Very spacious and close to shops, places to eat and airport.

It’s about outdated.

L9cation to the airport was a big plus.

The decor, carpets and walls seemed run down. The sealant around the bath was discoloured. It should be replaced.

Tres pratique car vraiment proche de l'aeroport. Hotel juste en face d'un centre commercial avec de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants. Chambre ageable et propre, petit dejeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut. De plus nous sommes arrivés tres tot le matin et la personne à l'accueil nous à permis d'avoir nos chambres plus tot. Merci à elle.

Good location the staff is very helpful a nice place for resting

I have stayed here numerous times before and really like the staff. I find everyone one of them to be attentive and friendly. If there is a problem, they are always willing to rectify it. The hotel was full despite it being low season. There were water polo teams of what appeared to be university students from numerous countries. Nevertheless the receptionists squeezed in another room for my friends and managed to give me two rooms together. It's an old hotel that is showing its age, but the bed sheets and doonas are all clean and there are plenty of extra items available in the room.

Perhaps a deep clean of the bathrooms would improve the look of the tiles and floor and the carpet is the room is somewhat worn, but I an not expecting a 5 star experience. I have not eaten there but many people do.

The front desk staff was exceptional. The security man at the entrance to the hotel was very helpful. Great service and food at the restaurant and very quick room service. Outstanding location for local food and shopping. Very clean room.

周囲に飲食店やコンビニも多く、立地がとても良い。Red LineのLak Hok駅にも近く、ダウンタウンに出かけるにも不自由はしなかった。部屋にはちょっとしたテラスがあって眺めも良く、ドムアン空港への着陸機を何機も見られてよかった。

部屋が若干古く、壁紙などが剥がれかけているところもあったが、全体的には清潔であった。無料の水ペットボトル2本を用意してくれる日もあれば、用意しない日もあって、ちゃんとしてほしかった。テラスに出るガラス窓は、カギをかけないと自然に開いてしまうのは良くない。

来住过好几次嘞，感受很棒。首先不受旅游区的影响价格便宜，全年几乎没有波动。然后设施齐全游泳池、餐厅、健身房等设施全部都有。最后这个酒店建立在商场之上，楼下就有好多餐厅，711，tops， 屈臣氏，药店，各种餐馆。楼外就是夜市，而且有两个。非常便捷，适合来曼谷度假的人。

Good location for our purposes. Renovated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Many things need to be updated and upgraded as it’s an old property, fortunately the rooms on my floor were renovated. Corridors no air conditioning, so it was stuffy as you drag your luggage through it. There were pigeons fighting on my balcony every morning, which disturbed sleep. They were nesting there. Sound proofing could also be better. There were lizard droppings on the wall which I had to clean off myself. Strange toilet design, toilet roll is so far behind the bowl.

Very good service, bed very comfortable

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gebucht. Es ist verkehrstechnisch super angebunden und befindet sich sehr nahe zu einem Shoppingcenter, einem Wochenmarkt und diversen Restaurants. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist super, aber es ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfte dringend einer Renovierung. Dafür ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben einmal das Frühstücksbuffet ausprobiert, es aber dabei belassen. Für den aufgerufenen Preis finden sich in der Umgebung gute Alternativen.

Didn’t sleep that well because air conditioning noisy. Needs updating

La habitación era enorme, camas grandes y cómodas. Las vistas increíbles. La piscina era agradable y el desayuno no está mal. La ubicación es perfecta si estás de paso por Bangkok entre vuelo y vuelo. Cerca de aeropuerto y justo encima de un gran centro comercial, lleno de tiendas y con un 7 eleven 24 horas al lado.

La experiencia del check in fue bastante desagradable. El recepcionista fue muy borde, y no nos hizo sentir bienvenidos, como si no debiéramos estar ahí. Nos dió dos habitaciones y cuando entramos resultó que eran individuales (éramos 2 adultos y tres niños). Al revisar la reserva confirme que había reservado dos habitaciones dobles. Cuando hablé con el hombre, me preguntó que si quería dos camas como ai fuesw capricho mío, me negó que eran habitaciones individuales ( habia una sola cama individual) pero que me cambiaba a dos de dos camas (como si me estuviera haciendo el favor de mi vida). La verdad que no me hizo sentir nada bien. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, en la moqueta de mi habitación había trozos de comida seca. En las esquinas del baño mugre. Algo que tampoco me gustó es que la puerta de la terraza no cerraba y teniendo en cuenta que había dos niños pequeños y un bebe, ne parecía un peligro estando en la planta 16. No se por que la luz del baño solo funcionaba si tenía la luz de la habitación encendida, i sea que para ir al baño de madrugada tenía que despertar a toda la habitación encendiendo la liz principal

Familiarity as I have stayed here numerous times twenty years ago. Still see some old faces (staff) who have been working for years in this hotel. I feels comfortable.

Old renovations. I used to stay here very often when I travel to Thailand for business twenty years. Nothing changes much in the room which means not much renovations have been done all these years. - No business work table in the room. I can only work on the small area on dressing table. - Toilet could have been modernized.

Located on Zeer Rangsit mall, easy to grab the meal. Have EV Charger in Parking lot with DC and AC port. Large pool. Convinence location . Good breakfast.

Room quiet old, wallpaper ripped apart. Broken pipe. Light in room is very dark. Walkway is dusty.

Room was ok, staff helpful and considerate. City view amazing. Useful places to eat and shopping facilities below hotel. Pool was amazing and not busy.

Parking entrance a little confusing especially when busy.
