Matratzen sehr hart,Pool renovierungsbedürftig,nicht gerade einladend .

The hotel is near Future Park and the Express way to Bangkok.The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.The price was good and the facilities was great.I would recommend this hotel.

The room was good, and the bed was comfortable by asian standards. There was a kettle in the room. There is free instant coffee (no tea), powdered whitener available 24 hours in the lobby. There is a swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool, but there is not much pool deck around it.

There is no coffee shop on the premises. It is closed. The cafe across the road that other reviewers mention is now also closed. The free breakfast consists of sluces of bread 🍞 with a toaster available, jam (no butter), or many luke-warm chicken sausages. The sheets were clean but worn.

The adjoined room and double bathroom is value for money who travels with family.

Location wise is quite deep inner and to cease for transport is challenging sometimes.

Dirty and wornout beddings..Bathroom/shower is molded (fungus).. Room is dirty in general..Backside has wiev to a garbage filled plot and some water ponds with rottening water. They locked the door to stairway access and wanted people to use the only lift. One male staff is acting rude and noisy. The others seems ok enough. Aircon is quite silent and works ok. Overpriced for what you actually get.. Far from main streets by foot.

Hotel is far from main road. Have very bad smell when we walked in to counter.

Canadian family with two teenagers stayed in the junior suite for 4 nights. Rooms and beds were good in size. Showers and AC were good. Beds were hard but not lumpy, and had clean sheets. Room was sort of clean. Pool was clean and refreshing. Hotel is close to Don Muang Airport. There were small ants in our room continuously despite ensuring no food in the room. Their towels need replacing as they smell. We asked for two new towels but they smelled bad as well. There is nothing around the hotel. It is down a dark road way off the beaten path. Despite what the hotel states, there is no restaraunt on site, we could not get them to provide a shuttle service, and breakfast consisted of bread that we could toast, jam, and small chicken sausages (breakfast was a joke). We spent too much money in transport staying here. We would have been better off spending that money on a nicer hotel closer to city. Lesson learned. We actively looked at finding another hotel after night one but didn't want to give up half a day sightseeing for changing hotel. I would recommend this hotel only for a single night stay if you fly out of Don Muang, for anything other look elsewhere.

I got sick almost on arrival to Thailand and the manager went the extra yards to help us out in a difficult situation

Facilities are a little run down, but you are not staying at a high end spot. It is still good value

Great pool, good air conditioning, cafe across the road for meals and bevvies. Staff pleasant but not many smiles ( apart from Faii in the cafe). Great price. Close to airport (250 baht taxi ride). Also, Dang the driver who took me to Pattaya is an excellent, considerate driver!

Linen on bed is white turned grey and threadbare bath mat. I was on the side facing a swamp (which stank). Would ask for a room facing the road and high up next time.

The property is totally out of my expectation, booked, paid but not lived in, changed to another hotel straightaway.

Firstly, the staff were veey nice. Dont belive google maps. The hotel is quite a way from Future Park. You get what you pay for, very basic, bathroom and shower not great. The Junior suite is actually just conjoined rooms.

Those street food lover wouldn’t like the location of this hotel. 700 meters to the main streets. Only massage shop is also 650 meters away. However an Issan restaurant is in front of the hotel is a relief. Remember hotel provides motor bike ride to this 700 occasionally at free of charge.

Fantastically priced 2 x Bedroom accommodation which was absolutely perfect for my family of 3. The hotel car parking is very close to the hotel and the rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds.

The two most important features for a hotel room in Thailand are good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The bed in this room was the worst bed I've ever slept on. The mattress was a heavy steel coil spring type with a cover so thin that I couldn't tell it was there. Absolutely horrible sleepless night. Next, the air conditioner was pathetic. I couldn't get the room under 78 degrees and I laid in the horrible bed sweating all night. I will never book this hotel again.

Breakfast was toast with jam ! and there was no butter! and they had cold sausages to go with that ! they would not order a taxi for me even when I said I wanted to go to the airport! so I had to get a bike ride into town and go back for my partner so we could go out for dinner! I have stayed in many places over the years! and I would have to say this is the worst place I have ever stayed in! I give this place a 1/10 and totally recommend you stay somewhere else! totally unhappy with this place !! ps I couldn’t even find a knife to butter the toast if there was butter! and the pool was out of order too !! a complete joke I should have asked for my money back!! after talking to the taxi driver even they were upset they wouldn’t call the taxi for us !

1. When we first arrived , upon check in at the counter, the Manager and the staff was so rude in answering our enquirers, not welcoming very well to their hotel, no smile , unfriendly, handling customer in anger mood and very inpatient !!! which I’m so surprised as giving me very bad impression with the good rating they have ! even when my mum asking the staff at the reception about the nearby restaurant anything to eat, asking for any suggestions, the staff can answer my mum very rudely, said : I don’t know , it’s non of the hotel Bussiness !! Omg… it’s really speechless ! This is the services they have with the 8.2 hotel rating ? seriously …? 2. The Room - we have book total of 6 room, 1 of it is family room which it’s suck ! a lot of small dim light which can’t even see clearly the room, the floor it’s so dirty even after housekeeping had clean up ! and the light bulb spoilt for 3 times during our stay ! The pillow is damn high and can’t even support the neck , which I’m asking for change the next day as making my neck so pain and all of us didn’t sleep on the pillow for the first night ! the bed sheet even have a stain even after changed the new one. we put a signage for make up room, but when we came back to the room after 1 whole day, the room is not done ! Hot water heater it’s like not working well, as even we put OFF the water still damn hot .. ! The best is when we first enter the room, they don’t event supply the toilet door mat/ cloth for all the room. They have this kind of wooden board instead, so call to absorb the water which it’s didn’t help at all and it’s movable sliding away when we step on it, it’s so dangerous ! and we have old folk and children who almost fall because of that !! Until we have to ask for it then they only supply us ! They even charged my mum extra 250 bath for her room as my mum place the towel as a door mat use as she almost felt because of the water stain while waiting for them to supply us the door mat !

I like this hotel because the location nearest by my event place.

Firstly, this place charge everything even if the pillow. The floor in the bathroom is so slip. Clean up the room is not completely.

Overall, I had a great experience with the PP@HOTEL RANGSIT, staff was incredibly helpful, The room was wonderful & clean, The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

The room size was okay. It was clean. The only problem was that the shower and toilet was not separated with any glass or curtain. If you are a tourist and want to be at city center than this place may create problem for you about transportation due to distance. If you have a car than no problem you can stay with comfort.

So far good for short stay ..

I like It because close to street market and FuturPark.
