Casa Verde Hotel - Steps to the Beach, Pool, Restaurant & Bar

Que la habitación tenía cafetera (muero sin café), y tiene neverita. La habitación es acogedora.

Este comentario es personal: no me gusta la ducha que tiene, prefiero el chorro. El sapito de la caja del toilet no funciona bien, el estractor del baño hace mucho ruido y se acumula agua en el área de la ducha (puede resultar peligro por resbalar)

Excelente Amabilidad cerca de todo Picina 24 horas limpia restaurante al frente La playa cerca, visite la costa cerca el hermoso columpio a la orilla de la playa en un árbol de almendra a la orilla del mar espectacular de verdad que regreso cariñoso Personal todo súper. Bueno lo recomiendo el Pueblo está cerca tiendas los famosos taco también visité las pizzas famosas en Mayagüez. Todo está cerca. Felicito a esa hermosa pareja y a su hija por ese trato y a los empleados me encanta. Regresaré mi familia y yo quedamos encantado🥰🥰🥰 Hacen unos ricos hamburgers, varios platos, riquísimos, visítalo, te va a encantar 10 estrellas

I think a laundry room for visitors, it will help us wash and dry our clothes since every family is there for water or beach activities, especially when staying for few days.

I like the place a lot, only thing I didn’t like was the beach, but that is not property’s fault. Place was excellent and treatment was great!

Me gustó que es accesible y cerca de todo. Mientras que ofrece un ambiente privado. Tiene piscina y eso era muy importante para nosotros. Además cerca de la playa. Súper!

La piscina no estaba tan limpia, las toallas de baño y las sábanas no eran de buena calidad. Las fundas de almohada estaban sucias. Siento que esos pequeños detalles hacen la diferencia. La primera noche nos dio mucho frío porque solo teníamos dos sábanas finas. La segunda noche la chica de mantenimiento nos dió una frisa (gracias por eso). Por lo demás nos gustó mucho.

Me gustó el trato y su ubicación está perfecta . Las personas muy atenta y todos los días un buen día no faltaba . El dueño muy amable y al pendiente de todo.

En realidad solo el baño considero que el lavamanos y el inodoro está muy pegado y no había casi espacio .

La tranquilidad del lugar.

Para los precios que tienen del hotel deberian de Mejorar la estética del hotel, mejorar la piscina y el Restaurante.

We always stay here when we come to Rincon. However this time around our room was located in the parking area. Did not like at all!

The room was located in the parking area. No balcony . In addition the towels were dingy. They were not white as they should for your customers. We went to the reception area and got them replaced.

Excelente ubicación. Nos quedamos en la el Guest House y pudimos disfrutar de la piscina solo para nosotros. Mantenimiento iba todo los días a limpiar y dejarnos toallas limpias. La cocina equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina y demás. Cada cuarto tiene su baño aparte. Walk-in distance de la playa y restaurantes.

Pudieran mejorar las cortinas de los cuartos para más privacidad. No tenían mapo, ni cubo de agua para uno poder mantener los pisos limpios en cualquier momento que fuese necesario limpiar algún derrame.

The location was good. Nice place.

The bar across the building serve the worst piña colada I’ve ever had. Also it was hard to sleep because everyone around still playing music until 3 and 4am. In our room they’ve changed a tv and it was damaged and never replaced it with the new one in our stay so no TV. The hot water it wasn’t hot. They clean the room but sometimes still sand on the floor.

There’s isn’t a single thing I didn’t like about the property from the moment I step into the hotel into the time I leave I was always treated with a great smile and always offered extra hospitality love .

Location was perfect. The restaurant/bar was good. And the relaxed atmosphere was perfect.

Staff was great. Very accommodating to our unusual check-in and check out needs. Friendly - family owned. No doubt there is a bar across the street. Delicious tacos and drink specials. Our room was across the street and it was very soundproofed. As someone who gets annoyed with loud music while trying to sleep - I had no issues whatsoever. Great vibe. Steps to the beach... coffee shop, etc.

Nothing fancy, great location, decent size rooms. Unless you’re in 101 under the bar, avoid that room at all costs. Big kahuna is across the street from the main lobby and is a decent bar with good food, strong drinks (be careful) and really awesome people! Staff is great! Overall a decent and fun place.

The bar (big kahuna) across the street plays music, DJ or band every night of the week until 12 am. You can hear every word people say and every lyric until they are closed. Something to be aware of if you have kids or value your regular sleep schedule. Wasn’t the end of the world and mostly good music, especially the bands, however something to be aware of.

The bed was firm.

The pool looked completely toxic like white cloudy stuff couldn't tell it was water. It said beach front and ocean view but it was cpl blocks away and we didnt have windows. Toilet handle didnt work and I could get more water pressure from spitting in the air and standing under it to shower.

the loud party at the big kahuna bar on the weekend.I I love a good party but the DJ switched from old school reggeton to trap remixes. not a good music selection… they had ear plugs at the reception

Rien ne correspondait une chambre vétuste sans fenêtre sans table de nuit sans lampe du mobilier des années 80 une unique porte vitrée donnant sur une coursive une odeur nauséabonde bref nous avons pas pus y rester nous sommes repartis sur le champ un propriétaire qui nous dit qu il va nous faire un geste commercial car on y a pas dormi et on avait réserver 2 nuits …il a pas de parole c est pas grave mais ça vous montre la mentalité de cet hôte surfeur que dans le style pour le reste il a besoin de voir ailleurs comment ça se passe heureusement sur le champ nous avons trouvé un Airbnb à 50 mètres magnifique et dans l air du temps et moins cher que cet hôtel sordide je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel

Tout dois être entièrement rénové c est une honte en 2026 autant de vétusté il y a rien à garder c est affreux je ne recommande pas cet endroit fuyez

I'm leaving a review because this is my third time, and it’s always a pleasure. It’s a clean place with friendly staff and close to the beach. The manager, Pedro, always treats us well and is friendly. They called us to let us know that our room was ready, and if we wanted to do an early check-in, which was great. We love the island people. The beach is clean, and please, if you visit this place, let’s keep it cleaner than how you found it.

A lot of cats roaming around and very close to my room, even sitting in my terrace chairs:l. The shower had a leak and when I informed front desk they said they knew about it but had no one that could fix it.

My day was peaceful, comfortable, and I would definitely go back.

Did the reception crew were outstanding but the maintenance of cleaning crew were not as good.

It’s close to a huge mansion that was playing loud music all night. So not very peaceful!

Location on the Puntas area, next (walking distance) to our favorite beach (Sandy Beach) and restaurants. The vibe around this small hotel is top!
