During my stay, I noticed that the facilities are not suitable for people with disabilities. They need at least ramps or elevators for the elderly or people with physical disabilities. Everything else gets an A+.

The pool is beautiful and the rest of the facility is very nice. Thai restaurant on site has delicious food if you don't want to drive down to Rincon for a meal.

Wish the poolside bar was open. Gift shop has some snacks, but it's not the same

The pool area was lovely, staff was so friendly, loved all the plants and little nooks around the property. Very tropical!

The pool bar area was closed which was a little bit of a bummer but we were able to bring our own food and drinks to enjoy by the pool as an alternative.

Es la 3ra vez que me quedo en este hotel y siempre me quedo con las ganas de volver. La habitación es bien cómoda, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estadía. Las flores y plantas embellecen cada espacio del hotel. Invita a relajarse y desconectarse de la rutina. Todo el personal muy amables y atentos. De seguro regreso pronto. 🤗💓

Very comfortable and cozy.

We loved our stay at the Lazy Parrot. It has a lovely pool area and very comfortable places to relax. Our room was large and had a private balcony/garden area with a hammock , table and chairs. We enjoyed the sounds of the frogs and roosters outside the property. There was a distant view of the ocean. We also loved eating dinner at Ode to the Elephants, and ended up there both nights of our stay- especially appreciated as traveling vegans who can find it hard to eat at restaurants. We found beautiful beaches in the area.

Not the hotel's fault but our first night had a very noisy group in the room next door. They just stayed one night, so not so bad. It was also a little difficult to figure out where to check in and park when we first arrived.

2 choses essentiellement : bruit INFERNAL du générateur situé près de la piscine, qui marche jour ET NUIT, très bruyant, nous avions choisi une des meilleures chambres, vue piscine et vue mer, en principe situé au calme, nous avons vécu une nuit infernale, porte fenêtre fermée pourtant ! Lors de la réservation était proposée par Booking une formule "diner à 25 USD", que j'ai confirmé lors de ma réservation, à l'arrivée on nous informe que "le lundi le restaurant est fermé mais vous avez beaucoup de restaurants possibles à Rincon" !!! (soit à 4 km de là), belle désinvolture d'information non communiquée lors de la réservation ! Hôtel ne convenant pas du tout aux personnes craignant les escaliers, il n'y a que ça, où que l'on aille dans l'hôtel. En arrivant à l'hôtel, côté rue, vous devez descendre une grande série d'escaliers pour arriver à la réception, située près de la piscine, puis remonter plusieurs étages avec vos bagages, surtout si vous avez opté pour les meilleures chambres et meilleures vues, épuisant !

Very nice garden, clear pool, quite calm during the day. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the morning.

A bit noisy at night. The restaurant was closed most of our stay despite the sign remaining outside, and it had very limited capacity, so we didn’t try it.

Some days it can take awhile for the solar to heat up the shower, but at least it gets hot after awhile.

Overall ambiance is great. The staff is quiet and friendly, the other guests at the hotel are all quiet and respectful, the hot tub is a great plus, plenty of onsite parking, our balcony was spacious with a nice view, and I like that they have an onsite restaurant for convenience.

The lock and key for our room didn't work well, requires a lot of "jimmying". This was the same situation as the last time we stayed here a year prior so it's a bit of a bummer that they still haven't gotten better functioning locks. Also, while the food at the restaurant is great, their hours aren't the best.

The setting and grounds were beautiful. Pool and hot tub very nice. We had dinner at the Thai restaurant onsite and it was really good and reasonable price. Staff was great. Breakfast cafe next door was very good!

No elevator so taking luggage to 3rd floor was challenging but doable.

No hay empleados al llegar el cuarto no es lo que promocionan en la página ,pequeño la puerta del cuarto frente a la terraza si hablas te oye los que están en esa terraza ,el hotel muy descuidado necesita mantenimiento ,los restaurantes solo abren algunos días no todos ,no hay microhonda en el cuarto ,se veía sucio el cuarto me dió vergüenza llevar mi esposa a ese hotel

The room and staff were just great. If I had a ccomplaint it was that the poolside bar and the restaurant were not open, though there was a restaurant next door.

This place is absolutely amazing.Great service, everyone we talked to was so pleasant and helpful. Wonderful staff!The pool was perfect and had lush plants.

The location is centric to the area and has a very beautiful scenery all around. Its like a little piece of paradise hidden and preserved. Great ambiance and helps you feel tranquility.

Doesn't have an employee for the night, to help if you need something or something happens. Unless you call 'the night supervisor'. Would have loved to try their restaurant, but they were closed the day we wanted to go and they dont got much else for you to eat. If you want something, you'll have to go out of the Inn. It has some in close distance, but you wouldn't have to even go out if they had some of their own all day long or at least some times a day.

I’m handicapped. There were stairs leading to first level then to go to their front desk I had to go through the property and more stairs without anyone there.

Great quite stay. Quiet to relax. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Gabriela was excellent and very accommodating. We would stay again.

Ode to the elephants restaurant is the place to get food in the island and close to the resort. We had the most fantastic stay with the lovely staff and their hospitality

Que no hay para desayunar se bien antes de ir para la calle.Sugiero que deberían hacer algo para poner emplead@s para hacer desayuno continental hasta cierta hora,Por ejemplo de 7:00 am hasta las 11:00 de la mañana . Todo lo demas perfecto! Gracias por su atención.

There in the offseason, so it was very quiet at the hotel. The pool was great and very clean, and got to enjoy a great view of Rincon. Staff very helpful. Rooms comfortable.

The price of the good view is that you are a bit up the mountain from the beaches and main town center area.

El staff es encantador y muy servicial, ne he hospedado en 8 ocasiones de tan bien que me siento en ese lugar, altamente recomendado.

Super quiet Need to be more agressive with the insects and roach

Cozy place. The air conditioner in room 303 sometimes make loudy noise.

Hot tub and the pool were great. Very family friendly.

No elevator to go to the rooms upstairs. The reception is hard to find, you will need to be in good shape to get around the hotel a lot of stairs
