Suppe. Die Lounge ist sehr nett eingerichtet. Man kann außerdem ein Curry bestellen (vermutlich nicht vegetarisch). Man bekommt ein süßes Säckchen mit Gesichtsmasken etc und unten steht ein Buffet mit 7 Shampoos und 9 Badesalzen. Aber das wichtigste: das Frühstück ist der Hammer! Man kann ein Gericht wählen (vegetarisch ist die Umwandlung von Eggs Benedict) und hat außerdem ein riesiges Buffet mit wirklich sehr gut schmeckenden Speisen. Hier gibt es auch eine gut erkennbare Auswahl an vegetarischen Möglichkeiten. Sehr außergewöhnlich in Hokkaido.

The pillow was tough in the room, my husband couldn’t sleep well.

Le petit déjeuner était top , le personnel charmant et la chambre de taille correcte. Sa situation au centre ville ( juste traverser le pont) était confortable.

Cet établissement aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. De la moquette partout et un carrelage qui demande un sérieux nettoyage ds le restaurant.

Hotel offers more than it appears! Beyond its central location and the comfortable and spacious rooms for our family, the complimentary wine, curry etc at the lounge made our day! We ordered the Japanese and beef sets for breakfast and they were really good!! We'll be happy to be back anytime!

Struttura un po’ datata ma con servizi al top: dalla colazione (con buffet + una box a scelta tra colazione stile giapponese o sashimi di pesce freschissimo) all’Onsen, il personale molto gentile. Ampio parcheggio gratuito lato hotel.

La finestra molto piccola (sebbene vista fiume) e’ impossibile da aprire quindi si crea subito condensa, il bagno e’ una cabina in plastica tipo nave da crociera andrebbe sicuramente rivisto.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the river.

There was something wrong with the warm water distribution to the room and it took a long time to get shower/bath warm enough. I believe they have fixed the problem already.

Wij doen niet zo aan reviews en geven nooit een 10, maar vinden het voor dit hotel een terechte score. Zeker gezien de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De kamer was schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en ruim, zeker naar Japanse begrippen. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, respectvol en hulpvaardig. Het ontbijt was uniek, met een basiskeuze uit 4 gevarieerde ontbijtmenu’s en daarnaast een uitgebreid buffet. In de avond werd gratis drank aangeboden (inclusief witte en rode wijn) en zelfs een kleine maaltijd met hert en rijst. Dat hebben we echt nog nooit meegemaakt. Alles aan dit hotel voelde aangenaam en het was jammer dat we maar zo kort konden blijven.

The staff and facilities were outstanding. The room was comfortable and clean and was large enough and had chairs so you could actually sit in the room and relax The breakfast was delicious with many choices We really appreciated the included wine and venison curry that was provided in the lounge in the evenings. We also appreciated the bath salt selection provided for in the lobby We have been traveling for a month in Japan and this was our favorite place

Option of 4 types of breakfast. My husband & i tried 2 types, both of which were delicious. There were complimentary drinks including wine & also venison curry rice.

There's no onsen in the hotel but complimentary bath salts & aromatherapy scents were made available.

Friendly hotel staff. We used Google Translate for a smooth communication. Plenty of amenities in the hotel lobby, such as bathing salt, lotions, facial masks. They even offer free wine in the evening. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the room was very spacious and clean. Parking spaces nearby.

The included breakfast might be a bit unusual for an European. If your not into fish or fondue for breakfast, I recommend you just opt for the breakfast buffet.
